Sometimes in acute kidney disease or in chronic kidney failure stage 5, dialysis is needed to bring these down. However there are certain very important dietary precautions for this, do not overhydrate or dehydrate take low potassium diet don't take fruit juices or soups no green leafy vegetables low protein diet. Avoid non vegetarian diet. No citrus fruits you can take apple, papaya, guava, pear avoid tomatoes.

Last week my creatine was 1.1 for years, 6 days back test was performed and came to be 1.1 again but today I have noticed it is elevated to 2.0, My uric acid is 9.4, today I ate red meet and drank alcohol 3 hours prior to test.

Red meat is probably the most well known foods high in uric acid causing purines. Try to avoid beef, lamb, venison and mutton and instead replace them with white meats such as chicken or duck, which don't contain as many purines but should be eaten only occasionally. Even better replacements are vegetarian alternatives. Also alcohol. Repeat test after fasting overnight.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water

Hi, I'm a doing my final year in engineering and lately I've started masturbating and I'm still a virgin. When I masturbate I only simulated the outer walls of the uterus and dared not to touch the hymen thing and now a question raised in my head which bothers me alot its that the hymen is not broken and I masturbate then from where does all the discharge flow out I mean it's blocked by the hymen right? Lybrate-user this question stuck into your mind now when you started masturbating but why not then when you started having your menstrual periods every month. Discharge also flows out the same way as from where your menstrual blood flows every month. Actually hymen is half moon shaped and small hole one or more than one can be present (it depends upon individual to individual) on the hymen which allows the vaginal and uterine discharges to pass out. You should not go for ct initially. Remeber the types it could be migraine due to high bp due to tension or cluster headache or due to sleep deprivation first cnsult a physician near you he will check your symptoms he can give you some pain relieve medication and if not subsiding and agar cause nahi pata chal raha to aap ct scan k liye jaoo.

Hi, First, get thorough check of your whole body annually (once every year) from a reliable hospital to rule out any medical condition. Otherwise for staying fit: We need make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Do more chores. Lots of household chores actually involve a lot of exercise and being better about doing chores can be a great way for you to fit activity and exercise into your day. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. Try to choose exercises that focus on your core muscles, since your legs and arms can get activity through daily activities like lifting bags of groceries and walking a longer distance from your car. Try squats, planks, burpees. -Get indulge into some activity at home like riding a bicycle, swimming, playing active games with your kids. -Eating right. Cut out unhealthy fats and take in healthy fats. The easiest way to identify unhealthy fats is to look for “solid” fats, or fats that are solid at room temperature. Get plenty of protein. Protein will help you maintain your muscles and also give you the energetic feeling that you may be missing now that you’re getting less exercise. Good protein sources include skinless chicken, salmon, sardines, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and peas. Eat properly portioned, balanced meals. Generally, about ⅓ of your plate should be fruits and vegetables and ⅓ of your plate should be grains. The final third should be a mix of protein and low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, eggs, non-fat milk, etc). -Drinking enough water also has the added bonus of keeping your hunger level down, helping you to maintain the lower calorie count that you’ll be getting now that you’re not exercising as much.

Take tab. sinarest it contains ( Acetaminophen+ Pseudoephedrine+ chlorpheniramine). Acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine is a combination medicine for throat infection and treat headache, fever, body aches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu. Do gargle with warm water thrice a day. Drink warm water also. Take plenty of water, liquid diet, dalia, green veg., orange. avoid cold things, avoid cold drinks. Avoid Oily foods. If symptoms are from more days or again persist then do few tests for confirm causes of it.. i.e. CBC. welcome in lybrate.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress, strain,depression,agitation, inadequate sleep.
