Dear user. I can understand. Depressive disorder or depression is a neuro chemical disorder. Suicidal tendency is one main symptom of depression. You must be able to distinguish between mental disease and mental disorder. Your problem is a mental disorder. Not a mental disease. These mental disorders are usually treated with a combination of medicines and other means like awareness, meditation, Psychotherapy techniques, life style changes etc. Take care.

Hi, thanks for the query. When it comes to weight/ fat loss it's all about being sensible with food. Eat small but frequent meals. This will help maintain energy levels. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise whenever possible. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

Hello You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato. Take green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Thank you

I was border line diabetic. Open heart surgery done 11 years back. Was on anti cholesterol med. Suddenly, it's about a year now, I became anti diabetic, meaning acute hypo glycemic, meaning need to eat sugar time and again, as sugar lowers to 60 at times, resulting in over weight. Suggest.

Weight losing needs a strong determination as lifestyle and diet motivation can lead to wt loss but gradually. Try 30 min of regular brisk walking and diet rich in complex carbohydrate like oats. Avoid junk and roadside food.

1.Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walking/jogging/running/cycling/swimming for 1 hour daily 2.Reduce weight 3Control diet 4.Avoid sweets,sugar,oily,fatty, excess calorie/cholesterol,saturated fat and carbohydrate rich diet. Take green leafy vegetables/fruits/salads.Drink plenty of water. Avoid Junk food, Bakery items like pizza/Burger/Cookies, soft drink etc 5.Do yoga,pranayama, deep breathing exercise

Hello, There is no shortcut to weight loss and it is always better to be prepared that any healthy transformation takes time. A good diet is prerequisite to a healthy weight loss journey. Exercise alone wont help and a customised detailed weight loss plan will surely help.

Yes you can have but it's a myth that tea can help to loose weight. It suppress your appetite but do not take it after meals as it impairs nutrient absorption. Don't take more than 3-4 cups/day.

Dear lybrate user, sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated.
