Have you heard of the story of the 2 woodcutters- one who went on cutting trees without resting and the other who rested and sharpened his axe after cutting each tree. At the end of the day who do you think was able to cut more trees? The first one right ??? No, the second one , because with a sharper axe it took less time and effort to cut the trees . keeping busy with no time time to eat and rest , will not help you in the long run. A healthy mind rests in a healthy body and for having a healthy body you need to have a proper diet , lots of water , and proper exercise and rest . If you start having proper balanced diet and on time - your health will start to improve. Have a proper breakfast at the beginning of the day so that your body has enough calories for the entire day - have fruits all seasonal fruits are good. Have moderate lunch and dinner - at the right time. Avoid having too much of tea and/or coffee- try kill your appetite. Instead of having a tea - grab a fruit. Keep fruits, dry fruits and roasted snacks handy in case of emergency.

I am 39 yrs old with left bundle branch block, sinus tachycardia & high blood pressure. My Dr. Has prescribed me medicine on triolmesar 40mg, turbovas 10 mg once daily. Last 2d echo report state that: aortic root diameter: 2.7 cm aortic valve opening: 1.7cm left atrial dimension: 3.9cm left ventricular ed: 5.3cm left ventricular es: 3.9cm intrventricular septal thickness: ed: 0.9cm es: 1.3cm left vent pw thickness: ed: 0.9cm es: 1.3 cm lv ejection fraction: 60% max velocity aortic valve: 178 cms/sec mitral valve: 81/120 cms/sec pulmonary value: 130cms/sec. Please suggest whether lbbb is dangerous, as at present no breathing problem has arise to me except in high latitude once.

I have chronic external and internal bleeding piles for last 12 years. I also have symptoms of IBS and gastric problem. Blood doesn't come regularly. It only comes when stool hardens and pressure of gas increases. Once in two months. But have constant pain in my anus after excretion or sometimes it persists after that. But pain is constant n due to excessive bleeding my hemoglobin stays in between 6.5 to 8.5.doctor suggested me to go for operation but as so many people told me that it is reoccurring n situation becomes even worst after operation. So I am afraid of operation. So pls suggest me the best way to get rid of it without getting operated if possible. It also have 2-3 hemorrhoids which sometimes swollen n pains alot. Please advise.

1. Apply proctosedyl ointment 2-3 times daily before and after passing stool. 2. Sit in a bath tub containing warm water with little salt for some time twice daily (sitz bath. 3. Take two tea spoonful lof softovac/naturolax powder with a glass of warm water/milk in the evening or syrup duphalac 3 tsf (15 ml) twice daily if there is constipation. 4. Take fiber containing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. 5. If no relief consult a general surgeon for sclero therapy/rubber band ligation/laser or electric coagulation/surgery.

Some of the "typical" responses to frustration include anger, quitting (burn out or giving up), loss of self-esteem and self-confidence, stress and depression. Anger management: 10 tips to tame your temper ANGER: There is a saying "Frustration begets anger and anger begets aggression." Direct anger, is expressed toward the object perceived as the cause of the frustration. If a machine does not work, you might hit it or kick it. If someone gets in your way, you could verbally threaten them or push them aside. If the source of the frustration is too powerful or threatening for direct aggression, displaced aggression is often used. The aggression is redirected toward a less threatening and more available object. An angry person often acts without thinking. The person has given in to the frustration and they have given up restraint. Anger can be a healthy response if it motivates us to positive action but all too often the actions we engage in when angry are destructive. Indeed, if we could see a videotape of ourselves getting angry, the humiliation might well help cure us of anger. When you feel frustration building, you have to practice learned responses that lead to healthy actions instead of destructive ones. GIVING UP: Giving up on a goal can be productive if the goal is truly out of reach. However, more often giving up (quitting or being apathetic) is another form of giving in to frustration. When repeatedly frustrated, people can drop out of school, quit jobs, or move away. Apathy is giving up all of your goals, so you cannot be frustrated by trying to reach them. We live in difficult time and we have to be persistent in order to accomplish. Consider how many projects you began, and then gave up, because you became frustrated and lost patience. Make a list of things you started and quit because they seemed too difficult. Now calculate the disappointment and loss you suffered by not dealing with the frustration in a more healthy way. Try to remember that quitters never win, and winners never quit. Losing your temper means you're a quitter. LOSS OF CONFIDENCE: is a terrible frequent side effect of giving up and not fulfilling your goal. A loss of self-confidence and self-esteem, means that If we quit once, then the next time we plan a goal, we may not be able to accurately assess our ability to carry it out and we stop trusting ourselves and our own abilities. This became a self-fulfilling and self-destructive attitude. You need to be able to learn that when the going gets tough, you say to yourself "It is worth it!" and by following through, it not only gets the job done, but it builds self-confidence. STRESS: is the "wear and tear" our body and mind experiences as we adjust to the frustrations our continually changing environment. Too frequently, extreme, or prolonged frustration and stress strains us and generates distress signals. Our body experiences distress signals in a variety of ways, often in the form of: irritability, anger, fatigue anxiety, headache, depression, stomach aches, hypertension, migraines, ulcers, heart attacks, or colitis. DEPRESSION: Depression can affect almost every aspect of your life. It affects people of all ages, income, race, and cultures. Depression can affect the way you eat and sleep the way you feel about yourself, the way one think about things, and the way you interact with others. While we all feel depression at various appropriate times in our lives, excess or inappropriate depression cannot be easily dismissed or wished away. OTHER REACTIONS: abuse of drugs & alcohol is self-destructive and usually futile attempt at dealing with frustration, as are many eating and weight problems and addictions Whenever the immediate effects of the addictive behaviour wear off, users find themselves back in the same, or even worse, frustrating situation. Learning To Deal With Frustration It is unrealistic to believe you can rid yourself of frustration forever, but you can learn to do things to minimize your frustrations and to make sure you do not engage in unhealthy responses to frustration. You will need to learn to distinguish between what you hope will happen, what will probably happen, and what actually happened. Life inevitably has its ups and downs -- its moments of relaxation and times of tension. When you learn to truly accept this reality, you come one step closer to being able to deal with frustration in a healthy way. There are several types of problems that we encounter in everyday living: those which you know can be solved, those which you are not sure if they can be solved or not, those you know are totally out of your control, and those you are so confused about that you do not even know what the problem is. You need to be able to accurately assess your abilities to alter situations that prevent you from solving your problems and reaching your goal. Then you will be able to assess which of the types of problems you have encountered, and you will then be able to develop a realistic plan. Learning to take things in stride will also help you to be more content and happy which, in turn, will help you to more easily overcome anger and frustration. If you are upset, sad, anxious, or depressed you will have less patience and tolerance for everything and everybody.

Lybrate-user, you are more of underweight rather than overweight, so guiding you with exercises to lower your weight will not solve the purpoe as you willend uplosing more weight which is not desirable for your body and overall looks----------so your main emphasis should be to make your abdominal muscles more firm so that the fats stored in abdomen are replaced by muscles and hence due to firmnes of muscles your tummy goes inside------------below given are few exercises which you should do in routine to develop your abdomen muscles without reducing your overall weight---------------- build your pectoral muscles. And abdominal muscles------------ below are two sample exercises you may want to try out:---------- 1. Chest presses: -----lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Hold one dumbbell in each hand with your elbows bent at a 90 degree angle. Use your chest muscles to lift the weights up toward the ceiling and touch them together. Lower the weights to their starting position slowly and smoothly. Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps 3-5 times per week.---------------- 2. Sit-ups------------this will help in developing your abdominal muscle at a faster rate---------------- 3. Push-ups:---- get on your hands and knees. Stretch your legs behind you and balance on the tips of your feet. Bend your arms to lower your body toward the ground. Use your arms and chest to return back to the original position. Keep your back straight and your hips elevated so that your body stays in a straight line. You can lower your knees to the ground if standard push-ups are too hard. Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps 3-5 times per week.---------------------------

That is the effect of marijuana and that is also the catch in it: its pleasant effects and creative stimulus are enticing but so are the dangers. Not much is known about its entertainment value or benefits. There is a lot of hype by those who want to legitimize it and those who love it: there is a bias because of their selfish motives. The antagonists on the other hand willfully propagate the dangers, sometimes without substantiated reasons to dissuade its use. If you know it is harmful why would you want to play with it. The obsession and compulsive use is when you become addicted to the substance. Just for your information here?s what WebMD has to say: ?No matter how it gets into your system, it affects almost every organ in your body, and your nervous system and immune system, too. When you smoke pot, your body absorbs THC right away. (If you eat baked goods or another item, it may take much longer for your body to absorb THC, because it has to break down in your stomach before it enters your bloodstream). You may notice changes in your body right after you smoke. The effects usually stop after 3 or 4 hours. Smoking pot can increase your heart rate by as much as two times for up to 3 hours. That?s why some people have a heart attack right after they use marijuana. It can increase bleeding, lower blood pressure, and affect your blood sugar, too. We don?t yet know if marijuana is linked to higher odds of getting lung cancer. But the process does irritate your lungs -- which is why regular pot smokers are more likely to have an ongoing cough and to have lung-related health problems like chest colds and lung infections. If you are finding it very difficult to give it up on your own then admit yourself in a rehabilitation center and go through the 12 steps to recovery. After that attend NA meetings and keep yourself clean forever. You will need to alter your lifestyle, change your friends, your haunts, your habits, etc. You must learn to have fun in clean ways. You must exercise regularly, eat well and sleep well. Emotionally you must be able to handle your feelings by expressing them appropriately. A counselor will teach you about emotions and how to handle them.

Aap ko baby ho sakta hai but thyroid hormone normal hona chahiye if you get pregnant thyrox medicine should not be stopped and thyroid profile should be done every 3 monthly.
