Hello, Here are some tips to help you get rid of your problem: It is good to avoid fried, sour and protein rich foods in the last week of the menstrual cycle. Eat fish as it contains omega-3 fatty acids, which helps in easing contractions during menstruation Avoid eating dairy products, meat and poultry Maintain healthy and nutritious diet and perform yoga to help you stay away from problems If you are suffering from anemia, you should take food rich in iron Avoid vegetables like potato, eggplant, yellow pumpkin and try to concentrate on consuming drumsticks, papaya, white pumpkin, snake guard, cucumber and bitter guard When you experience pain, you can help reduce the pain by giving the area hot treatment. Drinking plenty of water and herbal tea also helps reduce pain and problems faced during menstrual periods. You can also perform yoga and some cardiovascular exercises that will help you get rid of these cramps. Last but not the least; take as much rest as possible. This will help you keep your menstruation under control. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Mag. Phos. 6x/ 5 tablets to be dissolved in ½ cup of water after every 2 hrly. Till the pain lasts. Home remedies for menstrual pain: You can also take simply sesame seeds in water and drink it twice during menstruation Papaya is very helpful and treats lot of menstrual problems. Raw papaya helps women suffering from severe pain or less bleeding problem. Banana is very good fruit during menstruation and those who have excess pain in back and stomach can take banana leaf that should be cooked in little oil and consume it mixed with curd.

Yes it can be corrected by doing intentional rct than FCC(cover) on it . still without seeing clinically cant suggest proper treatment plan.So go for proper consultation and diagnosis than go accordingly.

She needs to get a usg pelvis done along with a few blood tests: fsh lh tsh prolactin and testosterone. Treatment will depend on the results.

I'm a soccer player and I most frequently get across sprains etc in my foot ankles. Will these sprains, occurring often, affect my foot or my abilities at any rate whatsoever. Hope you reply soon. Thank you.

Frequent sprains cause ligament weakening. This predisposes you to recurrent sprains and can cause disabling joint damage. Consider wearing elastic ankle supports while playing. A lateral shoe raise by 1/8 inch also helps.

Use mosquito repellent net while youb sleep... and other measures to avoid mosquito growth around the house... if you experience any symptoms like cold cough fever then consult the doctor immediately... there are no other preventions for now.

Anal Fissure - Say No To Surgery!

Anal Fissure usually presents as a small tear in the anal region. This may happen because of injury by passing hard stool or by repeated bowel motion. How ever in some cases irregular bowel habits and dryness of the skin may also lead to abrasions in anal skin. 

Anal fissure are notorious as they are associated with excruciating pain while passing stool. Pain may persist for few minutes to few hours and then gradually subsides, only to recur again at the time of defecation. At times some bleeding may also be noticed. Because of pain the anal muscle sphincter goes in to spasm and this further leads to narrowing of anal orifice. As the passage gets narrowed; there are chances of increased frictional injury by the passing stool which may further enhance the pain.  The magnitude of pain at times; is so much and so increased that the patient is reluctant to pass stool and also avoid eating. 

In such condition, if the patient visits doctor; the patient is diagnosed as a case of acute anal fissure and the doctor usually advise immediate surgery. As the patient is in distress they usually follow the advise and get operated. However it has been noticed that this condition may recur again. 

In Ayurveda; this painful conditions (Acute Anal Fissure) can be conveniently and effectively treated by Kshar Karma without any Surgery. In this procedure; some medicines are applied in rectum which leads to healing of the underlying wound (Fissure). Usually the acute anal fissure heals in 3-5 visits. No hospitalization or bed rest required in this treatment and patient can continue his routine activities as usual. 

If the condition persists for long duration; a small skin fold comes out from the edge of Fissure which is termed as Sentinal Tag. This Sentinal Tag can be removed by ligating  Kshar Sutra at its root which is again an OPD procedure. 

Dos and donts for a Fissure patients

Patient suffering from Anal Fissure should avoid:

  • Spicy food
  • Fast food
  • Maida (refined wheat flour) products 

Patient suffering from Anal Fissure should prefer:

  • High fluid intake
  • Fiber rich food articles like leafy vegetables, fruits and salads
  • Do sitz bath in warm water in morning and evening 
  • Apply Sushruta Ointment  p/r in morning and evening
  • Insert 5 ml of Sushruta oil p/r before going to bed

Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. First & foremost, I would advise that you visit your doc, in person, for a clinical breast exam first. Your doc, post evaluation, would be able to recommend the steps next, appropriately. In the meanwhile, do have a healthy and balanced diet, preferably Mediterranean, and have an active lifestyle. Do exercise, de-stress and relax on a daily basis. Stay well hydrated too. Should it pain, you may apply an alternating heat and cold treatment for couple of minutes that may alleviate the same. I am 39 and weight 87ks I have a lump measuring almost 2 CMS in length on the right side of my stomach and it's there since almost more than 10 yrs, but now it pains sometimes when it is under pressure like a pin. My wife passed Away 2 years back cause of cancer and then multiple organ failure. I am having a daughter of 7 years ad hence I M afraid of getting myself checked. What could be the same. Getting afraid is not the answer problem has to be identified and treated if your wife had cancer that doesn't mean you are also going to have some major problem get examined abd take appropriate treatment in time early diagnosed can be treated early sometimes delay can creat more problems.

Keep your surroundings clean. Use mosquito repellents in house even in the day. In case of an outbreak, wear long sleeved shirts and pants. Use bed-nets if sleeping area is not screened or air-conditioned. Spray insecticides wherever you find collected water. Malaria is caused by bite of anopheles mosquito.

1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight. If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient.------------------ 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day you should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. Along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc.-------------- 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet.------------ 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories.------------ 4. Have a balanced diet.--------- 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. You feel very pressure in job. Any burdens in job. Please analyse. Feel job as a comfortable manner. Do not feel it is burden. Because of your thought nature. You are getting much pressure in job. Maintain very good relations in job environment. Do your work in comfortable manner. Initially it is very difficult. But practice it. Because it is not one day matter. You have continue so many years. Think always positive manner. Start your work in a positive manner. Do every assignment in a pleasing manner. Develop smile attitude middle of the work. After work completed feel relaxed. Evening better to spend with your family members. After work over evening take anything small snacks etc. Go regularly morning. When you go to office. Enjoy the natural movement. Better to observe others. How they look like confident manner. You also feel and behave like that. Because of tension you are getting pain. It is called psychosomatic problem. When we psychologically gives much stress it influences body also. So do not be always stress manner. Be happy and be friendly with others. Best of luck.

TIPS FOR PROPER SLEEP:: 1.Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2.Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 5. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 6.Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep.switch off lights at 11:00 pm. 7. Sleep in total dark room. 8.Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. Add ½ teaspoonful of sugar to it and have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood. 9.Do yoga daily 30 min n shavasana daily 5 min before sleep.... Do deep breathing for 2-3 min after every 1 hr....

Try the following remedy it will surely help you take one table spoon of untamed rose hips, add a pair of glasses of boiling water, boil it for ten minutes and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Take 1/4 - 1/2 of the extract 3-4 times each day with honey. Mix one a part of fresh raw juice with one part of honey. Take 1/4 glass of the combination three times on a daily basis. Take one table spoon of untamed rose hips, add a pair of glasses of boiling water, boil it for ten minutes and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Take 1/4 - 1/2 of the extract 3-4 times each day with honey. Surely you will get results.

Continuous taking medicine it is always not good. Going any type of medicine it is also not good. Every medicine has its side effects. So better to do not depend on medicine. Anxiety and depression both are psychological disorders. You are already use medication. Now it is better to consult psychologist. No side effects in psychological counselling. It is always helps to overcome to come out of the present status. Behaviour therapy helps to you very much. It is permanent therapy. No side effects. It is always good for you. So better to consult psychologist. Be happy and be sociable. Be friendly with others. Ok best of luck.

Mix 1 cup[ Listerine , 1cup vinegar and 2 cupsc of warm water. Soak feet for 10 minutes–the dead skin will practically wipe off! Listerine contains Thymol, an ingredient that does kill some bacteria and fungi. Although the concentration is lower in this than in some prescription products, it probably does kill germs and would cause skin to exfoliate. Vinegar is acetic acid. This also has some antibacterial properties and in a high enough concentration can cause irritation. Acetic acid contributes to cavity formation by eroding enamel from teeth. This might lead some to think that in low concentrations it can work to soften the skin and make it easier to exfoliate. . Ingredients: 1 cup of listerine 1 cup of vinegar 2 cups of warm water Method: Put all the ingredients in a shallow aluminum pan that held just enough liquid to cover feet completely. Soak the feet for 20 minutes, adding hot water twice to keep the water warm. Clean your feet with a dry soft towel and apply Homoeopathic cream NOCRACK CREAM (HAPDCO) on your feet.Repeat this process every second day till all the dead skin is removed.
