2 month back I having acne and skin have got dull and black .i had took treatment of dermatologist .i do not have any acne now but skin getting more darker.

Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Hi I am 23 year old. On my face some black marks are there I am using skin shine cream is it good to use. Because few days I did not apply so face was too dull and was same as before.

It is not recommend as fairness cream It will damage ur skin badly in the long run Don't rely on it and keep using sunscreen If u want to use fair ness cream which r safer without side effects consult me privately

Sleep is a normal problem but alcohol is a big problem. Choosing alcohol it is not good option. It is not permanent solution. Sleep comes automatically. It is not coming on conditional. I think you suffer day time so many things. Better to come from your day time stress situations. Before sleep read good book, bathing, walk some more time, drink hot milk, watch t v, do some computer work. Meditate some time. Relax with good music, call and discuss with friends. Relaxation talk with your family members. Better to do hard work day time. Sexual talk with your wife you will get more relief. Give high priority for permanent things. It is better to take the help of psychologist. Otherwise modify yourself. Do not take medicine and alcohol. It is always gives negetive result. Ok better to take some of steps what I suggest to you. Hi, I am having psoriasis from last 5 to 6 years. Shown to many doctors while using medicine it cures but when I leave the medicine it come back this is happening from last many years. This time I had noticed it generally comes in winters. Is there any way to cure it permanently.

Hii psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune disease associated with excessive production of skin cells. There are various types of psoriasis. Also it has a tendency to go off with periods of flareups in between. Factors like stress, cough cold, alcohol, smoking, certain medications, pregnancy, etc can cause the lesions to come back again. Maintain proper hygiene, take filter water only. No smoking, no alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

I had unprotected sex and had ipill after that. And my periods haven't occur since then. Almost 1 month has passed. I did have pregnancy check and result was negative. So kindly help me with this.

Ipill being a hormonal tablet can disturb your cycles as it upsets the hormonal balance in the body you can repeat the pregnancy test or get a ultrasound done to rule out pregnancy.

I am having problem with crack heal since long time, please help me how to get rid of this problem, I am consuming one-up gold a multi vitamin, while consuming this tablet it solve temporarily, I want permanent solution for this.

For cracked heel, take good care. Dip feet in warm water and put one tablespoon of epsom salt in it. Soak for 20 mins, pat it dry and massage with olive oil. Wear socks and then sleep.

I have quite chewing tobacco 15 days before, after 15 day also I feel some time depressed. I just want to know for how many days I will have to face this problem.

Withdrawal symptoms of leaving tobacco may stay for few weeks. However if depression was present by itself for along time it might need treatment separately. Visit a psychiatrist, share your complaints in detail and ask for help. I am sure you will benefit.

If you want to grow facial hair, make a mixture of Argan oil, Jojoba oil, sesame oil and olive oil and massage your beard and moustache daily to grow and maintain black and smooth hair.

I have very much ache in my back bone. All aperiodic medicine as well as natural medicine, oil, etc tried but no relief. Can not sleep without a pillow kept under the backbone. please provide any help for dissolution.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
