May The Month Of Masturbation - Some Useful Tips!

May is masturbation month, and many men may be itching to take the erect penis challenge and celebrate the month to the fullest. A healthy attitude toward enjoyment of masturbation is compatible with good penis health, so dudes should take advantage of the month if they wish. However, those who want to really go full-bore during masturbation month may need a little preparation.

The lusty month of May

Although it's not officially sanctioned by any government, May has unofficially been designated as National Masturbation Month since 1995. The idea is for people to recognize masturbation as a normal part of most people's lives and celebrate by engaging in masturbation frequently. Many people use the month to talk openly about a subject that is a favorite of many but about which few feel comfortable discussing.

Some people like to set aside extra time for masturbation during May, and some even locate masturbate-a-thons to participate in, either to raise money for charity or simply as a means of experiencing endurance masturbation for fun.

So what kind of preparation might a guy need to consider for this month? It really depends on how "into" it he intends to get and what kind of participation he is interested in.

Simply solo

 For example, many men will celebrate by masturbating in much the same fashion as they usually do, although perhaps more often or for longer periods of time. In such cases, their preparation needs may be rather simple:

- Lubrication. For any man intent on masturbating at length, lubrication is essential. Frequent or lengthy masturbation without the use of some form of lubrication is likely to result in a penis getting rubbed raw, and that's not fun for anyone.

- Cleaning materials. Unless a man is planning on simply rubbing his ejaculate into his skin (which is a viable option for many), a player needs to have some sort of cleaning material on hand. Tissues, towels, socks, baby wipes or paper towels should be stocked up on.

- Stimulating material. For some, masturbation is all in the mind (and the hand), but for those who depend upon some other form of stimulation, it's good to have URLs for appropriate sites, sexy magazines, adult DVDs or erotic writing nearby.

Group endeavors

Many men take advantage of the month to masturbate with one or more other people. This may be an informal double-header with one buddy, a group session at a masturbation club or a competition in a public masturbate-a-thon. The preparation materials listed above still apply, but there may be other things to consider.

- Volume and distance. When masturbating with or in front of another guy, many men are concerned about the amount of semen they ejaculate or how far that semen flies. Those so concerned are advised to refrain from masturbating for at least several days before a public encounter. This allows the testicles time enough to replenish the supply of semen. It also allows the penis enough time to become more sensitive to touch, so the semen is more likely to shoot out at a higher speed and travel farther.

- Appearance. No guy wants other people to see his endowment and comment on rashes, dry skin, etc. A couple of weeks before any group activity, a guy should thoroughly inspect his penis and determine if there are any blemishes or factors which may make him shy about revealing himself and take steps to correct these problems.

Penis preparation to address appearance concerns during Masturbation Month should include the regular use of a first class penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). For example, dry penis skin responds well to a crème with both a high-end emollient (such as Shea butter) and a natural hydrator (such as vitamin E). The crème needs vitamin C, a key component of collagen, which gives penis skin the tone and elasticity it needs for a healthy erection. Vitamin C also aids blood flow, which is crucial for erectile activity.

Hello, Sexual weakness can affect your marital life and can infact break it if not taken care of. Excessive masturbation leads towards weakening of penis nerves which in result weakens tje erection. You might also have a early ejaculation (before 10 minutes) during masturbation. Good news is that you can still recover from your problem easily by the use of aphrodisiac medicines.

Look for simple fever calpol or paracetamol is enough. But if it persist take amoxy clav two times per day for 5 days. It can be due to some infection Side by side go for blood checkup if possible

Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk.

1. Diet- take one fruit diet, only banana, for 2weeks. You can eat as many ripe bananas as you wish but you don't have to take anything else in diet.

Hi although you brush your teeth twice daily my concern is that I hope you are doing it the right way! dental plaque which forms on our teeth everyday is a biofilm and nobody can prevent that from happening. But this plaque has to be effectively cleaned or else it turns into hard deposits called tartar or calculus which can be removed only by professional cleaning! this what turns your teeth pale and discoloured and causes the mouth to smell bad! please visit a good dentist nearby and get a check up done also ask him the best methods of brushing your teeth and good oral hygiene practises! regards.

It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan /mri of brain to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Restrict the amount of saturated fats in the diet. You should not take more then 7% saturated fats and more then 10% unsaturated fats in your diet, carbohydrate should consist of 60% of her diet but the glycemic index should be low add lot of fibres to diet use saffola heart and rice bran oil in diet. Brisk walk daily at a speed not less then 5.1 km /hr daily for 15 minutes eat low salt food add fibres to you diet reduce your weight don't take ghee or butter use saffola or olive oil instead. Take low fat food avoid dairy produ1. No alcohol 2. Reduce body wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more watercts.

Hi Raj. Fallopian tubes can get blocked due to recurrent infection. There are no symptoms usually felt for blocked tubes. It can be diagnosed not by USG but by hydrosalpingography.

U may be suffering from uti or cystitis. Please go for following investigation: usg abdomen urine routine urine culture and sensitivity. Drink plenty of water in day time and avoid any liquids before sleep. If you hv any stress or depression, get rid of it.

1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.
