Pore blockage is more likely to occur during puberty (the process of physical changes by which a child's body becomes an adult body capable of reproduction). More sebum is produced by the sebaceous gland - as the pore is blocked, it accumulates behind the blockage. This accumulated and blocked sebum has bacteria, including Propionibacterium acnes; this slow-growing bacterium is linked to acne. Propionibacterium acnes generally exists harmlessly on our skin - however, when the conditions are right, it can reproduce more rapidly and become a problem. The bacterium feeds off the sebum and produces a substance that causes an immune response, leading to inflammation of the skin and spots.

This might be floater which is due to vitreous (gel in eye) liquifaction it will not cause any visual damage to eye there is no treatment for floater. Only treatment is to just avoid them in case there are multiple floaters then consult retina specilist.

No such thing. It is to be used as laxative and just that. You cannot substitute food with psyllium.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, the oily nature of your skin can be taken care of my cleansers/face washes. Opt for a soap free, non comedogenic cleanser and use it thrice a day. For your acne scars, you can consult a dermatologist in person, who will assess the type of scar and treat you accordingly .Acne scars are treated by procedures like subcision, chemical peels, dermarollers,lasers etc, to name a few. Creams and ointments do not show a great improvement in respect to acne scars. I hope this answers your query!

If the breast size is not enlarging then I think you should ignore the issue. It may be sensitivity due to cold.

Simple Home Remedies For Fatigue 1. Milk With Honey And Licorice One of the effective home remedies to treat tiredness and fatigue is to drink a glass of milk with honey and licorice. • In a glass of warm milk, add 2 tablespoons of honey and a teaspoon of licorice powder. • Mix it well and drink this special milk two times a day, one time in the morning and one time in the evening. • You will not feel tired. 2. Indian Gooseberries Gooseberries are said to have a lot of medicinal properties and is considered to be one of the best home remedies to treat fatigue in humans. • Remove the seeds of 5 to 6 gooseberries. • Crush these gooseberries and add this paste to 300ml of hot water. • Now, boil this mixture for about 20 minutes and then allow it to cool. • Strain this liquid and drink this juice three times a day. • If you find it a bit sour, you can add honey to this juice. 3. Drink Water And Fluids It is very important for you to keep your body as hydrated as possible throughout the day to reduce fatigue symptoms. • It is ideal for you to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day to stay free from tiredness. • You can also replace one or two glasses of water with milk, fruit juices or some refreshing green tea or health drink mix to reduce fatigue. 4. Eggs One of the most important things to fight fatigue is to eat a well balanced diet. Often in modern times, most of the people skip their breakfasts. This is not called for. • Never ever skip a breakfast. • It would be better for you to add an egg for breakfast every day to give you the energy to work for the whole day. • Eggs are loaded with iron, proteins, Vitamin A, folic acid and pantothenic acid. • You can prepare different varieties of eggs everyday like boiled egg or egg scrambler or half boiled or double boiled and so on. • Remember that the egg should only be consumed in the morning and for breakfast. 5. Skimmed Milk It is ideal for you to have a balanced diet to fight fatigue. You need to complement the carbohydrate intake with a rich amount of proteins and skimmed milk is loaded with proteins. • Adding proteins like skimmed milk with your carbohydrate diet will prevent the sleepy and tired feeling and will make you energized. • It would be ideal for you to start your day with cereals drenched in a cup of skimmed milk. 6. well one year old baby will gain weight if he gets enough calories for his daily activity.he waste good amount of calories in his energetic work he is doing.you should give only two breast feeds,4-5 soup like,home made,added oil or butter at interval of 3 hours.h e must get one thousands calories per day.thanks ,a nice quistion

It is a common problem in your age due to hormonal changes. Use foaming face wash with salysilic acid (1%) saslic face wash will control the oil. Also take isotretonoin tablet, every alternate day. It will be better to show the problem before taking this medicine to know the proper dosage, as it can have side-effects. Do not use any cream, if your skin feels stretched or tight, you may use aloe vera gel. Use an anti acne cream on the acne (do not spread) before bedtime. -note: if acne has been troubling you for long and you also have acne scars, laser treatment will help you.

Follow regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours. Hot water sipping boiled with ginger, tulasi leaves and haldi every half-hour. Use khichari and dariya with green vegetables and moong daal. Avoid oily or junk food and dahi and sour products e. G. Pickles etc. Use sudarsan ghan vati. 2tabs twice daily with warm water followed by amritarist. 15ml dashmularist. 15ml with water twice daily. Use 21days if you feel better result then continue it

Dear Lybrate User, Hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur. Hair loss have many causes such as:- 1) Shrinkage of the hair follicles due to the influence of androgenic hormones. 2) Under-nutrition of the hair due to fungal infection on the scalp. 3) Effects of Radio therapy or Chemotherapy. 4) Nutritional deficiencies. 5) Autoimmune diseases.
