Hello. Please use salisia kt or scalpe shampoo for head bath thrice a week for a month and then as maintenance at least once a week for 2 months. Avoid oiling as fungus thrives in oily scalp. You could oil 1 hr prior to head bath.

I cannot do yoga or exercise how do I reduce belly fat? I do not eat much either.
It will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500 mg tablet of Calcium D-Glucarate and one tablet of B-Complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from Day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

I am 44 years old female suffering from hypothyroidism for 4 years lately l have been feeling depressed and even get angry over petty issues. I am feeling unattached to any family member except my 13 year daughter and somewhat to my 19 year old son. There are times l feel like leaving them all and live alone too. Relax and take it easy. Social adjustments at times becomes difficult specially if you find things r not moving as per your desire or expectation. You might be having your own views on so many things which donot match with others and that is where the conflict starts. For the time being I suggest- whenever you are talking with any family members/ friend/ relative first agree to their views and later on after some time - may be hrs / days you express your opinion after keeping and analysing the others point of view. That will establish a harmonious relationship with others and you will feel like staying with them and enjoy their company.

Can't be considered without proper examination. If you don't have any problems with doing activities then that's not. HTN is a lifestyle disease start modifications of lifestyle along with salt restrictions and physical activity of an hour daily.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

The description of pain clearly indicates that both the teeth have their pulp (the inner core where the blood vessels and nerves support the tooth) damaged and from the fact that the color has changed days that the pulp is dead and the infection had reached beyond the pulp and reached till the apex of the root of the tooth. So in that case root canal treatment is the only option for both teeth followed by a crown (cap) of the matching color to restore the original color of your teeth. Another option is get the teeth extracted but trust me, that isnot worth at all. Because it's always best to save the natural rather than replacing it entirely with a duplicate.

Cook a handful of rice in a half a lit of water in an open pan. When rice is ready don’t throw the residue water drink reason this water when it remains that much hot that u can consume. Drink it on adding 1 tsp of sugar. This relieves your leucorrhoea that within a week. This is one of the most common home remedies for leucorrhoea

dear lybrate user, asthma is condition in which patient has difficulty in breathing. in a progressed disease this breathlessness could be without any exertion or physical activity. there are lot of medicines available for asthma . ayurvedic and Panchakarma treatment helps to cure asthma in couple of months, though medicines can be adviced after careful examination of patient. hope this answers your question. thank you.

U might have a oesophageal reflux. If it occurs continuously I advice to go for an upper gi endoscopy. Take tablet pan 40 once daily empty stomach for 7 days.

Hello, exercising will not decrease your height. Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Many face lighting creams are available in market with various combinations and concentrations but you should see your dermatologist prior of using any cream. He will see and suggest you the right combo required. Meanwhile you must always cover your face with sunscreen with spf 30 minimum. Coz sun exposure can worsen the dark spots.
