Simple Tips To Overcome Sleeplessness (Insomnia)

@stick to a regular sleep schedule. Support your biological clock by going to bed and getting up at the same time every day, including weekends.

@ avoid naps. Napping during the day can make it more difficult to sleep at night. If you feel like you have to take a nap, limit it to 30 minutes before 3 p. M.

@ limit caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine. Stop drinking caffeinated beverages at least eight hours before bed. While alcohol can make you feel sleepy, it interferes with the quality of your sleep, and nicotine is a stimulant.

@ avoid late meals. Try to avoid heavy, rich foods within two hours of bed. Fatty foods can take a lot of work for your stomach to digest and spicy or acidic foods can cause heartburn.

@ get regular exercise. Regular exercise can improve the symptoms of insomnia, but it's not a quick fix. It takes several months to feel the full effects. Aim for 30 minutes or more of activity on most days but not too close to bedtime.

@ develop a better bedtime routine

@ it's not just what you do during the day that affects the quality of your sleep, but also those things you do to prepare your mind and body for sleep.
@make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, and cool. Noise, light, and heat can interfere with sleep. Try using a sound machine or earplugs to hide outside noise, an open window or fan to keep the room cool, and blackout curtains or a sleep mask to block out light.

@avoid stimulating activity and stressful situations before bedtime. This includes vigorous exercise, big discussions or arguments, or catching up on work. Instead, focus on quiet, soothing activities, such as reading, knitting, or listening to soft music, while keeping lights low.

@ turn off screens one hour before bedtime. The light emitted from tv, tablets, smartphones, and computers suppresses your body's production of melatonin and can severely disrupt your sleep. Instead of emailing, texting, watching tv, or playing video games, try listening to a book on tape, a podcast, or reading by a soft light.

If by following these measures, still if there is difficulty to get a sound sleep, homeopathic medicines can be taken for some time to relax the body and assist in getting sleep. These medicines do not have any side effects and are not habit forming. There are various medicines to help insomnia, viz. Passiflora, kali phos, piscidia, nux, coffea, etc, but there prescription depends on individual case.

No it is not due to daily ejaculation. If you regularly type on computer then it may cause pain. Take multivitamins, calcium, if no improvement consult rheumatologist.

Dear, These are the causes of acne: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid acne: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Hi take moderate carbohydrate, moderate protein, low fat diet. Take a cup of green tea in the morning and evening. Avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also do not take creamed milk rather take skimmed milk. Eat less chapatis, less rice, more pulses and pulses products, fresh fruits and vegetables. Must take exercises daily.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Your skin is going dark means p, it is getting tanned because of summer, in india, skin needs more attention during summers. -use a sun screen lotion for body (parts that are exposed to sun, eg. Feet/neck/arms) and ofcourse, face. -cover your skin as much as possile dor the harmful rays to not be able to contact your skin directly. -wear sun glasses. - wear gloves and socks if required (ones available for summer) apply yogurt on the areas that have gone dark, let it dry, and then rinse. Yogurt is a natural de-tanner. -keep your skin clean -if you sweat too much, always keep wet wipes with you.

Advise deep cleaning, polishing, whitening (bleaching) procedures, artificial enamel filling or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. Well I have seen unstable angina and mild heart attacks getting controlled through lifestyle modifications like food, exercise and reducing exposure to pollution. No stress, no smoking. But you have symptoms of pain on left arm with tmt positive and angiography showing blockages, you have asthma also. Remember heart and lungs is one unit and fall in levels of oxygen in blood due to asthma can trigger a heart attack. Get help from a specialist asap, there is no need to fear a cardiac procedure to remove blockages, or a bypass surgery if needed when blockages are diffuse or more than 2 regarding gerd, you have to alter your food habits.

Do a head massage for 20-25 min with tungadrumadi taila (ayurvedic oil) followed by a warm shower. Do this after dinner. Then drink warm milk and feet massage be done. Then go to sleep. Avoid tea/coffee after 5 pm in evening don't watch t. V, laptop, mobile phone 2 hours before sleeping time. Don't sleep in day time. Rather take a nap for 20-25 min. Do regular meditation.
