Probiotics are not usually needed by a healthy person as the body itself takes care of it. So, its perfectly fine if you dont eat curd. As far as alternative probiotics are concerned, there are many in the market like providac, bifilac etc.

The principal symptoms of dengue are:
-high fever and at least two of the following:
-severe headache
-severe eye pain (behind eyes)
-joint pain
-muscle and/or bone pain
-rash
-mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising)
Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear:
-severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting
-red spots or patches on the skin
-bleeding from nose or gums
-vomiting blood
-black, tarry stools
-drowsiness or irritability
-pale, cold, or clammy skin
-difficulty breathing
There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. Use analgesics with acetaminophen (crocin or dolo -650 mg) and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs.
Take rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc. To prevent dehydration.
Avoid visiting heavily populated residential areas, if possible.
Use mosquito repellents, even indoors.
When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants tucked into socks.

You might be having fissure in ano. That is condition when there is anal mucosal tear when you pass hard stools and due to spasm of anal sphincter. Take some laxative at bedtime so you pass soft stool and continue with sitz bath. If pain persists go and see your surgeon.

Quick discharge/ Premature Ejaculation is very common and is usually not associated with any disease but may be due to anxiety, sometimes however there may be problem with prostate gland and thyroid hormone. Most often it is a chronic problem and you have to take medicines off and on. Also there are exercises to control it.
You can learn to control PE by doing this exercise- pull your muscles that you pull at the end of urination for few seconds then release repeat this several times daily. Another is stop-start technique: when you feel that you are going to ejaculate stop the sexual stimulation and divert your mind, the penis will relax, after sometime start the stimulation again and repeat the procedure. Over few months you will gradually increase your ejaculation time.
You can apply lignocaine gel to head of penis 10 mins before sex and wipe it off before starting sex. Also there are medicines to treat your problem. There is no need to think of suicide for a treatable condition. you can ask in private question.

Symptoms of chicken gunya includes fever, joint pain, nausea, vomitting etc. Symptomatic treatments is usually given. For pain and fever you can take tablet paracetamol .as joint pain can last from weeks to approx 6 month so. No point to take lot of painkillers for the same. Keep yourself well hydrated. You can use cold compress on jointsto relieve pain. Include lot of vegetables in your diet. Symptoms will improve significantly.
