Lybrate-user, no one denies the benefits offered by banana. But it get converted to blood glucose very rapidly, therefore raises blood glucose level. If some one eats more bananas every day then hyperglycemia can occur, making it difficult to control diabetes. Hyperglycemia put a load on insulin action. For a diabetic person a small banana eaten once a while may be allowed. But regular usage is not god. It like eating sugar. In diabetes it is always said that eat complex carbohydrates meaning those present in whole grains, unpolished grains and whole grain ata (flour). The reason is starch present is these is converted to glucose after a considerable enzymatic action. Hence glucose level rises slowly. Thanks.

Every pregnancy begins at fertilisation which happens in fallopian tubes (ft), after fertilisation the ba of cells goes to the uterine cavity and stays there for 8m. So after ectopic when one tube is removed, the chances of ectopic happenning in 2nd tube are high but its not the fonality of all pregnancies. If the fertilised egg makes it to the uterine cavity you can skip having tubal pregnancy but whether this will happen or not will be decided when next fertilisation happens in the remaining tube. You can seek help of local gynec to asses your case. The gynec may ask for hsg to find out patency in remaoning tube. If patent, and caliber is good ectopic may not happen. But if caliber is small ectopic may occur again the only way to avoid it is by doing ivf (test tube baby)

Who in this world doesn’t want to look good and feel good?

Everyone wants to look best and be healthy, no one likes to be sick and everyone loves to feel good and look beautiful, slim and trim.

The most important factor, which makes us look good and feel good, is food. We get energy from food, we look healthy when we eat good food, and we look good if we eat properly and proportionately.

Hence, food is the most important factor in our life and without it we cannot survive. Diet is the most important part of our life; our diet is what we eat every day.

Today I am going to tell you about the importance of proper diet & food and tips to consume for fit and healthy life.

Diet is very important if you want to reduce weight because weight loss is 80% diet and 20% sweat. Working out alone is not going to help you reduce your weight. I do not deny the fact that exercise helps to reduce weight, but diet plays a much more important role in weight loss.

If you want to be healthy then make sure that, you eat a well nourished and well-proportioned diet as too much of something is not good. If you eat too much then you will become obese which will lead to all kinds of health problems like blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, arthritis, back ache, etc.

I remember reading a beautiful quote, which goes like, “Eat your food like your medicines or else you will eat your medicines like food”.

The above quote is indeed true and gives a very good message, so watch what you eat.

Avoid processed and canned food because, they are filled with sugar and salt, which act like preservatives and are very bad for health. The fresh packaged fruit juices, which we drink contains high amounts of sugar and the frozen food and other ketchup’s and sauces, which we consume, are filled with fat, MSG, sugar and salt, which are quite dangerous to our health.

Make sure that you include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet and avoid oil as much as possible. Fruits and vegetables help to detoxify your system and oil is necessary for our body to function but too much of oil is very bad. Make sure that you fast at least once a month to give rest to your digestive system.

Hence, these are some of the tips, which you ought to follow to eat your way to a healthy life.

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for fastly increase in stamina, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. There are many questions a woman may have in mind for her gynecologist but never asked them. Here are 15 such questions along with their solutions.

1. Does my vagina smell unpleasant?
You should shower it with water and gently wipe it with a wash cloth before any test. Applying perfume makes the smell even worse.

2. What to do in case the feet stink?
You should wear fresh and clean socks before going for the test and getting in the stirrup which is a metal device for convenience of gynaecological tests.

3. In case of a period, should I cancel my test appointment?
A gynaecologist is not afraid nor disgusted by blood as blood is a part of the specialist's profession. If you have heavy bleeding, you can call up the nurse for suggestions.

4. What if the doctor or nurse judges my body?

hello you need to take a healthy balanced diet along with regular exercise regime for 5 days a week at least. take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. drink plenty of water include seasonal fruits and vegetables and sprouts start your day with 5 almonds soaked overnight with apple and green tea. avoid sweets, junk food and aerated drinks. avoid zimikand, arbi, mango and cheeku. take fruits as mid meal. thank you for detailed diet plan you can consult

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash.

Only shampoos will not help. You need proper treatment for hairfall. There are many causes for hairfall according to my research. Read this article --- alopaecia or hair loss: on an average hair grows about 13 mm a month. They grow more at night than day and faster in summer than winter. Healthy adults normally shed between 50-100 hairs each day. Causes: hereditary severe illness high fever nutritional deficiencies. Scalp infections stress certain drugs like cytotoxic anti-cancer drugs and strong antibiotics hormonal changes esp. During pregnancy and also after leaving the contraceptive pill. Certain chemicals, like those used to purify swimming pools. Wear and tear of over-grooming. Bleaching. Repeated bleaching with hydrogen peroxide can cause split ends perming and dyeing. Temporary dyes are not as harmful as permanent dyes which can damage the hair shaft. Symptoms: sudden or gradual change in any of the 4 factors: density, texture, pattern and colour. Broken hair or split ends. Do's and do not's: recognize signs of stress and identify the causes. At work reduce stress by learning to avoid long hours, not accepting unrealistic demands, setting realistic goals, accepting changes optimistically and not taking work-related problems home. At home air, your grievances, share your problems and regular weekend breaks with the family. Your diet should be balanced in vitamins, minerals and proteins. Avoid using dyes, bleaching and perming hair. Avoid washing your hair too frequently. To avoid split ends snip off the ends cleanly every 2 weeks. Otherwise, the split may travel backwards to the root. Avoid tight hairstyles or elastic hair bands. Do not use heated, spiked rollers frequently and never hold the hair dryer too close to the scalp. (at least 15 cms away) never use sharp combs or brushes. Never brush or comb when the hair is wet and always use a towel to dry it gently. Avoid over-zealous scalp massage or brushing. Treatment: homoeopathy has a solution for alopecia thanks.

If it is swelling of testies with acute pain then it could be epidedem orchitis of sprmatic cord or simply swelling in one of the scrotal sac then it could be hydrocele of right side that is collection of fluid or water in the scrotal sac. Ifbitbis increasing in size then you should consult a surgeon and get it operated.

My tsh level is 7.02 mcIU/ml. I'm taking medicine thyroxine of 75 mcg. Still I find irregular periods, what else could be done for this?

Thyroid is one other reason of irregular cycles but I suggest you to go for other tests also to exclude the possibilities and if all the tests comes to be normal thend what you are doing is the best thing to normalise your level. Get it repeated after 6 weeks and then accordingly dose will be adusted. .don't worry.

DEAR Lybrate USER …. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 4) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 6) try to sleep upto 10-11 pm. 7) avoid coffee and tea…. A) apply paste of nutmeg and milk on dark circles with gentle massage. Leave it for 10-20 minutes. After it wash face with lukewarm water. Do this two times in a day. B) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyawardhini vati after meals. C) take 30 ml of triphala juice along with 15 ml of honey at night before sleep …. D) take 30 ml of audumbaravleha along with 30 ml of lukewarm water, early in the morning. E) take 10 gm of HARIDRA KHAND after meals…. This formula of treatment is 100% succesful in PROBLEM OF DARK CIRCLES. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.
