1. Do steam inhalation by steam inhaler 2-3 times daily with karvol plus inhalant capsule. 2. Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily 3. Take one tablet of sinarest 2-3 times daily after food 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Take rest 6. If no relief, consult me for further advice.

Sir I have thyroid and taking medicines. It is under control too. Actually I have a problem i.e. I feel itching inside the throat at right side. Is it because of some allergy ?please suggest me something. I am worried. Please help.

Most likely it is due to allergic pharyngitis. It should be caused by some ingredient of food so check for any relation with any particular food when it gets more. It is not related with thyroid.

I had stomach pain and burning feeling. I did endoscopy and results are normal. Also the endoscopy results show H.Pylori positive. What should I do. I am worried.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

it is unreasonable to expect that drugs or medicines will treat everything. it took lot of time for you to reach this much weight. you have to devote atleast quarter of that time to reverse it. It can surely be done by combination of proper nutrition, fitness appropriate excercise, meditation and sleep hygiene. this is called lifestyle medicine. If you can not do this on your own, then find a consultant who can do this along with you. best wishes.

Sir, I am having pain in my back since a year, I went to doctor he took a xray and told that your discs are damaged. He gave me medicine but that didi not suited me. I felt fever after having them. Then I went to ayurvedic doctor. He also gave medicine. I had them for three consecutive months. It relieved pain. But I still feel pain when I ride bike or run fast or play rigrous games. I used to gym. But after back pain I have never done it. What should I do I am 18 years old.

Hello , all medicines will help you relieve the pain, but not the causative factor. Only physiotherapy will help you gain proper and correct posture and reverse the damage done to your spine. So I would suggest you to consult a good physio in town. Regards.

Dear lybrate user, *avoid more salty, dry, maida related junk foods, more tea, coffee. *consume more fresh fruit juice. *practice yoga, meditation, breathing exercise. *ice soothes the skin, particularly the affected area which can help your skin to become pimple-free. Applying ice on the skin will remove the oil and dirt trapped inside and reduces the redness and swelling. To get rid of an eruption, put an ice cube in a cloth and gently press it against the affected skin. Or one can also make it a routine to apply crushed ice or ice cubes to the skin in order to avoid pimples. *honey masks are quite a common acne treatment. Applying honey on the face works both as a preventive method and as a treatment for pimples. It is a natural antiseptic that soothes and heals the skin. The antioxidants present in honey can help in reducing the inflammation over the skin and making it pimple free. Apply some honey on your face for 15-30 minutes and then wash it off. Not only will it work against your acne problem but it also makes the skin smooth and supple.

Hi lybrate-user if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Method of cooking no doubt salads and sprouts are good for our health but if experience distension with them then saute, blanch or steam them also fried foods are best to be avoided not only because of their high-calorie content but also because frying leads to changes in oil composition which may result in bloating. 9. Avoid chewing gums and candies while chewing them air enters our digestive system, giving us feeling of bloating, also candies are zero in nutrition but contain loads of calories. Also, eat slowly as gulping down increases air passage to the digestive system 10. Individual tolerances some individuals are more intolerant to certain foods like radish, capsicum, tea, cauliflower etc, so with your own personal experience omit them from your diet.

It is due to excess production of oil on your skin. There is no scientific evidence that proves that masturbation leads to pimples. Just use a good face wash.

Hello, You need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Ask for a night guard. You need to relax. Try to calm down. You can do hot fomentation near your right ear. You can take hot water bath before sleeping and listen to music. This will help you to calm down.

Hi you need to get your blood tests done for sugar and lipid profile. Also get your bp checked + hb if all that is normal then maybe you are not sleeping well. Increase your sleep hours. Reduce stress and tension before your sleep. Don't eat too much sugar. In a day sugar should not be more than 3-4 tea spoons. Avoid fried food and junk food. These foods can slow you down. Do exercise regularly. Have a cup of coffee daily. Nothing is wrong with your health. Just eat right and do exercise.

Sleep is a very important for the healthy life.6-8 hours sleep is adequate.early to sleep&early to rise is a good funda. Take a light dinner &avoid TV,mobile,tea&coffee in the evening. Morning workouts in the form of some game,swimming,cycling,jogging depending upon your intrest. Your room &metress should be comfortable.it should be noise free. Your mind should be relaxed&there should be no anxiety worries&tensions.No alcohol&tobacco should be used.Daytime sleep should be avoided.

My grand mother was suffering from leg pain And also she have weak eyes What we do?

Hello. We can't reverse the established pathology back, but we can control the process in the stage it is so that it wouldn't grow further. Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and give her orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase her dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, ask her to go for a walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help her. For her weak eyes, nothing can be done at her age.

Yellow Urine may be due to lower water intake and seating and check urine for BS & BP to see if any jaundice is there . All these and watermelon are good fruits
