4 Benefits Of Sexual Communication

Communication in any relationship is indispensable for creating a strong bond between a couple. Sexual communication even more so and often the hardest thing to do.

Sexual Communication is when you and your partner are able to express your needs and wants without the conversation being awkward, taking in account what the other feels. It is a fulfilling, satisfying, and a fun part of life. The physical aspect of love is an important part of a relationship and communicating with your partner about it only helps to make it better. Sexual communication will make it easier for you to take pleasure in sex with safety and have a satisfying sex life.

  1. Physical Communication: Communication is not linked with words only. Sometimes, a gentle hand placed on your shoulder or back, a simple glance at you or even a wink are enough to lure someone towards you. Healthy and amazing sexual activity is procured mainly through physical intimacy. Almost all the time, couples find out what the other is thinking even without asking them. ‘Actions speak louder than words’ is proven to be very true in this case. So, ensure that you understand physical cues of each other.

  2. Sexual Directions: Giving your partner verbal or physical direction is an integral part of achieving a satisfied sexual life. He or she needs to be informed of where to touch you and where not to in order to turn you on. If your spouse is clueless of what you might want or expect in bed, sexual gratification will not only become impossible but may turn disastrous. If there is verbal communication between you two such as, ‘kiss me’ or ‘touch me there’, the sexual experience will become ten times better.   3. Conversational Communication: Sexual urge is aroused only when there is vocal communication. All relationships require good oral communication. Communication related to sex must be done tactfully without making it awkward or uncomfortable. It will help solve many issues in your sexual and love life. You must focus on what your partner might prefer doing more or may work around issues which cause strife and eventually resolve them.

  4. Intimacy: Emotional as well as sexual intimacy requires honest communication. Some display their inner inhibitions while others are reserved in matters of expression on sexual life. Each couple is accustomed to different and unique styles of communication with their partners. Please maintain good hygiene and do not keep touching the pimples as it can infect and exaggerate the problem. Eat only healthy food and avoid all junk food and cold drinks. lybrate-user eat small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal like stuffed paranthas with curd\ whole eggs\spoon full of desi ghee in dal or with roti have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water avoid smoking or drinking if any manage stress do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily take sound sleep of 7-9 hour keep your self motivated as it not going to happen overnight.

Bruise formation indicates blood oozing into tissues after injury. By body's protective mechanism this blood collected in tissue undergoes chemical breakdown and resorption. The color changes of Bruise are due to these chemical reaction. Dont worry this will resolve in 2 to 3 weeks time. Meanwhile do the following at home. 1. Hi I am 23 years old female. I have been a swimmer and a badminton player. I was plumpy throughout but not much now since I have left the game completely I have gained weight very much specially on arms and stomach tyres. My stomach fat z divided into two parts. Hello . Its a genuine problem with you but as a sportsperson you know how to maintain negative calory intake balance by way of modifications in your diet. I hope you might have tried that too. Please Inform any other report of cholesterol etc. My guess is you might have normal report. Everything given as above, we may try some herbs and some other tips to normalise your metabolism. However you may explore health tips on lybrate given by me.

Hello, The nutritional recommendations for weight control include the following: - Emphasize weight control by exercising daily and not taking in too many calories. - The bulk of your diet should consist of healthy fats (liquid vegetable oils such as olive, soy, mustard, sunflower, and peanut) and healthy carbohydrates (fruits, vegetables, and whole-grain foods such as whole-wheat bread, oatmeal, and brown rice, sweet potatoes etc. - If both the fats and carbohydrates in your diet are healthy, you probably do not have to worry much about the percentages of total calories coming from each. - Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits (six to eight servings per day). - Eat moderate amounts of healthy sources of protein (nuts, legumes, fish, poultry, and eggs). - Limit dairy consumption—other than nonfat dairy products—to one to two servings a day. - Minimize the consumption of red meat, butter, refined grains (including white bread, white rice, and white pasta), potatoes, and sugar. - Lose weight slowly. Lose no more than one kilogram (2.2 pounds) per week. More rapid weight loss results in the loss of muscle tissue. If you sustain a mild caloric deficit, you will lose fat. You lose little muscle or water this way. The weight stays off better. When you lose muscle, your body’s metabolism slows. This reduces your need for food. When you go back on your normal diet, you gain weight rapidly because you no longer need as much food as before. - Stress a balanced diet. The diet should be relatively high in complex carbohydrates and low in fat. Create a caloric deficit by combining caloric restriction with more exercise. Take in enough protein to help control appetite and maintain your muscles’ needs. For active people, this is approximately 0.8 to 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight a day. You will lose muscle if you cut your calorie intake by too much, regardless of how much protein you take in. - Exercise is critical. It is recommended that you exercise moderately for one hour a day. For the average person, the best exercises for losing weight include running, walking, and cycling. Your metabolism increases both during and after exercise, which causes you to burn calories at a faster rate all day long. Also, exercise helps maintain muscle mass, which is crucial for maintaining metabolic rate. If you can maintain your muscle mass during weight loss, you will be much more likely to maintain your new weight. Incorporate both High intensity weight training as well as Long endurance training in your fitness program. As both types of exercise are beneficial for weight control. Stay healthy, stay strong. Hello. Yes, driving for so long can cause pain in back, because your back muscles are continuously working for long time and you start experiencing pain. Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Cause of delayed period may be due to 1) hormonal imbalance 2) pcos/pcod 3) anaemia 4) severe general weakness I advise for usg - whole abdomen and pelvis. Also blood test - cbc, esr, thyroid test. Hi, There is an old-age saying - “Be happy and make others happy!” Follow this in your life and you will see the difference! Management: Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4 hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes And then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.
