Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ars alb 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 2 days. 2. Belladonna 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 2 days and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

Weight depends upon height & structure of a person. For a big structure to a height of 183 cm maximum weight should be around 75 kgs. You can loose weight by using some herbal metabolism boosters like garcinia, trikatu, tripahala. Drink warm water one hour after meals. Take care.

Good morning, my name is Dr Suchindra Sachdeva, I am a consultant homoeopath we will be talking about Bronchial asthma. As you all must be aware of Bronchial asthma is an allergic condition and symptoms generally are a cough, breathlessness, wheezing, running of nose, sneezing and since it is an allergic condition the things which generally precipitate the problems are dust, smoke, pollution, cold, sour things change of seasons these are the basically precipitating factors and the fact which we on to print highlight is that homeopathy constituting homeopathy treatment can cure asthma in integrity grow. The way we approach this problem with the homoeopathy treatment we try to build up the immunity of the person, as the immunity goes up the disease phenomena goes down, that means allergic is reactivity to the allergens gradually goes down. How would we monitor that are we going in right direction with the treatment or not? If the attack of asthma start becoming lesser in frequency, lesser in intensity and of shorter duration that is one indication that our treatment is proceeding in right direction to the things which generally precipitate asthma, if those things are not able to bring above the attack that means the tolerance level towards those things and circumstances, if are becoming better that is an indication that we are becoming better. First thing is modify your diet, in the form of avoid spicy oily things and high carbohydrate diet eg potato, chips, junk outside food. Take a nutritious food a balanced diet in the form of more proteins, next comes the fat requirement which should be limited to 15-30% of daily energy intake. Carbohydrate rich in natural fiber should constitute the remaining food energy source. * bread cereal rice and pasta more seving *vegetable 3-5 serving *fruits plenty of in your diet. *milk yogurt and cheese 2-3 serving *meat poultry dry beans nuts very less serving. *fats oils and sweets occasionally. * increase physical activity in the form of jogging swimming and best way to join gym. Take small amount of food at too frequent duration will help to reduced your weight.

Not really. You need to improve the tone of the muscles in a rhythmical manner. If you do that with proper diet restriction nothing will happen to you. Do not worry.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 2yrs. More to grow further! start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation).
