Pl start pranayam. Meditate. May be few minutes initially. Check your bo and sugar and inform. Eat light, cleanse gut, have walks. Green veg. Some brain calming herbs without side effects should be used.

I take a sound sleep at night but I feel sleepy during day time and tired to. What's should I do.

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after, avoid stress. take balanced diet.

If you are having periods after every 40 days it means regular cycle but prolonged. No need of doing anything. N for pain you can take some antispasmodics.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Dear lybrate user, *for prevention of hair fall follow these instructions: *do not take a lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. * add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. * to reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, practice yogasana like shirshasana and sarwangasana only under the guidance of expert. * you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. * avoid intake of any medicines because they cause toxicity & hairfall. * avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * take vitamin-e rich foods like dry fruits (almonds, pista etc) daily. * take 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder with water once a day. * apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth. * checkout your thyroid profile & take proper treatment of thyroid disorder.

Dear you can have cold water in the morning if you wish. Butna little lukewarm water will, help, if you have any bowel related problem. As long as you can drink a couple of glasses of water in the morning, it doesn't matter if it's hot or cold. In wingers you may like a little warm water. You can have it slowly, if not in one or two gulps.

Glutean allergy or any irritative lesion of the upper gi system leads to excessive salivation. This excess salivation collects and you get a feeling of mucous in throat. Steroids and antibiotics wont help much. Do regular gargles and mouth washes with plain luke warm water. You can try adding an anti acid to your medications. I would suggest you ask your gastro doctor and show him my reply.

Oil and shampoo helps in conditioning the scalp. Oiling is needed so do it 3/week and wash it 3/week. Hair is basically made up of minerals, protein and iron. Sprouts, beans, nuts, soya helps in supporting protein. Green leafy vegetables improves iron. Drinking 3 lit of water helps in flushing out toxins from body. The first thing you need to understand is that when you gain weight you’re either gaining muscle or you’re gaining fat. So the healthiest way to gain weight is by putting on lean muscle, which means while you’re going to be eating more, you need to be conscious of what you’re eating. Take foods high in protein, fat, and carbs (carbs on days you’re working out) and trying to stay away from foods high in sugar, especially added sugar. This being because a lot of the sugar we eat gets metabolized into fat, and high-blood sugar levels have been linked to metabolic syndrome, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, memory loss, and even premature aging. Here are important foods for weight gain.... Soya, lean meats, salmon, tuna, egg whites, sprouts, pulses, rajma, chole, tofu, beans, whole grains. Take expert advice. Thanku.

6: 30am- 1 cup of tea (or) milk, without sugar.
2 high fibre biscuit.

8: 00am- 3 idly's (or) 2 dosa (medium size), along with
Mint / tomato chutney.

11: 00am- 1 glass buttermilk along with green salad / sprouts.

1: 30pm- 3 cup of rice along with 1 cup of sambhar / dal along
With 1 cup of vegetable curry / 3 piece
Chicken (medium size)

4: 00pm- 1 cup of tea (or) milk, without sugar.
3 high fibre biscuit / 1cup fruit salad (or) sprouts.

8: 00pm- 3 chappati with 1cup dal (or) vegetable curry.

Avoid refined sugar and sugar products, ground nut, potatoes.
