Sir my age 21. My left leg pain every time. Sir bahut dard hota he kya karoon acha sa solution de do.

Sir my age 21. My left leg pain every time. Sir bahut dard hota he kya karoon acha sa solution de do.
Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins if you feel the pain is from muscle cramp then you need to drink a lot of water because poor fluid intake (dehydration) may predispose to cramps also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. Best wishes.

It sounds like you are having Piriformis syndrome. Piriformis syndrome has traditionally been described as a referred neural pain in the posterior hip and leg caused by hypertrophy or spasm of the piriformis. The pain is caused by pressure applied to the sciatic nerve by the piriformis due to the passage of the nerve through or under the muscle. You need to see a Physiotherapist for stretching and pain relief.

The reason why you cannot do eccentric work out is due to the fact that muscles have become so weak and it becomes tired very easily. To break that fatigue it is advisable to drink or eat protein and mineral food which would be a reservoir for you to store the energy. Once you improve your diet then you can go for all the eccentric activities like bike kicking, bike driving, you can do prayer ie. namaz. As you are young you will definitely recover and get back to normalcy

No. Laparoscopy is just a diagnostuc process. By this you may not get relief in your compalin. It will increase day by day. You need homoeopathic medicine. It will repair internally. Endometriosis. Nd you will get completely cure. It may take time up. To 1 year. But ideally you should take homoepathic medicine this is safe way. Operation is solution.
