Hello, First and foremost you should exercise as per the calories you consume. Secondly, avoid, junk and outside food completely and also alcohol. You should eat clean like beans, greens, good quality proteins, complex carbohydrates and lots of water.

An evaluation will be needed to rule out any other physical or psychological problems including bipolar disorder. A diagnosis of depression or adjustment disorder/ prolonged grief reaction will need to be confirmed, which I strongly suspect is the case. Medicines such as fluoxetine, escitalopram or sertraline can be very helpful while also being completely safe. Take care!

What is the causes of hair fall and how it is control and what are the causes of typhoid? Please help me.
Causes:: Genetic factors, family history, overall aging process, normal life variations including temporary severe stress, illness, nutritional changes, hormonal changes like those in pregnancy, puberty, and menopause may cause a reversible hair loss. 1. Chop some onions (pyaz) into fine pieces and squeeze out the juice. Apply this to hair and scalp and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse it with shampoo. 2. Crush a few cloves of garlic (lehsun), add in a little coconut oil and boil for a few minutes. Cool it till it becomes warm and apply it on the scalp with a little massaging action. Repeat two to three times a week for best results. 3. Take coconut milk and add a little water to it. Apply this to the scalp and allow it to stay overnight. Rinse this the next morning. 4. Add two teaspoons of amla juice/ powder and mix with equal quantity of freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix well, apply to the scalp and leave it to dry; then rinse using warm water. 5. Take some flowers of rose (gulab) add some water to it and make a paste. Apply it on hair and keep it for an hour and then wash the hair.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the black spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

Irregular periods are common after taking i-pill. You did the right thing by taking the i-pill. Irregular period may continue for a month or so but it resolves spontaneously after that without any treatment.
