Fat loss can never happen quickly unless you starve yourself and it is also not safe for your body. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hello, It is very good that you don't have any disease or health issue but according to your height you have to put on some weight to become fit. So to increase weight you should increase your appetite so you should take small & frequent meal. Take small quantity of food/ food items either you are hungry or not. It will increase your appetite slowly. To gain weight you must consume simple foods, which has enormous amount of calories & protein. Consuming lot of calories doesn’t mean that you have to over eat or over stuff yourself. You must always choose healthy sources of calorie dense foods. Eat foods with high amount of calories than your required metabolism. Never skip your meals and make sure you are including all varieties of foods like fruits, vegetables, cereals and foods with high protein in your diet. Dairy products like milk, yoghurt and cheese are rich in protein and calcium. If you are non-vegetarian then include Egg & meat Egg is a protein rich food with high amount of calories. Nuts are the most nutritious and protein rich food. Fruits are the best sources of carbohydrates, healthy sugars, vitamins and minerals.

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Hello Doctor. From past 3 weeks onwards I getting so nervous I am getting fear for nothing I am feeling fear to talk strangers before I won't get fear to talk stronger and all after this nervousness only I facing such problem after my mind getting distracting so much. Most probably I am distracting while seeing girls nly. I feeling lyk this problem came by doing masturbating r Wt nd all. My hand and shoulder also sm times I am feeling lyk tingling. Or ocd prblm. My father is 66 years old, already have 2 times cerebral attack ,first attack was major before 6 years ago and second was minor. So he has now a major problem i.e hernia .It is also 7-8 years old case and now it is too big that need an OT immediately .But everyone said it's risky for him coz his heart pumping rate is only 38%.So please suggest. And one more thing the local Surgeon first said that before 5 days he need to stop Ecosprin medicine but now doctor says no need to stop for operation. So is it ok that at the operation period he takes ecosprin?(Ecosprin 75) isn't it risky for operation? please suggest.

Yes you should stop tablet ecosprin for 5 days prior to surgery. And you should also get a stress echo or stress thallium done prior to surgery to check if there is any significant blockage in your heart arteries and to prevent & predict any heart related complication during a planned surgery.

This is the best type of yoga for increasing height. This yoga pose lengthens the spines and strengthens the legs, feet, arms, and shoulders. It is also helpful for relieving fatigue, insomnia, headache, and stress. Begin on all fours and lift your hips up by straightening your legs so that your body forms an inverted v shape. Maintain your hands shoulder width apart and feet hip-width apart. Keep your shoulders wide and press your hands on the ground. Hold the pose in a relaxed manner while taking long breaths. Wait for 30 seconds and come back to the starting position. Repeat it 2 to 3 times.

A physical exercise programme must incorporate the right mix of exercises so that all important parts of the body are exercised.
