All the best sportsmen like Sachin, Virat, Ronaldo, Federer are strong and fit without any bulging muscles. They all take diet which is based on natural foods and not supplements. All supplements contain a lot of known and unknown chemicals which can permanently harm your body. It is better to build your body through good exercise plus natural diet with natural proteins. This will build your strength without damaging you internally.

7 Best Parslay Substitute

7 Best Parslay Substitute

There are times in cooking when you will need to use a parsley substitute, probably because of its unavailability. Parsley is a flavorful herb and if you fall short of it, dried forms of it can also be used. It is an extremely popular herb around the world, both in fresh and dried forms, but if you’re halfway through a recipe and realize you’re missing such a flavorful ingredient, don’t worry. In most cases, fresh forms of herbs are replaced with dried forms of the same herb, just in smaller amounts, but there are also other plants and herbs that can mimic the flavor and effect of parsley and are great parsley substitutes.

In some cases, you may be preparing a meal for someone with a known allergy to parsley, but you still want to achieve the same effect in the taste of your recipe. Regardless of the reason you need a parsley substitute, there are plenty of options to choose from.

Parsley substitutes

Best parsley substitutes are basil, chervil, cilantro, rosemary, and mint, among others.

1. Basil

Many people naturally turn to basil as a replacement for parsley due to the similarity of their appearance, but the flavors are notably different. Basil cuts through more blatantly in a dish, so if you are making a dish with a subtle spice balance, basil may throw off the end result. However, if you are preparing highly flavorful foods, such as italian cuisine, the inclusion of basil may not be noticeable in exchange for parsley.

2. Chervil

One of the most popular parsley substitutes is chervil, as it also boasts a rather mild taste, similar to parsley. However, the sweetness of chervil is often compared to aniseed, a licorice flavor that can often blend in nicely with parsley. Chervil also belongs to the same family as parsley, and in europe, is one of the most common substitutes for this in-demand herb.

3. Cilantro

Although cilantro or coriander isn’t quite as bitter as parsley, this flavorful leafy herb is a popular parsley substitute. Cilantro is particularly good if you are trying to replaceparsley as a garnish since its appearance is strikingly similar. For people who are adventurous in their herbal replacements, cilantro can be an interesting choice for a dish, but if you are worried about your food being overpowered, cilantro may not be the best choice.

4. Dried parsley

When you are replacing any fresh herb, the first thing you should try to find is a dry variety. In the case of parsley, most culinary experts say that the potency multiplies 3 times in the dried form, so if your recipe calls for 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, use 1 teaspoon of dried parsley instead. The flavor match will be almost identical, although some slight changes occur when the herb dries.

5. Oregano

Oregano shares the same earthy flavor as parsley but is slightly warmer than parsley in terms of taste. It is also stronger as a spice, but can easily replace parsley in stews, soups, and curries.

6. Rosemary

Known as one of the most aromatic herbs, with a pungent and unmistakable flavor, rosemary should only be used to replace parsley if you want a stronger bite in your dish, and are going to be cooking the spices, not just using them as a seasoning. As a whole, the flavors of rosemary and parsley are complementary, despite being quite different.

7. Mint

Mint has a recognizably sweet taste and is slightly more pungent than parsley, so it could give savory dishes more of a sweet bite than you want. However, it has a number of similar health effects and works equally well as a garnish. In middle eastern and asian cuisine, given the other spices being used, the replacement of parsley with mint won’t be as noticeable.

I am 64, vegetarian, don't have sugar, BP, cholesterol or other complaints but manageable asthma. Even small problems disturb me much and because of this I don't sleep well. I don't take sleep inducing medicines as I am not at all worried about my insufficient sleep. Is this okay or do you want to comment on my physical condition?

It is best to avoid sleep inducing medications as they can cause addiction. Try to solve your problems each day before going to bed. If your asthma troubles you, you need to take regular treatment for that. Other than that you are doing fine. Best to have 6-7 hours of undisturbed sleep everyday.

Miss, unless you tell your future husband about your past relationship, it is unlikely he will find out. Vagina is elastic, in the absence of regular sex, it is likely to go back to its original size. AS far as the darkening is concerned, Indians are dark skinned people and some amount of darkening is age related. At the age of 30 not many Indian women will have a pink vaginal orifice. I think you should put your fears to rest, and face your new relationship with an open mind. Do not carry your baggage with you. If the environment is not liberal and friendly, do not volunteer to discuss your past. If at all the past needs to be discussed, let both partners discuss it.

Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome - How It Can Be Diagnosed?

MD PULMONARY, DTCD
Pulmonologist, Faridabad
Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome - How It Can Be Diagnosed?

Acute respiratory distress syndrome also known as ARDS is the condition when the lungs fail to pump sufficient oxygen to vital organs such as the brain and kidneys. This happens due to fluid collecting in the lungs which reduces its capacity to function. If ADRS is not diagnosed and treated in time, it can lead to death.

Causes and Symptoms
While it has been proved that the leakage of fluids from some of the minor blood vessels can enter the lungs causing ARDS, there is still no clarity on what triggers this leakage or how such fluid enters the lungs. It has been observed that patients already admitted and undergoing treatments in a hospital have been diagnosed with the ARDS condition. This indicates that the condition could be brought about by an injury caused during an accident or due to a health condition. The predominant symptom of ARDS is the loss of breath which could be severe in some cases. The other symptoms include a blue tinge to the lips and nails caused be the reduced supply of oxygen.

Diagnosis
There is no single test to diagnose acute respiratory distress syndrome. Doctors will use a combination of results from chest rays and the analysis of blood samples to confirm the diagnosis of this condition. In some cases, a CT scan may also be ordered. A physical examination and checking the medical history of the patient is mandatory and is included in the diagnostic process for ARDS.

Treatment
Once diagnosed, the patient will be immediately put on external oxygen support. If a simple air mask is not enough then a breathing tube may be used to ensure sufficient oxygen reaches all parts of the body. The patient might also be put on a ventilator. Oral medications to help stop the bleeding and prevent clotting of blood will be prescribed. Medications could also be administered through the use of IV fluids. It is necessary for patients with this condition to remain calm. In an agitated or excitable state the demand for oxygen is greater. Doctors might therefore, prescribe medications to ensure patients remain calm.

Recovery and After
As mentioned earlier, there is a crucial need to diagnose acute respiratory distress syndrome in time to ensure a quick start to the treatment available. This condition can be brought under control and the person can lead a normal life. Doctors will advise patients to quit smoking and to reduce or limit the intake of alcohol. Taking a flu shot, periodically, to protect against diseases such as pneumonia will also be beneficial to patients with ARDS+.

In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

I have a problem with my tooth on the left hand side lower jaw, my last tooth root has gone round instead of straight. I met with the dentist and he suggested me to put out the last tooth. Please give me the solution of the problem.

MFDS RCPS (Glasgow), MDS - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, BDS
Dentist, Delhi
I am assuming you have a problem with your wisdom tooth. If you have a problem with that tooth, usually the best option is to extract. However, if it is another tooth, then extraction is usually done only as a last resort. If you are not sure about the opinion of your dentist, you can always see another dentist, or an Oral Surgeon, for a second opinion.
