According to ayurveda. When pitta (hit property) of the body increase it creates all types of hair problem. For that. Eat more and more green leafy vegetables which is easy to digest as well as they contain vitamins, minerals etc which is good for hair. Don't eat fast food, junk food, heavy food which is heavy to digest. Drink more water 3 litres in a day. Manage the stress and anger. Get up early in the morning. Take enough sleep. Take regular 1 glass of cows milk two times in a day. Have a juice of carrots. Regular yoga / pranayam can sure help you. Avoid chemical base hair oil and shampoo. Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

Hello, Home remedy for acne-- Crush coriander leaves and take out its juice, then mix it with a pinch of turmeric powder , now apply on acne at night. Home remedies for Acne:-** Garlic is an antiviral, antifungal, antiseptic and antioxidant agent that can help in the fast treatment of pimples. The sulfur in garlic also promotes quick healing of pimples.Cut a fresh garlic clove into two pieces. 1. Rub the garlic on the pimples and leave it for five minutes before washing the skin with lukewarm water. 2. Repeat the treatment several times a day. Eating one raw garlic clove daily can also help purify your blood. But do not to eat too much raw garlic as it can upset the stomach. **Tea tree oil is excellent for treating acne and pimples. It has antibacterial properties that help fight the bacteria that cause these skin problems. Plus, its soothing properties help reduce the redness and inflammation of pimples. It also helps dry out blackheads and whiteheads. Just dip a cotton ball in tea tree essential oil and dab it on the affected area. Rinse your face after 15 to 20 minutes. Another option is to mix a few drops of tea tree oil in 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Apply it on your pimples and blemishes, leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse it off.

Pimples are always subsided by creams and lotions, not cured. Keep your face oil free by washing it regularly. For black spots you can use home remedies like honey, milk, baking soda and can do scrubbing too. But if it doesn't help consult a doctor.

I am 27 years old and today I got my sonography and urine test done and doctor gave me. The medicines but it's no are helpful in reducing the pain. I am unable to sleep. Not feeling hungry. Dear , please give details about complains and for how long you had them. Also post usg report along with pictures of scan and also details about the medicines. At present it seems that the cause of your troubles and also stones is bladder outflow obstruction.

Dr. I am suffering with the depression from the last 4-5 years continuing under medicine. I have much tried to come out from this disease by my self but can't come out. This tym I am taking flexotine in morning and clonotril in bed tym but no more relief. I am very tensed wid this disease and my life is dispoiling slowly. I have no desire to do work effortly. Sumtym I think to kill my self and no desire to live due to this bad disease of brain coz no memory power left, no new catching memory power, no any concentration. You can come out of depression but you need to combine counseling with medication. In counseling, you will learn a lot of skills and techniques that will help you to meet the daily challenges in life for that of a depressed person. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Hundred gm of jowar contains 339 Calorie. Whole wheat contains about the same number of calories. Wheat contains more protein, dietary fibre, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, niacin, riboflavin, and thiamine when compared with jowar. Practically the only thing jowar beats wheat at is in iron content, and that too by the tiniest of margins. Diabetics will be pleased to note that wheat is a better food for them than jowar. The chapati has a lower glycemic index when compared with jowar roti, which means that it will release sugar into the bloodstream at a slower pace. Jowar may be tougher to chew but, surprisingly, wheat is much higher in dietary fibre. Wheat has a better amino acid profile when compared with jowar. Jowar also contains anti-nutritional and toxic principles that can lead to other nutritional deficiencies on prolonged consumption. Wheat is not recommended for the minuscule part of the population that is gluten-sensitive. Jowar, which is relatively gluten-free, is undoubtedly a better food for them. So, do not despair if you find it too hard to knead jowar dough; it really isn't worth it unless you are doing it for the taste.

Dear, it is not your age for knee pain anyhow get it properly checked and consult a orthopedic surgeon who will guide you properly. You can take tendocare one tab tds for 15 days with calcium and d3 sachets and glucosamine tablet twice daily. And do morning walk regularly and knee exercises with yoga in routine, you will be fine.

Hi get an x-ray done. It was help to know about the exact cause of pain. May be there is infection in root area. Or periapical abcess. You may need some antibiotics and anti inflammatory analgesics. Or episiotomy.

Whole grains, oats, channa atta, millets and other high fiber foods should be included in the meals. If one feels like consuming pasta or noodles, it should always be accompanied with vegetable /sprouts. Milk is the right combination of carbohydrates and proteins and helps control blood sugar levels. Two servings of milk in a daily diet is a good option. High fiber vegetables such as peas, beans, broccoli and spinach /leafy vegetables should be included in one's diet. Also, pulses with husk and sprouts are a healthy option and should form a part of the diet. Pulses are important in the diet as their effect on blood glucose is less than that of most other carbohydrate containing foods. Vegetables rich in fiber help lowering down the blood sugar levels and thus are healthy. Good fats such as omega 3 and mufa should be consumed as they are good for the body. Natural sources for these are canola oil, flax seed oil, fatty fish and nuts. These are also low in cholesterol and are trans fat free. Fruits high in fiber such as papaya, apple, orange, pear and guava should be consumed. Mangoes, bananas, and grapes contain high sugar; therefore these fruits should be consumed lesser than the others.
