From your history it appears that you are really stressed out. Nowadays many youngsters having such complains which I believe are mainly because abnormal lifestyle like lack rest lack of sleep abnormal eating times, eating junk food so on and so forth. You need to adopt a healthy stress free lifestyle. Like regular exercise healthy food at normal times at least 8 hours of sleep. From what I see meditation and yoga will be great help. Do see a doctor so that he does necessary test for chest pain. Changing your lifestyle at this age will prevent many diseases like diabetes, blood pressure, coronary artery disease etc.

What is nail psoriasis?

Nail psoriasis is a skin condition which directly affects the nails on your fingers and your toes. This disease results in changes in the overall look and appearance of the nails. The condition usually involves a change in the shape, size, color and texture of your nails and the nails also, might feel tender and hurt.

Symptoms

The most common signs to identify a nail psoriasis condition are enlisted below.

  • Color- The nail color may turn into yellow, green or brown. You may also have red or white spots beneath the nail on the skin
  • Debris buildup- This refers to a potentially painful condition which involves accumulation of a white, powdery material beneath and on the sides of nails
  • Separation- This means that the nail is uprooted from the skin bed on your fingers and toes. This leads to immense pain and discomfort and it might also obstruct with your day to day activities.
  • Thickening- Thickening of the nail happens when there is a fungal infection along with a nail psoriasis condition. This leads to the brittleness and breaking of the nails.

Prevention

Some of the common measures to avoid a nail psoriasis condition are as follows.

  • Keep your nails short, well-trimmed and shaped
  • Wear shoes that are easy on the toes
  • Keep the nail edges smooth using nail filer
  • Moisturize your nails well on a daily basis
  • Wear gloves while doing activities like cleaning or washing

Treatment

The most common treatment for nail psoriasis is phototherapy, which involves the use ultraviolet light rays to address the condition. The therapy usually takes place in a doctor's clinic or a hospital. Additionally, some of the systematic medications used to treat the condition are methotrexate, acitretin and cyclosporine.

My wife is of 25 years old, we had a child of 5 years old. From the last two years my wife is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and hypothyroidism. We have been using prednisolone and sulphasalazine tablets from a reputed rheumatologist. We have been using from the last two years the same tablets and going to the doctor for every two months as prescribed. Necessary blood tests are also being conducted on almost every visit. Pains are coming back even if she forgets to take tablets for one day. We are also looking for a second pregnancy. Many people are saying that prednisolone should not be used for long time. Please help in troubleshooting the above problem.

Hello it is sign of thyroid disorder to get hair fall, dry skin, weight gain or loss, irritability etc. So, first of all, it's important to control your thyroid illness. Investigate your thyroid level first (serum tsh, t3, t4) first. Also go for other blood test like complete blood count etc. It's better to consult a dermatologist in person to start treatment for hair fall along with thyroid treatment.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Sanjeevani vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Taking food at proper times will keep your hair and skin oin healthy condition. Use sunscreen when you go to play cricket. Cosmelite cream is good. Eat lots of vegetables n salads n fruits. Sleep for 6-7 hours.

Symptoms of malaria are -- high grade fever with chills, profuse sweating , headache ,vomiting , anemia. Avoid mosquito bites and use mosquito repellents to prevent malaria. Use cetrime soap for cleaning face, .Apply cucumber n lemon juice every day in morning and evening and leave it for 20 minutes. rinse thoroughly with water ..or apply honey for 20 minutes on face.

Follow these usefultips for arthritis pain relief: * take take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * give a gentle oil massage to knees regularly and wrap your knees with cloth dipped in hot water for atleast 10-15 minutes. * wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support. * sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamin-d *avoid heal shoe and wear only flat shoes for balanced load on knees. * take guggalu tablets if himalaya one tablet daily for atleast 3 months. * take a piece of garlic, crush it and boil it a glass of milk and drink daily for fast pain relief.

Hi thanks for your question. If you have lost 2.5 kg weight in a week first thing I will suggest you to consult a doctor for the cause behind this. And regarding the dietary guidance for putting weight some important points I am mentioning below. 1. Don't drink water before meals. 2. High protein snacks can do wonders in gaining weight. 3. Eat more often. 4. Drink milk. You can take whole milk also so more calories. 5. Try to include mutton, chicken, fish in your diet so that your gain more of muscles. 6. Avoid skipping meals. 7. Use bigger plates. And take your time to eat. 8. Add cream to your coffee. Have fruit juices. Try to enjoy your food and never miss any meal. 9. Get quality sleep. Hello, Common reasons for dark circle are aging, genetics, nutritional deficiency (of vitamin A, C, K, E) , sleep deprivation, worm-infestation, anemia, smoking & drinking, dehydration, sun exposure, allergies, stress/ tension and hormonal changes. Research also suggests that dark circles are linked to anemia, and liver diseases. So, in case of dark circles which are there due to some underlying cause can be get rid rid of once the causative factor is rectified. But the dark circles which are inherited from our genes can't be removed completely, to some extent can make slightly better. Diet and Management: Thus, always take a balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetable, dairy products and all types of fruits to keep your body healthy. It is advisable to have at least 10-12 glasses of water and include fresh fruit daily. It is also advisable to restrict the intake of caffeinated drinks such as tea, coffee, alcohol and other caffeinated drinks as it aggravates dehydration. Take enough of 6-8hrs. Of sleep. Avoid taking stress/ tension. Do daily exercising regularly as it increases oxygen carrying capacity of the cells and tissues. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Cina 1M/ one dose at night for 10 days; Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both twice daily for 20 days. Revert me back there after.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects
