Hi. Take homoeopathic medicine - schwabe's alpha-nc and alpha-cf - both thrice daily for 4 days. Use bakson's nasal-aid spray/ 1-2 sprays after every 4 hours. Management: - avoid cold drinks and fried food, take healthy food. -avoid exposure to air-conditioner or cold air. -take steam-inhalation once before going to bed. -take enough sleep and rest.

A. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. Hi, I would like to know how likely is to get pregnant when one has had unsafe sex during one's period and the male has not had the orgasm inside but outside the vagina. The chances are 50 %.but I do not think there is any reason to get stressed. You can wait for the periods to come. If they get missed then do a urine pregnancy test. Even if the test is positive you can get it aborted by taking tablets only. At present you can do nothing so do not take stress. Stress itself can postpone your periods.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after, avoid day time sleep. take early dinner. avoid stress. inform if not ok.take 8 hours of sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.

Please note the following for your condition: • Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy. • Try a soothing aromatic bath before bedtime. Add 5 drops lavender oil and 3 drops ylang-ylang oil to warm bathwater and enjoy a nice soak.

Follow these best tips for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall, Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. The quickest relief you can get for depression is to do vigorous exercise for at least half an hour. Otherwise, do some of the recommendations given below: You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Hello, gige her BC NO. 11, 4 tabs every 4 hourly. Hepar sulph 30, 3 drops twice daily. Gelsemium 30, 3 drops once daily. If temperature goes up then you can give her crocin syrup and do Sponging also. Revert after 3 days.

It may be because of sinusitis. Pour 2-3 drops of Eucalyptus oil in water and take steam inhalation with help of vaporiser thrice a day. Make a paste of shaunth and vekhand powder in hot water and apply on forehead. Avoid ice cream and cold drinks.

Semen leakage: Semen leakage is one of the male sexual disorders in which the carrier fluid of sperms, i.e. Semen slips out or leaks out of the shaft without an erection causing great frustration for the male. The basic cause of semen leakage is the over stimulated functioning of the parasympathetic nerves. This sort of stimulation is triggered by the habit of excessive masturbation. The parasympathetic nerves aid in keeping the ejaculation valve closed, thereby helping a man to maintain his erection during sexual performance. But over stimulation weakens the nerves and they can no longer keep the valve tightly shut. Consequently semen leaks out. When a man masturbates frequently, his parasympathetic nervous functions are stimulated which then boosts up the production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin and acetylcholine. This boosting up directs the adrenal glands and brain to make the functioning of the body highly sympathetic. In other words, the man’s bio energy is easily spent due to all these phenomena and the problem of leakage in semen crops up. Therefore semen leakage is an indication of the exhaustion of a man’s sexual energy. Apart from over masturbation, the other triggers for semen leakage are stress, alcohol intake, steroid intake and smoking and zinc deficiency. The problem of semen leakage comes along with side-effects like excessive fatigue, hair loss, testicular pain, back pain, pelvic cavity cramping, weak erection and premature ejaculation. Cures for semen leakage: 1. First and foremost, the man has to drop his habit of over masturbation to get cured of semen leakage. 2. You can take herbal supplements containing a collection of miraculous herbs like ashwagandha, shatavari, shilajit, safed musli, saffron, asparagus, mucuna pruriens etc. These herbs are potent enough to nourish and strengthen the parasympathetic ejaculatory system. They not only enhance the power of the nerves but also that of ejaculation valve, thereby forbidding semen leakage. NF cure capsule, Shilajit capsules are examples of an effective herbal supplement for controlling leakage in semen. 3.
