Hello, Ideally in early pregnancy sex should be avoided till first 3 months to allow pregnancy to establish properly and avoid chances of threatened miscarriage.

UAM suffering from low back pain list 2 weeks and I have chest pain can you suggest what should be done.

If you have pain at the mid of your back there is a chance that it gets radiated towards front resembling chest pain or else you may have flat back which puts over workload to your chest area- upper back joints and ribs which may cause such pain. Exercises: 1. Lie on the abdomen and lift your upper body from ground as much as possible and let is down - repeat for 15-20 times. ****don't hold breath and do this - breath in when you lift and breath out when you relax towards ground*****. 2. Lie on your back - have a towel roll under the paining area - lift your hands above head and place on floor - bend your knees - breath in and out fully for 20-25 times.

For increasing weight u first have to work on ur digestive system...If u have strong digestive system u will able to increase ur weight easily... Take baidyanath chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice daily for a week.....+ 1tsf triphala churna daily..., take small meals 4-5 times a day..eat healthy n light food ...drink plenty of water...walk 1km daily in evening...follow up after a week.

Dear you can do Joints pain k liyyye………………. Jumping into a workout without first warming up your muscles can increase joint pain, especially after age 40, says . As we age, our joint mobility and tissue flexibility decline; a thorough warm-up helps accommodate these changes. It doesn’t have to be long and it doesn’t have to complicated: Five minutes of light movement, like an easy walk, is all you need to get that blood flowing, warm up your muscles, and get them ready for the task at hand. Use a foam roller. Joint pain can feel worse when your fascia (the elastic, weblike matrix of fibrous connective tissue that supports, binds, or separates your other tissues, joints, and organs), becomes dry and brittle—something that happens as we age. Ideally, your fascia acts a cushion for your joints, and helps to protect them from impact during exercise, an exercise physiologist and creator of The Melt Method. The more hydrated your fascia, the more cushion you get. Creating gentle compression with a soft foam roller helps rehydrate your fascia by stimulating its cells and helping fluid move back into that tissue, While research shows that foam rolling before or after your workout can minimize discomfort, says that even doing it three times a week can reduce joint pain by about half. Get started with these 4 foam rolling exercises. 3. Shake things up. If you want to avoid overuse injuries—not to mention burnout and boredom—you know it’s not a great idea to do the same routine every single day. But mixing up your workouts is even more important if you have achy joints or arthritis, says Kruse. Muscles are involved in the control and function of joints; when they’re weak from overuse, your joint is forced to take on more impact. (So if you’re pushing through a run with overworked quads, for instance, you’re likely to feel it in your knees.) Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. But, dietary changes can speed up the effects exercise has on your belly fat and love handles. Commit to a lower-calorie diet. A pound of fat equals 3, 500 calories, so when your body burns that much off and doesn't replace it with more, you lose weight. Create the deficit with your exercise and increase it by choosing smaller portions of whole, unprocessed food. Cutting out soda drinks, pastries, burgers is one way to quickly eliminate unnecessary calories fast. Also, refusing refined grains -- such as in white bread, pasta, pizza and baked goods -- and avoiding foods high in saturated and trans fats helps you trim calories and shrink belly fat. Choose white fish, egg whites, skinless  chicken and beans, dals, low fat paneer and sprouts as examples of lean protein. Fill up on fibrous, watery vegetables; cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, peppers, green beans, pumpkin and cabbage. A small serving of whole grain roti or unpolished rice -- about 1/2 to 1 cup of rice or 1 roti -- rounds out your meals. If you find yourself hungry between meals, resist the chips, snack mixes and energy bars. Go instead for a piece of fresh fruit, some nuts or plain yogurt. Quit smoking and reduce stress to help you target belly fat and love handles for loss. Stress can cause you to make poor food choices, overeat and release a hormone called cortisol, which makes your body more likely to put on fat in your midsection. Adequate sleep, more than five hours per night and less than nine, correlates with slimmer bellies. Drink about 2 liters of water per day. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals.   Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to lush out your system & avoid bloating. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad diets and only doing singular ab exercises or ab machines alone will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.
