I have two paravorian cyst in my right ovarian and I have not conceived till now. My doctor said it has to be removed before or after conceiving through laproscopy. I just want to ask that Is it important to remover that? Is there any risk after that surgery or anything that is not known to me?

Whether you need removal or not, depends on the size and nature of the cysts. Also we need to know other factors related to fertility before taking decision for the operation.

For dark circles apply Biluma cream/Kojivit gel/Kojic cream once daily for 2 weeks. Then apply Cernor kit everyday for one month. Check blood test for Haemoglobin. For spots on face:-Chemical combination peels to clear face.

Hi lybrate-user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Past is past. Don't cry over the spilt milk. Whatever has happened is for good. Focus on the future and plan accordingly. Relax your body and mind. Do some exercises for this. When you are at peace you can find different ways to solve the problem. Simply brooding over the past won't help in any way. Develop some hobbies like reading painting singing or of your choice. Engage yourself in creative activities.

Your FSH level is good. but the LH is high, in assessing the possibility of PCos we use the lh:fsh ratio. in your case its high due to high levels of LH. the best available treatment is to give oestrogene progesterone combination to try to regulate the lh levels. you need to take the tab krimson 35 which is a combination of oestrogen and progestin for some months hoping body will regulate the lh levels and regulate your periods, which will help in relieving the cysts in the ovary.Its only time consuming and every thing will be alright. You can stop medicines after 6 months of dosage. Medicines alone will not help you lose weight. You have to exercise and eat well to lose weight even after stopping the medicines. Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds.  Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. 1. A child will not sleep through the night i. E it will wake up a few times at night when it is breastfeeding. This is natural, so do not worry so much. Continue breastfeeding till he is a year old and then slowly wean him off. He will have a good nights sleep once he is off breast feed 2. For dinner - for a 9 month old, well cooked rice with well cooked mashed vegetables is a great dinner option. Millet's are great too. You can use it instead of rice, but please give a test dose to ensure that it suits your child. Vegetables are rich in fiber so that will keep him full 3. The time for dinner depends on his bedtime. If he sleeps at ten then you should give him the last solid by 9 pm 4. Avoid sugar or any sugar based products after 7pm. Sugar tends to give instant energy and thus causes delayed and disturbed sleep in children.

I was suffering from dehydration for 2-3 weeks and that is 3 months back after that I didn't recovered fully my body gets tired easily what can be reason for this tiredness if I climb 5-6 steps I get tired easily which was not there previous I use to gym but after his dehydration I didn't even went to gym.
