The 12th feb sex is not dangerous..but since you have missed period you might be pregnant. Little spotting called implantation bleed can be mistaken as periods. Do a pregnancy test

Hi, masturbation thrice a week is enough and healthier but negative effects of excessive masturbation can be 1. After each ejaculation, you’ll notice the firmness of the next erection may get slightly softer and spongier, depending on how close apart the erections are. 2. Negative psychological impact on a person. Many people feel shame and guilt because of their masturbation habits. 3. Hi. As height can be gained till 21 yrs. Of age in males and 18 yrs. In females, so you do have 7 yrs. More to grow further! medication: start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin d. Vitamin d promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin d can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. 60% to 80% of your height is determined by genes! apart from these: -exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -sleeping is the time when your body grows, get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. Aa-always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (you can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. Hi, Apply Plantago Q/ few drops on cotton swab, place it on the affected tooth/ teeth and press it tightly, do it thrice a day. Orally, take Mag. Phos. 6x/ after every 2 hours. Do visit a dentist for proper diagnosis, share the reports with me. In case possible, will help you in treating your problem.

I have done Root Canal on my molar tooth 1 year before. There is a gap between my two molars. Food gets stuck every time I eat something. I have to remove it using toothpick every time. I think this is the gap between the two molar. Food stucks in between the two molar & decays. So the other molar tooth is also infected. Pl. Consult Dentist nearby. Properly brushing two times. Gargles with warm water+salt two times is must. Avod chocklets, pestries, sweet things, smoking, tobacco, pan gutakha should be stopped if you're having.

To clear the leg mark- • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water. • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it. *Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. *Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes.

You can not get a fit body by eating junk. The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hi First you have to do purgation using some ayurvedic medicines like nimbamruthadi castor oil. Take 25 ml of castor oil in1/2 glass Luke warm milk on empty stomach. Let the impurities go out of your body first. After that you have to take some medicines. For local application you can use rasothamadi lepa. But you must take some medicines or else it will repeat. In summer season or with inadequate water intake, urine becomes concentrated and that's when you are prone to urinary tract infections. This gives rise to increased frequency of urination and prickly sensation while passing urine. Just increase your water intake and have urinary alkaliser diluted with water. If symptoms persist, visit a doctor as he may recommend an antibiotic.

Hello Lybrate user- Hairfall is due to excess of shampoo use. Imbalance in ratio between shampoo and oiling results in loss of hairs so try to oil your scalp with some ayurvedic oils like Nili bhringadi hair oil or Maha bhringraj hair oil, and try to shampoo as less as you can (not more than once in a weeks’ time).

Hi, take continue your medicines, avoid salty and spicy and oily meals. Do kegal exercise. Kegal exercise designed to strength your pelvis floor muscles. It helps also in increase size of penis. This can help improved erection quality and indirect enlarge penis. First find your pelvis muscle. While urinating contract pelvis muscle stop the flow of urine hold it for 10 seconds and release urine. Repeat this exercise 3 to 10 time per day.
