Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use Sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with Mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

Hi, go for a brisk walk in d morning for 45 mnts. Go for cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, running. * take oats & green tea in d breakfast.* cut your meal by 10% and add salad, fruits, sprouts in lunch. * take plenty of water to eliminate toxins but not immideat after lunch. * opt staircase in stead of a lift. Homoe medicine @ phyto berryq-10 drops, thrice a day. Take care.

Hello, don't worry as your elder sister got her menopause at 60 years of age, you will also get it by the same age approximately because this depends upon heredity also.

Is it Fear of losing people or a constant attempt to appease everyone at same time? It's very difficult to keep everyone happy simultaneously and being happy yourself. Get your priorities right. One needs to balance their personal and academic/professional life to move ahead. U need to learn assertiveness to control the situation's. Meet a therapist if you unable to do it yourself.

Hi . It sounds like constipation. She can take 3 spoons of liquid cremaffin solution mixed with 100 ml of water at night for 3 days. This will make the stools soft and relieve the problem.

Sir/madam, . I want to tell you that there is unbearable pain in my head and fever from last 2 days. Avoid smoking. Take following medicines nat suph 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days kali bich 200 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days take plain water steam once a day avoid eating curd, icecreams, pickles, papad, citrus fruits, watermelon, green skin bananas, pineapple, strawberries, custard apple, guavas. Stop using mosquito repellants.

Respected lybrate-user hi it seems improper digestion from intestines dear try to avoid more oily spicy stuffs have more liquids green leafy veg fiber content fruits curd for better digestion take isabgul 3 teaspoonful at night with 1 glass of leuk warm water for 15 days try to avoid sleeping immediately after lunch or dinner. Manage to go for walk in mor or eve for 20 minutes. Consult then if problem persist thanks regards.

Apple is a miracle fruit for the skin.The alpha hydroxy acids or AHA’s present in apples improves skin color and elasticity of the skin.Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste.Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face and neck.Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water and massage an ice cube.The skin looks baby soft, smooth with a rosy white glow.Follow this for a week to get fair skin naturally.

Keep on moving. Regular exercise can help you reach or maintain a healthy weight. Exercise also cuts stress and helps control blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels. Get at least thirty minutes a day of aerobic exercise five days a week. Try walking, dancing, low-impact aerobics, swimming, tennis, or a stationary bike. Start out more slowly if you aren't active now. You can break up the thirty minutes - say, by taking a ten-minute walk after every meal. Include strength training and stretching on some days, too.

Depression, stress and anxiety has a direct affect on sexual arousal and performance. A psychiatrist can suggest you the medication for dealing with depression. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy.  1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day.  Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of –  a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.  g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hi, for glowing skin naturally apply paste of besan powder mixed with little sandal powder daily for 10 to 15 mins. Weekly twice use tomatoes or potatoes or papaya pulped mixed with same paste. Find a glowing skin in a week.

Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.
