Hello, you need to visit a dentist before taking any medications. Get an x-ray done. If there is a cavity, you need to get it filled. If there is infection to the roots, you need to get it treated.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) apply paste of milk and fine powder of turmeric+ajova on face with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of RUBYCLEAN liquid and 10 ml of honey along with 1 tablet of MAHALAXMIVILAS RASA, early in the morning and at night before sleep…. C) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and sutshekhar rasa after meals. D) take 1 tsf of FENNEL SEEDS after meals ……E) apply paste of lemon juice and aloe vera gel, in the root of hairs, with gentle massage leave it for 15-30 minutes, after that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurved. I am 29 years old. Pregnant with twins. Had pcod and took tablets for ovulation. Now 8 weeks pregnant. I do not want to continue with twins. What is the future complications if I terminate this pregnancy.

Since you have conceived after treatment, I will not recommend abortion. You may or may not conceive again. You may want to visit a good institute to find out about selective fetoreduction. Or you can continue with twins. It can be very well managed as well.

My friend has missed her periods. It was supposed to b on 27 march. Her last month date was 27 feb. Actually on 8 march she got physical with her bf n now she is scared that if she is pregnant or not.

Your friend had unprotected sex on 11th day of her menses . The day of having sex matter. If your friend is having regular cycles (28 days), the Ovulation(release of egg) occurs on 14th day of the start of menses. Two days before (12th&13th) And two days after(15th & 16th) ovulation is the fertile period. Having unprotected sex during fertile period can result in pregnancy. If period is delayed, then wait for 7 days If period comes then her problem is over. If periods does not come, then get the pregnancy test or ultrasound to confirm or exclude pregnancy. If the pregnancy test is negative, the consult Gynaecologist to give medicines for withdrawal bleeding.

I am losing my hair quickly and I tried all shampoos and stop using soap. But it is losing as much as possible. So please help me to get solution for the same.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Take homoeopathic medicine weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. You will have to really work hard at 1.Controlling your dietary habits like Cold drinks,Junk and fried food,Fatty food,Chocklates,Chips etc 2.Eat home made food 3.Daily brisk cycling for 45 minutes 4.Avoid mobiles and computers as much as you can 5.Always use stairs while climbing,no lift please 6.Help your mother in house hold works 7.No dieting but a light dinner 2 hours before sleep consisting of fruits and vegetables and a glass of milk. 8.just follow the above steps for next 3 months and show me the reports 9.CAN AMIT DO IT

Hi, you can use home cooked sweets and instead of adding sugar you can use sugar free powder or liquid or tablets. But prior to using it her blood sugar levels should be normal.

I am 17 years old male. I do have a backbone problem. I can not stand straight after getting up and if someone touches my neck it hurts like cracking bones and I have pain in middle of back bone after running even after using staircase.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Viral fever always will be accompanied by symptoms like body ache, cold, watery nose, headache, body pains with fever. To prevent its attack, seasonally, you need to take care. For example in summer, to avoid exposure to high heat, in winter cold viceversa. & always, take precautionary measures from mosquito bites, take proper healthy, nutritious diet, along with plenty of fluids, water. Which always should be pure/boiled& filtered.& avoiding outside food.

I have developed a habit of not drinking water before (30-60 min), during and 1 hour after meals. How does this practice help me in my routine affair - assisting me (or not) in maintaining healthy standards. Any change (if required) that helps me improve upon the same. I am 57 years of age and this habit is in place since last 35-40 years.

No, these are not symptoms of perimenopause stage. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Dear, follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin: • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Dear lybrate-user first of it you should never expose your weakness in public, when your attempting every body knows about this. Regarding your weight management it's a process and over a time you tend to reduce. Try to balance your workout and eating habits, reduce sweets, hots, chips, cooldrinks and fries take small meals four times in a day you will reduce, after three months of strict dieting your not reducing you should go for thyroid screening.
