Hello, Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening  for  45 mnts to enshape your whole body.    •Tk, 3/4 litres  of water to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell.  •  Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell & tissues to curb fats cells.     •Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.     •Opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office.    •Tk, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast. 3 breads,  1 bowl of pulses,  1 bowl of green  veggies,  repeat the same in dinner.     •Tk, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintaing 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.      •consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. Avoid, nicotine,coffee, alcohol,junk food, cookies, burger,pizza ,butter, ghee, sweets, sitting on computer late in d night. TK, Homoeo medicines which are gentle, rapid & safe. @ Phyto berryQ -10 drops, thrice, with little lukewarm water before each meal Tk, care.

Eat a high-fiber, low-sugar diet. Load up on fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Avoid processed and fatty foods to keep your blood sugar levels in check. If you’re having trouble eating healthy on your own, then reply back to me as I am both a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping pcod patients and through diet, exercise and medications.

HI LYBRATE USER… A) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals…. B) do regularly BHUJANGASANA,UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes….do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

For loosing your weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Hello, I am glad that you are working out as well. Along with workout, healthy eating habits are a must. First and foremost, cut down all junk, maida based foods, fried foods, packed and processed foods. Instead of these, snack on Fruits, vegs, nuts etc. Drink at least 3 liters of water daily and ensure you are eating good quality protein foods such as milk, curd, pulses, egg etc. Cut down on the carbohydrate portions such as rice, chapati etc. Eat more of vegetables instead. All the best!

Sir meri age 37 years hai or my weight aprox 78 kg hai jo last 2 year sa constant hai na badha hai na ghata hai or mera legs mai problem hona lagi hai exercise karna sa bhi koi fark nahi pad raha hai mai kya karo mai apna koi costly treatment bhi nahi karwa sakti hu kuch esa upya batya ki mere weight bhi kam ho jaya or mere legs ki problem bhi dhik ho jaya stairs chadna sa heart per pressure mahsus hota hai or halka halka pain bhi hona lagta hai kabhi kabhi or khas kar knee mai bhaut pain hota hai stairs chadna sa or mai usko avoid bhi nahi kar sakti hu so please koi solution batya is problem ka. Weight loss does not require any costly treatment.. In fact there is no costly treatment available ..else all rich people would be slim and trim. There is no medicine or herb for weight loss. Your extra weight of 20 kgs is the result of wrong food choices and habits. Our household diets are mostly high in Oils /Sugars/Maida.. and these are three main culprits for weight gain. Daily max limit for all your oil/ghee is 4 teaspoons and same for sugar. Measure daily and use only that much per person. Consult a dietician for a detailed diet and wellness plan for you. You can improve it step by step. Simple diet and simple activities don't cost anything and its the Only way to get fit. Good health does not cost anything... bad health has huge costs.

Add flax seed with luckwarm water early morning and do exercises like running and suriya namaskar for reduced bally fat.
