There are no. Of causes for foot pain, most common is Planter fascitis. Which is usually due to weakness of calf muscles, kindly standing ankle pumps regularly and for pain take a freezed water bottle and put it under your sole and role it 5 minutes---- initially 3 times day and after 3 day twice a day and after one week once in a day

McKenzie Exercises These back exercises are named after a physical therapist in New Zealand who found that extending the spine through exercise could reduce pain generated from a compromised disc space. Theoretically, extension exercises may also help reduce the herniation of the disc itself and reduce pressure on a nerve root. There is a wide range of McKenzie exercises, some of which are done standing up while others are performed lying down. All of these upper and lower back exercises use core muscle contraction and, usually, arm motions to stabilize the trunk and extend the spine. McKenzie exercises may also be helpful for those individuals who have back pain due todegenerative disc disease. While sitting or flexing forward can accentuate low back pain for patients with degenerative disc disease, extending the spine can serve to relieve the pressure on the disc. Note that the opposite is true in elderly patients who have facet osteoarthritis and/or lumbar stenosis (extending the spine jams the facet joints on the back and increases pressure across the joints, so these With this back exercise technique, the physical therapist first tries to find the patient’s" neutral" spine, or the position that allows the patient to feel most comfortable. The back muscles are then exercised to teach the spine how to stay in this position. This back exercise technique relies on proprioception, or the awareness of where one’s joints are positioned. Performed on an ongoing basis, these back exercises provide pain relief and help keep the back strong and well positioned. Lumbar stabilization back exercises may also be done in conjunction with McKenzie exercises. The McKenzie exercises serve to reduce back pain, and the lumbar stabilization exercises help strengthen the back. Stabilization back exercises can be rather rigorous and therefore may not be well tolerated by all patients. It may be advisable for elderly patients or patients in significant pain to use other less strenuous means of physical therapy and back exercise to strengthen the back. Patients will typically feel better sitting, and have more pain with extension).

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use pillow under the knee. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Sir you damaged your spinal muscle by playing football where unknowingly you used your spine muscle rather than let or glutes muscle. They have not engough power to sustain for long time. You have right leg muscle. Go through physical examination by physiotherapist near to you. He /she will make you. Painless and comfortable with right guideline.

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Ferrum phos 200x + Kali mur 200x 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult online. And take Alfalfa tonic 2 tsp 3 times a day.

You need to be a little more specific as to where you be hurt yourself or its paining so that one can make suggestions pertaining to your problem. Until then you can have an antiinflammatory twice a day after meals to subside the Inflammation/ apparent swelling over affected area n use an ice pack on aches n pains of body. Don't forget to get a tetanus injection and dress the area that got hurt and are oozing blood/ fluids.

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval. 2) do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3) do not wear high heals do not ignore your back pain and do reply for detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. --a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Please consult a physiotherapist for the same.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment see your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform me.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Feeling of heaviness is usually when the pain is neural. You can start by hot fomentation for the back and the leg, tummy tucking exercise, heel slides while lying down. Avoid running on concrete and avoid lifting heavy weights for the moment.
