Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Walk, stretch, yoga, low carb, low fat diet and'kapal bhati' for ten minutes a day is the primary treatment. With this use hot water drink daily twice. Boil water with ginger. Put in glass. Add one lemon juice and honey. Drink sips. With this take asafoetida roasted dry powdered 1/2 gm and 1 gm rock salt powder once in the morning only. Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Hi Shameem, Your BMI is 26.3, which makes you slightly overweight. Normal BMI is between: 18.5–24.9. You need to reduce weight through healthy diet and regular exercise. Thought right diet can control further weight gain and assure overall health, exercise is must for weight reduction. 30 mins walk (to start with), with well-balanced diet (depending on your heath condition) can lead to gradual and healthy weight loss. Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

Aim for long term weight loss. Aspire to be fit and smart and slim..>> Add more 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. .>> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice..>> Eat slowly and mindfully.   Reduce portion size..>> Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  This will keep you toned and trim..>> Love yourself and respect your body.

For all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.

I am 52 years old Indian male. My height is 168 cms and my weight is 101 kgs. I am diabetic (H1 BC=6.8) and hypertensive taking regular tablets for both these ailments. You have to take following precautions like: use an ice pack to reduce swelling, inflammation, and pain. Take an over-the-counter pain reliever, like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. Rest your feet by staying off of them as much as possible for a few days when your heels are aching. Exercise your feet. Some good foot flexing and stretches can help stretch out the plantar fascia, and make it feel better. Adjust your shoes with inserts that raise the heel and support the arch of your foot. Avoid walking on uneven walking surfaces.
