Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

For healthy personality, start your day wid amla juice and aloe vera juice wid water. Do pranayam i. E. Anulom vilom and kpalbhati daily. In breakfast eat banana wid milk, 2 to 3 hrs take proper food wid curd and salad, in evng drink 1 glass of milk widany type of brunch. In dinner you can use rice wid daal.

Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

For gaining weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. For gaining fat on cheeks you should do some facial exercise.

Hi, take banana with milk in the morning. Ghee, butter, sweets be added in years regular diet. Homoeo care: ashawagandha q --10 drops, thrice with 2 tsfl of water. Avana sat. 30 thrice a day. Report after a month, take care.

Hi ,day by day my nature & feelings are being changed .I always feel nervousness little afraid although I am brave but I don't k ow what's happening to me I got affected by a simple things also and I need a good time to become normal that's cause hamper to my studies .I feel very restless I CNT sit nor walk its very unusual feeling difficult to describes. And ya my heart it have also some affects I can't describe it ya sometime its beat fast and some other affects also But how can I describes my self its very difficult to write .In simple I always feel very nervous and due to this I can't gain weight at the age of 21 my wt is just 41. Dear lybrate user, I think you feel chocked. There are lot many things going on in your mind but you are unable to express it. You might be scared and probably feeling shameful about something in life. You might be angry with someone or something. You need to express your feelings which will relieve your anxiety and stress. Once you are relieved of your troublesome thoughts and feelings, you will start feeling lighter. You will start taking interest in life and may have more appetite and eventually put on more weight. If there are any problems at home, try to discuss with concerned people and try to resolve them. You may talk to your school or college counsellor. The counsellor will help you. Take care.

Hello, th spinal problem occurs bcoz of wrong sitting posture or wrong techniqe of workout. As you mention above you sit atleast hours then this prob is not shocking to u. So now wht you can do thats the point. You can do workout here. Go to gym or fitness centre. Do workout for your lower back. Do yoga for your lower back. Give it propoer stretching daily. An sleep on your chest for atleast 1 week. Hope, you get some relief. Thankyou.

Before starting any treatment you require to have micro exam of ear. Also if nothing abnormal it may be Neuralgia or reffered pain of toothache or tonsillitis or any infective leasion in throat. Also sinus problem can give rise to ear ache....take pain killer

There are some things that people who have succeeded in losing weight do.

  1. Discipline: Whether to say no to the extremely appealing cheese laden pizza or your favourite alcoholic drink, when you are on the way to weight loss, you need to say NO. A loud, affirmative, clear NO. Every single thing that you put into your system needs to be watched for. The same affirmative NO is required for the urge to sleep for that extra few minutes and delay your workout.  You just have to be hard on yourself - discipline, self-control, strong will, or commitment - whatever you want to call it, this is the most important ingredient that weight loss winners would vouch for. Without this, no amount of coaxing by your trainer or dietician or doctor is going to work. The final onus and the single determining factor in your weight loss is you - you decide if you win or lose. 
  2. Set realistic goals: Just because you idolize a sportsperson or a movie star does not mean you should set target to look like them.  Each person's body composition is different, which will determine your looks and weight. Consult with experts who know the subject and set realistic goals. While some may be able to lose 10 kilos or pounds over 10 days, others might only to able to accomplish 3 to 4.  Do not fret over this, realize that your body as unique and set goals based on how it will respond.
  3. Winners keep scores: As you embark on your weight loss journey, remember to keep scores. Set up milestones by weeks and months, and make sure you track and meet them.  If you are falling short, step back and analyze and work at it.  Once you have reached your target of the initial loss, keep scores in terms of what you can eat and exercise and track those too.
  4. Enjoy the grind: If you look at weight loss as something you are doing to please somebody, then you are going to find it more difficult. The most important ingredient is to realize that you are doing it for yourself and to enjoy the entire journey of weight loss. Feel good about your altered food habits and exercise and look at the mirror to appreciate the small changes that your body is going through. Feel good about every inch you lose, and you are sure to lose more.

Keep area dry. Wear sun dried light cotton clothes. Don't share your things with anybody. Apply garlic paste in that areas. Drink lukewarm water boiled with some neem leaves. Bath with lukewarm neem leaves water only. Giloy amla n light food will help u. Arogyawardani vati-2 tab gandak rasayan-2 tab amrita gugulu-1 tab twice aday with lukewarm water. Sarivadhasav-20 ml with lukewarm water twice a day. Triphala choorn- 1 tsf at night with 1 glass lukewarm water. Apply mahamarichyadi oil two three times a day. Have medication for 3-4 months. Consult Ayurveda consultant for panchkarm treatment n more accurate guidance.

hello mam, take high protein and high calorie diet. take milk and milk products. take sprouts, mango shake, banana shake, cold coffee, paneer, egg, soy milk, juice with lemon, milk with dates, milk with jaggery, milk with beashan ladu.do stretching exercise alternate day. do cycling daily.don't skip your meals and breakfast specially. have small and frequent meals.

Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Hello, An enlarged liver is usually caused by liver disorders related to excessive alcohol use, congestive heart failure, glycogen storage disease, viral hepatitis, liver cancer, and steatosis (fat in the liver). Along with LIV 52, take Carduus pentarken , 2 tabs twice daily.

1.Keep the area clean and dry. 2.change under garments and socks daily. 3. Do not Wear tight clothes. Wear loose-fitting cotton under garments. 4. Wash clothes with hot water 5. Change linen daily 6. Do not apply any soap, cream,powder, oil to the area 7.do not share towels. Sheets and clothes. 8.do not scratch the rash, as this may spread the fungus to other areas of your body. 9.
