Sir, since last 2 year I feel pain in my right testicle when I touch the right testicle. I see there it always slightly bigger than leftone. I also feel small lump on upper site of testicle. My penis is always tilted towards left. I shown to urologist he suggested doppler but the doppler report is normal and doctor told me to just support the testicle, but till I have same problem please suggest to get rid from this.

Dear, as your doppler study is normal it rules out varicoele. Now one has to look for other causes like stone in lower half of right ureter which can give referred pain in testis. Secondly one has to consider epididymitis of chronic variety. So, get sonography (kub) and semen test and post the reports here.

My baby was suffering from epilepsy for 2 minutes due to high fever please suggest which food is good for those who can reduce epilepsy for long time. If possible give me daily food diet plan.

MBBS Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, MD - Paediatrics

Hello sir, this is not epilepsy. These are called febrile seizures which occur in children less than 5 years of age. These are not related to any foods and they will go off on their own after 5 years of age. You just need to manage fever everytime with paracetamol or cold sponging. No special food is recommended.

In the beginning such discharges take place by an amorous and sexual dream and consequently erection is attained fully and semen is discharged. Once this disease is not cured, such discharges take place quite frequently even without dreams and erection. Nocturnal Emission is a one kind of problematic condition, which harasses the males at some point in their life. With frequent nocturnal emission males experience fatigue, low desire for lovemaking, problems related to erections and also premature ejaculation. Along with these problems others like back pain, testicular pain, burning during urination, irritated behavior and anxiety can also creep up. Homoepathic treatment for night emission in men can not only stop nocturnal emissions but also alleviate side effects of the problem. Adult males generally develop this problem due to weak nerves, lesser muscular strength, fatigue, lethargic lifestyle, diseases and due to side effects of medicines. Also too much alcohol, smoking, drugs or too much coition, hand practice or erotic fantasies and thoughts can cause frequent nocturnal emissions. HOMOEOPATHY prove best and safe method of treatment in order to cure night emission. Consult me for permanent cure by homoepathic treatment without side effects.

By 2.5, child is expected to talk in sentences but some exceptions are possible. You need to get the developmental assessment done in detail if he has issue with concentration OR is he always on the run OR do you feel he doesn't respond to name call OR if he doesn't maintain eye contact while interacting with you all. If you can share a small video of his I might be able to guide.

Getting in sync with your body’s natural sleep-wake cycle—your circadian rhythm—is one of the most important strategies for achieving good sleep. If you keep a regular sleep schedule, going to bed and getting up at the same time each day, you will feel much more refreshed and energized than if you sleep the same number of hours at different times. This holds true even if you alter your sleep schedule by only an hour or two. Consistency is vitally important. Set a regular bedtime. Go to bed at the same time every night. Choose a time when you normally feel tired, so that you don’t toss and turn. Try not to break this routine on weekends when it may be tempting to stay up late. If you want to change your bedtime, help your body adjust by making the change in small daily increments, such as 15 minutes earlier or later each day. Wake up at the same time every day. If you’re getting enough sleep, you should wake up naturally without an alarm. If you need an alarm clock to wake up on time, you may need to set an earlier bedtime. As with your bedtime, try to maintain your regular wake-time even on weekends.
