Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. I have read the article drinking water from a copper vessel is good for health. But in the explanation the doctor has mentioned that copper is good for this and that. What I don't understand is when you drink water how copper will enter your body. Whoever writes such articles should clearly explains their point in detail.

When water is store in copper vessel for a long time, the copper slowly leaches into water (mixed and dissolve in water). Therefore when we drink that water copper goes into our body.

By birth I had problem with my left leg. It was twisted. I got operated within 6 months of birth. But as I grew old, my right leg is much healthier and stronger then left leg. Look wise my right leg is fatter then my left leg. Over time I have also problem of varicose in my right leg. Please suggest me ways so that both legs look symmetrical & proportional.

Hi for varicose veins. *wear compression stockings. *take care of yourself like *exercising. *staying at a healthy weight. *elevating your legs. *avoiding long periods of sitting and standing. For left leg consult physiotherapist and start exercising.

Dear if you want to increase your muscle mass, the best way to do is to modify your diet and also do strength training exercises which you must be already doing at the gym. Please do not go, in for any steroid based medicines and even supplements you should consult any doctor or dietician before taking. In your diet ugly need to take good amount of proteins. Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

I think I have no major health issues. But I am too thin in comparison to my height. I am 5'6" high. But I have a very less weight. Only 53 kgs. I don't know why this is happening. But I am not at all happy with this. I don't have any issues regarding food intake. I guess. So I need fruitful advice from experienced physician. Or may be a doctor.

For increasing your weight, eat lots of carbohydrates (potatoes, rice, corn etc.) and good fats (various nuts, peanut butter etc.), high fat dairy (whole milk, cheese, paneer/ tofu). Thank you for the query I would like to ask whether you have any problems like diabetes or do you take alcohol. Fatty liver commonly arises due to faulty lifestyle. Diabetes and alcohol are both reasons for developing fatty liver. Sedentary lifestyle and intake of food rich in fat content can also cause it. Udiliv and golbi are the same medications, though medications are not very helpful to reduce this condition. Your diet needs to be modified. Avoid refined carbohydrates and saturated fat intake. Avoid intake of carbonated beverages. Intake of dietary fibres is needed. Try to develop an exercise plan daily and if you are overweight, weight loss must be attempted. You can go for some blood tests like liver function test and lipid profile. Any abnormalities in these tests must be dealt as needed. Please visit your physician for further advice.
