Step 1 Purchase milk and milk products such as yogurt, cottage cheese and buttermilk. Whey protein is a high-quality complete protein that is present in most dairy products. Milk consists of 27 percent protein overall with 80 percent derived from casein and the other 20 percent from whey. Cottage cheese is made by separating cheese from its water, which is high in whey proteins. For this reason, the water should not be discarded and instead used while cooking other foods such as soups and stews as a broth or in gravy. Step 2 Place a small strainer over a small bowl or empty container. Step 3 Put a cheesecloth over and into the strainer. If you don't have a cheesecloth, substitute use a double-lined paper towel instead. Step 4 Pour a container of yogurt over the cloth into the strainer. Cover with a plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least eight hours to set properly. Step 5 Take the container out of the fridge the next morning and remove the plastic wrap. The hardened white substance in the strainer will be similar to cheese and is often referred to as yogurt cheese. The bowl or container you used will contain a yellow substance that is the whey protein.

Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days. For gas formation: Take Natrum Phos. 6x/ 3 times a day after meals.

Is there any relation with masturbation and restlessness or lack of concentration and focus I masturbation daily and am doing from last 4 -5 years and I am unable to stop this habit but I can say that it causes social anxiety ,lack of self esteem. There is no realtion and amsturbation is safe. People wrongly believe that masturbation is a bad habit, or sin and it causes loss of energy and many side effects can occur. All these are myths and it is a safe act to give vent to sexual drive in men who cannot do sex. People fear if they have adverse effect on marriage or that their energy is wasted and such many funny misbeliefs are going around and all are not true. One can do as many times as he feels and health or energy is not affected or there will be no effect on marriage Masturbation is the self-stimulation of the genitals to achieve sexual arousal and pleasure, usually to the point of orgasm (sexual climax). It is commonly done by touching, stroking, or massaging the penis or clitoris until an orgasm is achieved. Some women also use stimulation of the vagina to masturbate or use "sex toys, such as a vibrator. Just about everybody. Masturbation is a very common behaviour, even among people who have sexual relations with a partner. In one national study, 95% of males and 89% of females reported that they have masturbated. Masturbation is the first sexual act experienced by most males and females. In young children, masturbation is a normal part of the growing child's exploration of his or her body. Most people continue to masturbate in adulthood, and many do so throughout their lives. It is a good exercise .Like every other kind of physical activity, sex burns calories, too! Sitting and watching TV burns about 1 calorie per minute. Having sex increases your heart rate and utilizes various muscle groups, burning about 5 calories per minute. Regular sex cannot replace sessions at the gym, but a having an active, healthy sex life is a nice way to get some extra physical activity. Sexual activity helps keep levels of hormones, like oestrogen and testosterone, in check. When these hormones are out of balance, conditions like heart disease and osteoporosis may develop. When it comes to protecting heart health by having sex, more is better. One study in men showed that those who had sex at least 2 times a week were 50% less likely to die of heart disease than their less sexually active men. Sexual stimulation (including masturbation) and orgasm can help keep pain away. Both activities can reduce pain sensation and increase your pain threshold. Orgasms result in the release of hormones that can help block pain signals. Some women report that self-stimulation through masturbation can reduce symptoms of menstrual cramps, arthritis, and even headache. There is no known way to absolutely prevent sleepwalking; however, certain steps can be taken to minimize one's risk. These include: Get adequate sleep. Limit stress. Meditate or do relaxation exercises. Avoid any kind of stimulation (auditory or visual) prior to bedtime. Tips to Protect Yourself When Sleepwalking These are steps you can take to prevent harm if and when you do sleepwalk: Keep a safe sleeping environment, free of harmful or sharp objects. Sleep in a bedroom on the ground floor, if possible. Lock the doors and windows. Cover glass windows with heavy drapes. Place an alarm or bell on the bedroom door.

Cough is a symptom of several diseases like allergy, asthma, chest infection, worm infestation etc to name a few. It cause chest pain, fracture of ribs, and very forcible coughs can cause giddiness, and hernias if cough is chronic. Heat stroke is due to exposure to high temperatures for example standing in hot climates for a few minutes to hours. You may experience tiredness, giddiness etc.

taking unwanted 72 three times a month is not only harmful but can be very dangerous to ur health.. instead use barrier methods like condoms or ocp's... get ur hemoglobin checked ... if its low u will have to take iron tablets also .. revert back with reports

Typhoid fever is a septicaemic and prolonged febrile state commonly caused by salmonella typhi and uncommonly s, paratyphi a, b and c. It is a faeco-oral disease. The incubation period varies from 3-10 days on an average. The symptoms of typhoid are as follows: - prolonged pyrexia, usually remittent - headache - abdominal distension - constipation followed by loose motions - malaise - vomitting - dry coated tongue -bradycardia - enlargement of liver and spleen the duration of the illness is usually about four weeks but may remain for eight weeks or more if untreated. Take complete bed rest. Consume high protein diet like sprouts, egg, soya, milk and milk products to regain the energy and strength which is lost due to the infection. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. Consume plenty of fluids. Take the antibiotics prescribed by the doctor for 10-14 days. Avoid outside food and fresh and hot home made food is preferred.

Aristozyme 10 ml after meal. avoid fast/oily foods,alcohol,smoking,junk foods,fatty foods, take plenty of liquid diets.dalia,green veg.,fiber meals,juice,lassi, if not cure then go for few tests .i.e. stool r/m, stool c/s, cbc, blood sugar,lft,and endoscopy of large intestine. Do yoga/go for walk.

Hello Periods may get delayed either due to your pcod or if you are pregnant. If you are overdue then get a home pregnancy test kit and check to confirm pregnancy.

no the permanent solution is just to take ur medicines regularly,, Following are the tips to prevent onset/or control diabetes 1-Losing Extra Weight: helps lower your blood pressure and cholesterol too. waist of more than 80 cm in women & 90 cm in man are at risk 2- Constant and regular food timings :improves metabolic activity and helps reducing weight. 3- Split meals and eat in moderate amount 4- No long Gaps and skipping of meals:-Never miss out breakfast. 5- No overeating:-Never eat in a bulk on one time Remember to eat food slowly & chew well. 6- Proper Exercise and work outs: regular brisk walking for 30 min. five times a week is best .Cycling, swimming, dancing can also be done. Do not eat right away after a workout . 7-constant and regular timings for medication 8-Avoid fried foods ,meat,fats and sweets.  9- Take high-fibre and complex carbohydrates:-like oats and include high-fiber carbohydrates like wheat bran, flaxseed and methi seeds to your wheat flour .Add whole grain foods in your diet.
