But in spirituality this is thought as path of loss of energy and also mental deviation from the path to reach to God. So a man can become celibate but it requires immense devotion and self control to do it.Not everybody can do it.

After the juice fast, the patient may adopt an all-fruit diet for further three to five days. In this regimen, he should have three meals a day of fresh juicy fruits such as apples, pears, grapes, oranges and pineapples, but no bananas. Thereafter a simple diet may be resumed on the following lines: Upon arising: A glass of warm water with juice of half a lemon. Breakfast: One fresh juicy fruit such as apple, pear, mango, papaya, or some grapes, or berries. One cup wheat broken wheat or one slice of whole meal bread with a little butter. Mid-morning: Orange or pear juice. Lunch: Raw vegetable salad, two small wheat tortilla of whole wheat flour, a steamed leafy vegetable such a. Spinach, fenugreek or carrot and a glass of buttermilk. Mid-afternoon: Coconut water or apple juice. Dinner: One cup strained vegetable soup, two wheat tortilla of whole meal, baked potato and one other leafy vegetable like fenugreek seeds, spinach, etc. Before retiring: A glass of hot skimmed milk with honey if desired. There is no specific treatment for Hepatitis A and for B antivirals are given. Your SGPT will come down in 3-4 weeks without any specific plan.

Sleep is the best reliever of all stress and physical pain. Not only is it important to get sleep, but also to sleep soundly and without any disturbance. The quality matters. Here are a few tips to get better sleep: 1.It is important to maintain the same sleep schedule every single day. This helps to naturalize your body clock and get the best quality sleep. 2.Switch off all mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Their artificial glow not only hampers your eyesight, but also prolongs the amount of time your body takes to relax and fall off to sleep. 3.If your back pain causes you to continually wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, then sleep with a pillow or cushion between your legs so as to straighten out your back and relieve pent up stress. 4.The importance of your pillow can never be stressed upon enough. Your pillow should be not too fat, hard or soft. It should just about support the natural curve of your neck, so that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of your body. Correct sleeping postures are extremely important. 5.Make sure your room is nice and dark so as to stimulate the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that is regulated by light exposure. Darker the room, greater melatonin, making you more sleepy. 6.Those who exercise regularly and well are known to be fitful sleepers. Exercise well before bedtime. If required, do some light yoga or stretching exercises that promote sleep. 7.What you eat throughout the day makes a difference to the quality of your sleep. Stay away from too much caffeine, alcohol, or a heavy meal just before sleeping. They only make you stay awake for longer and may cause heartburn or stomach trouble. Don't drink too much water, or else you will be making more midnight trips to the bathroom than clocking those sleep hours. 8.Try to keep your head clear of all worries and stress when in bed. Regular meditation and deep breathing can help. There is no end to all the things you can do to sleep well and comfortably. It is important to be self-disciplined to sleep well and hence be a healthy individual. Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. Hi , the correct dosage of bee pollen for you will depend on several factors - what type of pollen you're planning on taking, the reason you're taking bee pollen and your experience using/taking this supplement in the past. Granules: for general health purposes, my recommended bee pollen dosage is 1 - 2 heaping teaspoons of the raw granules per day. Mix them in juice, a smoothie, yogurt, applesauce, cereal or simply chew them and swallow. Capsules: for general health purposes, my recommended bee pollen dosage is 1000 mg - 2000 mg per day taken with water or juice.

Prostetic enlargement is natural process of ageing. In allopathy there is no medicine to prevent enlargement uptill now. Not every enlarge prostate is cancer. But as age advances % of having prostatic cancer is more. Sometime it diagnosed after surgery when tissue send for biopsy.

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea/coffee in late evening and after. avoid stress. 8 hours of sleep is ok.. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.

My father (age 59) had to undergo a sudden operation on 10 March 2014 due to complaint of sudden sever pain in heart and cheast. When rushed to the hospital in an unbearable pain doctors investigated and found that my father's has experienced an aorta bust (He was diagnosed of Acute Type B Aortic Dissection). Therefore he was operated and 2 stents were grafted to control the situation. After this operation with 24 hours he experienced another series of uncontrolable pain in his back bone and lower limbs, the doctors post examination after few hours operated him again. This operation was done on the back bone as the doctors found out that the Cerebrospinal fluid was not floing to the lower limbs properly as well as a blood clot was observed in the lower end of the spinal cod which the doctors said was cleaned during the operation. The doctors diagnosed it to be paraplegia and said that the operation will revers the situation and he (my father ) will have normal life after the opration without any paralytic/ heart complications. Few days after the operation he ws released from the hospital with a urinal tube and a bag which the doctors said will be removed shortly, Today it is exactly 11 months that he has no sense for urine of stool as a result of which he has to stay in diapers all day long and is really struggling with his situation. I will be really oblidged if some solution/cure/ help/ recommendation is given to us to improve his situation. Thanks in advance. Kind Regards

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Quantity and thickness of semen is never a crieteria to assess the sperm quality or your reproduction capacity. Quantity and thickness of semen varies and are dependent on many factors. Please don't worry about that. Instead, if you have any doubt, check your sperm for reproduction ability.
