Monocef o 50 is an antibiotic which will not work if fever is viral. You ll have to give an antipyretic like paracetamol to reduce fever. Please consult for definitive management. In the meantime wipe the baby with wet cloth to reduce temperature.

1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation... 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week.

First do health check up.And do exercise like weight lifting and other muscle building exercise.Use bigger plate.Do not skip meals.Eat more frequently than before.Eat dense fruits,vegetables.Take extra egg,fish,mushroom.tofu etc.Add healthy fats in cooking.Take nuts,seeds as snacks.These will help you but for more details consult me privately on lybrate.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e. G. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake: Increase your protein intake e. G. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits), pulses e. G. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day. Hye. Thank you for your query. Just because you started working out in the gym does not justify taking creatine supplement. Your workout does not justify that kind of requirement. First start working out right till you reach an intensity level, improve your diet- that's very crucial. You will only harm your body by giving it something it does not require.

hello Prashant let me clear this first simply eating more means you will gain more weight this funda never works. to put on weight you should go for weight gaining panchakarma (bruhan) therapy. which will clear your channel of digestive system. and you will start absorbing more through sufficient food. alomg with that you should go for yoga which mantains that weight.

Hello, you seem to be sleeping only for 4 hours a day however human body needs atleast 6-8 hours of sleep to work efficiently. Try avoiding caffiene rich items like tea, coffee, colas 4 hours prior to sleep. Have warm milk at bedtime add khas- khas and elaichi powder to it. Take warm water bath and then try to sleep. If this does not work then consult your physician. Also try to do 60 minutes of physical activity daily but not closer to sleeping time.
