Ulcer can be due to some conditions like poor oral hygiene, digestion problem like constipation, vitamin deficiency or any sharp tooth structure irritating oral mucosa. Take care of your oral hygiene by brushing twice daily and rinse your mouth after eating anything. Take zevit tabs once daily for 15 days. Drink plenty of water. Apply metrogel or mucopain over the sores.

Tips for removing kidney stones:: 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Pls send ur USG report becoz medication for stones depends upon size number and location of stones and can be given after USG.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Depression and anger needs to be diagnosed correctly for the type and severity and treatment protocol devised before starting. There is CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and Antidepressants for the same. There is no scientific clinching evidence a particular food or drink will solve the problem. All the best.

I am able to walk 10 minutes only. After that I get pain in my left knee. Waiting for two second I continue my walking. May i know the reason ?

You are probably having early arthritis of the knee. Use hot bag, pain relieving gels. Avoid activities like jumping or jogging. Glucosamine supplements help to keep you knee better. You can ask an orthopedic surgeon to prescribe it for you. Get the help of a good physiotherapist. You can send me a photo of your xray for review. A little care will help to keep your knees healthy for a long time.

Hello, as you are a female of 24yrs., there are remote chances of increasing height. But still, you can try and start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Gro-up drops/ 10 drops and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Sit straight and walk upright which keeps the back straight and height seems to be little more.

You can apply these home remedies for relief: • Take 1/2 piece of ginger, crush it and squze its juice and mix it with one teaspoon of honey and take 1/2 spoon of this mixture 2 times in a day. • Take 4 - 5 tulsi leaves and 1/2 piece of ginger and 1 glass of water mix both of them in water and boil it till half glass of water remain in the container then drink it by add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. • Avoid cold water, ice creams, and pickle. • Take strepsils or sualiin (hamdard pharma) 1 tablet 3 times per day or slowly suck a piece of mulethi. • Doing gargles with lukewarm water it will reduce your pain.

We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning, root canal treatment & capping. Until then apply clove oil on the decayed tooth. Rinse frequently with mouth wash.

Both Mr. and Ms. are 67years n 65years old respectively. Our Fasting varies from 115-122 (for both) and PP ranges from 117-125 (for Mr) and 102-119 (for Mrs). As per Clinic's rating PP of Mr. is alarming for, though Fasting and PP in last 18 months are on the border line as per Dr's rating. ARE THESE OPINION CORRECT at this age OR IT IS NOT THAT SERIOUS TO control our diet like Diabetic-patients! WE DO WALKING YOGA regularly. Ms. is thin but fit.

The values mentioned by you for both do not show anything alarming. In fact these are fairly normal values except that fbs values are slightly higher (pre diabetes) pp values for both are absolutely fine. They are not even in pre diabetic stage. I do not understand how these values can be called dangerous. Normal values in non diabetic person are: fbs 70 to 110 mg, pp <140 mg/100ml. Fasting 101 to 125 are said to be prediabetic or also called as fasting impaired glucose. Pp 141 to 199 mg are called as impaired glucose tolerance (igt) or prediabetes. Fbs >126 mg and pp >200 mg considered as diabetes. I hope above information clarifies your doubt.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Your weight is fine if your body frame is small. If you put in 2-3 kilos, it is fine. Rest, you would know better looking in the mirror you can decide if you want to put on or want to be as you are.

1. Take good balance diet having fruits and vegetable, milk, egg. 2. Sulphur may help regrow hair - take garlic 3. Keep head / scalp clean 4. Do dry massage 5.
