To gain weight and strength, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1.Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2.Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3.Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5.Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6.Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7.Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

Hye, thanks for the query. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Whatever exercise you can manage consistently and enjoy too eg jogging football dance swimming.

Your weight should be 54 kg as per your height. In order to gain weight, here are some tips- 1. Have small meals which are low in volume but high in nutrient & calorie density at regular intervals (every 2-3 hrs). Ex- aloo- paratha, bread with jam/peanut butter, almond milkshake, mango juice, til ladoo, peanut chikki, cheese-omlette, hilsa/pomfret, chicken, atta-maida roti with ghee, rice with ghee, thick creamy soup, paneer/soyabean cutlet. 2. Drink 2-3 litres water daily. Avoid drinking water just before/ along with the meal. Keep 1/2-1 hr gap 3. Practice resistance exercises in gym for building lean body mass.

Hello you can take homoeopathic medicine alfa alfa syrup twice a day. Take care of your diet. Eat healthy food. Breakfast, lunch, dinner should be on time. Take some juices go for walk and do little exercise that your body allows don't exert your self.

1.Eating after short intervals is very important to Gain weight. 2. Include high energy nutrient rich sources in your diet such as dark chc 3.To Gain weight it's very important to eat after short intervals, 4.Always carry high energy food sources with you such as nuts, dark chocolates, packed cakes etc. 5.Keep yourself motivated through out the day to gain weight, 6Include more of sweet & sweetened beverages & desserts in your diet and have it after every 3 to 4 hours.

Hi Liver cirrhosis can be due to several causes and the treatment depends on the etiology. Treating the root cause and preventing triggers which can cause complications is very important. There are alternative therapies available only in Functional medicine whereas in modern medicine they just put a band aid .But to know what stage your cirrhosis your friend has detailed lab results as well as dietary and medication history is needed. Avoid all dairy products Avoid animal protein eat plant based foods only. Because the treatment differs from person to person depending on the age, the cause, the severity of the disease any coexisting other medical conditions etc. Start taking specific supplements which can only be discussed with a consult.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Endure you start your day with luke warm water 2 glasses and overall 12 glasses minimum in the entire day. Eat fruits in between meals and drink green tea. Natural remedies are always better and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Avoid supplements. Avoid Artificial foods. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds & 5 khajoor daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Take deworming tablets every six month. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.
