Hello, visit a dentist and get it checked, get an X-ray done if required. If there is cavity get it filled. For sensitive teeth you can use any sensitive toothpaste available in market.

Keep your hands clean by frequently washing them or using a hand sanitizer on the go. Do not squeeze or pop your blemishes. This increases the risk of developing scars. I feel like something is stuck in my throat. I can not burp when I lie down. But when I sit straight, gas comes out. And it has been like 1.5 months now. But now its starting to pain. What is the reason? Is it oesophageal cancer? But sometime when I burp, food comes out. Also very rarely when I burp sometimes. I can feel pain on my chest. What is happening? Am I dying? I would advise you to show it to a gastroenterologist. It could be symptoms of something called gastroesophageal reflux disease or a disease called achalasia. The gastroenterologist may do a test called barium swallow or an endoscopy if required.

Dear, *A heart attack occurs when one or more of coronary arteries become blocked. Over time, a coronary artery can narrow from the buildup of various substances, including cholesterol (atherosclerosis). This condition, known as coronary artery disease, causes most heart attacks. *Another cause of a heart attack is a spasm of a coronary artery that shuts down blood flow to part of the heart muscle. Use of tobacco and of illicit drugs, such as cocaine, can cause a life-threatening spasm. A heart attack can also occur due to a tear in the heart artery (spontaneous coronary artery dissection). *High cholesterol increases risk of heart disease and heart attacks. No smoking and alcohol. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Hi, Take Schwabe’s Alpha-SH, Alpha-NH and Biocombination-05 - all of them thrice a day for 4 weeks. Use Bakson's Nasal-Aid spray/ 1-2 sprays after every 4 hours. Management: - Avoid cold drinks and fried food, take healthy food. -Avoid exposure to Air-conditioner or cold air. -Take steam-inhalation once before going to bed. -Take enough sleep and rest. Acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, Don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction(rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage.For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, Avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin C (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin E on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin E to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study , applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing. In the study, vitamin E either had no effect or made matters worse for 90% of the patients, and 33% who put vitamin E on the skin developed a contact dermatitis. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk. I being a both a registered dietitian (RD) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications . You might be suffering from shin splints. After jogging or running (specially for beginners) the muscles and flesh along the edge of the shin bone become inflamed, so it hurts to walk, run, or jump. Jogging on hard surfaces can bring this on. You are more likely to get shin splints if you have flat feet or your feet turn outward. Some tips to deal with this condition : 1.Rest your legs, do not jog when in pain. 2. Ice pack application for 10 mins at least 4 times a day. 3. Anti-inflammatory medicines such as ibuprofen to be taken round the clock for 3 days. 4. Stretching and warm up to be done before jogging or running. 5. Gradual and step wise increase in physical activity. 6. Avoid running on hard surfaces. 7. Wear good quality running shoes. For further queries please consult again.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. A person with diabetes can definitely eat curds, it provides some proteins and also a probiotic. Whether it helps control blood glucose or not I am not sure. SInce it does not contain carbs, unlikely to raise blood glucose. As regards IME 9 tablets, a lot of unsubstantiated claims are made about those. There are no properly done (double blind, cross over) clinical studies supporting various claims being made. Still if one wants to use those, as an additional treatment then it is OK. Do not stop modern drugs and switch over to those. Thanks.

You need to see a dentist urgently. Simple cavities can be treated with simple fillings. And if you wait for long you may have severe pain and need to under go root canal treatment or even extraction.
