Avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise and take plenty of water and papaya every day.

Hi Ritika Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.

1. Reduce starchy carbs. 2. Eat a full, balanced breakfast. 3. Limit sugar consumption. 4. Rotate your carbs. 5. Drink coffee (black) before working out. 6. Avoid drastic calorie reductions. 7. Eat 5-6 meals a day. 8. Increase vegetable consumption. 9. Don't over-rely on fat burners. 10. Consume 25-35 grams of fiber a day.

Hello lybate user- follow this ayurvedic tips for reducing your weight- a) wake up before 6: 30 and try skipping. B) sleep before 10 pm and take night meals before 7 pm. C) avoid potato, rice, fast foods in your diet and increase food like daily, oats sattu, etc. D) avoid excess intake of water and tea. E) do not sleep in day time, and walk at least 100 yards after meals or perform vajrasan.

Hello lybrate-user, based on your medical problems and weight gain in central part of your body, I suspect that your obesity is driven by hormones rather than excessive calorie consumption. Your diet style should be according to the root cause of obesity. Merely walking and eating low fat, low calorie food is therefore not very effective. For the knees pain, your mom needs to take a supplement containing glucosamine that will help her release the knee pain. Then start giving her low calorie fruits and vegetables as mid morning snacks. Do not go for any medicine ir supplement or crash dieting. It will cause weakness and deficiency. Have balanced diet at regular intervals low fat and high fibre with fruits and salads. Proper exercise along with diet is mustz contact me further for that.

Work out. Diet burning more calories than consuming results into weight loss. But it is not as simple as it sounds. You need to make your own diet plan, with 25% less calories than normal. Make a work out routine and include cardio. Take protein instead of carbs. You can loose 1 to 4 inches in a month depending on your body type. Weight takes more time to go down but you should not loose more than 3 kgs in one month. Generally people are able to loose only one kilo if they do not do any crash diet or hire a gym trainer, which is actually better. For a sudden weight gain, diet alone can also work.

I would need some more details before prescribing a specific diet. However, for now please have 5-6 small meals in a day. You should drink 2 glasses warm water as soon as you wake up preferably with lemon in it. This is like washing your body internally. Follow it up with a fruit of your choice and then breakfast with in 30-45 minutes. You should have home made conventional breakfast. Take a fruit or green tea or sprouts in between breakfast and lunch. Take a balanced lunch try and include protein carbohydrate and fats. Not to forget 2 cups of salad. Take a light snack in the eve an early dinner is always good when you are trying to lose weight. Make sure you are drinking enough water through the day. You also must exercise at least 5 times a week. If done regularly, you will definitely see results. All the best!

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Proteinx is just a Protein supplement. It will provide additional Proteins to your body. It has got no effect on weight loss. Its a separate process. Body weight is due to excess fat that needs to be burnt with Exercise. There is no medicine or supplement or herb that can reduce fat. Healthy eating + Daily Fitness activities is the only way to healthy living and weight loss. Its the only way to being Fit and Slim.
