HI ROHIT,you can use momate gel for consicutive 5 days on affected area only night application ...use salicylic acid face wash and eat fresh fruits and vegetables ,excercise atleast 30 min per day.

Dear, it is mainly due to infection (mainly fungal) in your scalp, as skin of scalp is very little blood supply, so take time to remove infections, it comes in from of dandruff. For control on hair fall you have to control on dandruff and infection. So if you want cure. Consult privately.

Hi, there are good medicines in homoeopathy which helps in gettinb rid of moles which are protruded, i. E. Raised from the surface of the skin. Take thuja 30/ 3 timez a day daily and do apply thuja ointment twice over the moles for 3 mths. Revert.

त्वचा अगर तैलीय या ऑयली हो जाए तो उसके विशेष देखभाल की जरूरत होती है. आपकी त्वचा कैसी होगी ये मुख्य रूप से तीन बातों पर निर्भर करता है. ये तीनों फैक्टर हैं लिपिड का स्तर, पानी ओर संवेदनशीलता. त्वचा का तैलीय होने का अर्थ यह हुआ कि आपकी त्वचा में लिपिड का स्तर यानि कि वसा की मात्रा ज्यादा है. हलांकि ऑयली स्किन होने की ज़्यादातर संभावना हार्मोनल बदलाव की वजह से होती है. कई बार जीवन शैली भी त्वचा के ऑयली होने के लिए जिम्मेदार होती है. इसकी एक वजह ये भी मानी जाती है कि जब आपके त्वचा में पाए जाने वाले छिद्र बड़े-बड़े होते हैं और सैबेकियस ग्लैंड की सक्रियता अधिक होती है तब भी आपकी स्किन तैलीय हो जाती है.

1. खान-पान से
यदि खान-पान उचित नहीं है तो इससे कई तरह की परेशानियाँ उत्पन्न होती हैं. तैलीय त्वचा की परेशानी उनमें से एक है. तैलीय त्वचा से निजात पाने के लिए आपको ऑइली फूड या बहुत ज्यादा फैट वाले खाद्य पदार्थों से दूर रहना चाहिए. इसके साथ ही आपको फल और सब्जियां भरपूर खानी चाहिए और लिक्विड डाइट में ग्रीन टी, जूस और पानी जमकर पीना चाहिए.
2. सफाई करके
साफ-सफाई से कई चीजों को ठीक किया जा सकता है. चेहरे पर से पोर्स और गंदगी को क्लिंजर की सहायता से साफ करें. ठीक से साफ करने के बाद चेहरे को हल्के गुनगुने पानी से अच्छी तरह धो लें. इसके अलावा आप दिन में दो तीन बार अपना चेहरा धोएं और हफ्ते में दो बार फेस स्क्रब करें. ऐसा करने से आपके चेहरे की स्किन को सांस लेने में मदद मिलती है. इसका एक और फायदा ये है कि इससे आपके धब्बे भी नहीं होंगे.
3. फेस मास्क
हमारे स्किन के सेल्स रोज डेड होते हैं. चेहरे की त्वचा पर भी डेड स्किन्स हो जाते हैं. इन डेड स्किन्स को साफ़ करने के लिए ही हम चेहरे पर फेस मास्क लगाते हैं. वैसे तो बाजार में कई सारे फेस मास्क अवेलेबल होते हैं लेकिन आप चाहें तो इसे घर पर भी बना सकते हैं. कुछ घरेलू चीजों जैसे कि नींबू, ओट्स, अंडा, दूध, पपीता आदि को मिलाकर आप अपना खुद का फेस मास्क तैयार कर सकते हैं. इसे लगाने से आपका चेहरा खिल उठता है.
4. टोनर की सहायता से
जैसा कि हम पहले ही देख चुके हैं कि तैलीय त्वचा वाले लोगों के रोम छिद्र बड़े-बड़े होते हैं. टोनर आपके चेहरे के स्किन्स के पोर्स को बंद करने का काम करता है. जिससे कि उसमें गन्दगी न जमा होने पाए. टोनर के रूप में गुलाब जल का प्रयोग किया जा सकता है.

5. मॉइश्चराइजर लगाकर
ये सुनने में थोड़ा अजीब जरुर लगेगा लेकिन सच है. आप सोचते होंगे कि जब स्किन तैलीय है ही तो फिर मॉइश्चराइजर का क्या काम. लेकिन ऐसा नहीं है, आप वाटर बेस वाला मॉइश्चराइजर लगा सकते हैं. इससे भी मदद मिलता है.
6. अन्य तरीके
1. मिर्च-मसाले और फास्ट फ़ूड से दूर रहें. रोज 10 से 12 गिलास पानी पिएं. इसके साथ ही रोजाना सुबह खाली पेट एक आंवला खाएं.
2. तैलीय चेहरे से गन्दगी हटाने के लिए स्क्रब का इस्तेमाल करें.
3. आपको चाहिए कि वॉटरप्रूफ मस्कारा लगाएं. क्योंकि ये पूरे दिन आंखों पर टिका रहता है.
4. मुल्तानी मिट्टी, चंदन और नीम पाउडर की एक समान मात्रा गुलाबजल के साथ मिलाकर हफ्ते में दो बार चेहरे पर लगाएं. लगाने के बीस मिनट बाद चेहरे को साफ़ पानी से धो लें.
5. एक तरीका ये है कि कैलामाइन पैक में विटामिन सी टोनर मिलाने से जो पेस्ट बनेगा उसे हफ्ते में तीन बार चेहरे पर लगाएं और 20 मिनट बाद चेहरा धो लें.
6. पाउडर लगाने से बचें क्योंकि पाउडर लगाने से आपको ज्यादा पसीना आता है.

Pimples are common for oily skin persons. You need to detoxify your blood to get better results by the treatment. Ayurveda medicines are known for their detoxification properties and skin beauty remedies. You should avoid spicy oily n fried food. You should drink plenty of water daily. Dirty hair causes more hair fall, and shampooing hair daily reduces falling of hair. Fixed amounts of hair fall every day. If hair are washed after a long gap, then also those hair will fall. It is possible that most of the hair fall happens during the massage before shampooing and while shampooing you find less hair fall.

An oily skin has a host of disadvantages. Apart from making a person look greasy and slimy, it also has major influences on the health of your skin. If you were not aware and thought of oily skin as an awkward condition only you should take a deeper look into its causal effects. Excess oil secretion can make you prone to sun tanning. It can lead to the formation of acne and can also result in upsetting dark patches.

Kinds of food to eat to rule out the ills of an oily skin: 

  1. Include green leafy vegetables in your diet: Antioxidants can successfully fight off oily skin. Green leafy vegetables are rich in Vitamin C; they are known to reduce the effects of oxidants your skin regularly comes in contact with. Eat spinach and kale as much as you can. A green leafy vegetable should be part of your daily meal. 
  2. Salmon can act as a savior: Everybody knows how oily salmon is. However, it is very valuable in treating an oily skin. Salmon is known to have a high percentage of Omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 acids keep sebum producing molecules on a leash. Thus, excess oil secretion can be controlled by consuming more of this nutritious fish.
  3. Nuts can combat an oily skin: Having nuts with honey or yogurt or having them directly can treat the ills of greasiness. Nuts are a great source of Vitamin E that is further known to repair an irregular skin. Increased oil secretion is likely to result in acne; acne appears due to breakage of cell membranes. Vitamin E adds strength to your cell walls thus taking care of ugly scars.
  4. Cucumbers can help your case: Consuming cucumbers raw can be of enormous use. They hydrate the skin by ridding you of excess oil. Antioxidants in cucumbers have the effects of an astringent. They however do not interfere with the functions of essential oils. Have a cucumber on a daily basis to find the way to a glowing skin.
  5. Enjoy the benefits of grapefruit: The reason behind an oily skin could be the crushing presence of toxins. Grapefruit, rich in Vitamin C, deals with these toxins. Grapefruit contains fiber that is also good for controlling oil secretion.

Along with a high protein diet start following a good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry, etc. You can also start with zinc and biotin supplements.

Hair is made up mostly of protein so a protein rich diet is necessary. But not if your main source of protein is a large steak. In fact, eating large quantities of meat as americans do can be counterproductive. A steak will increase testosterone levels, and this has been linked to hair loss. Eggs are an excellent source of protein (see link below on how to boil the perfect egg). Also add nuts, seeds, beans and fish. Other good choices are organic soy foods, and hemp foods. I can add too that the korean diet has little or no meat on a daily basis.

I have facial sehbohrric dermatitis from 2 years. All condition almost control. But after some time again itching in my eyebrows start and eyebrows fallout. And in eyebrows I see dandruff after shampoo. Please help how to do. Very frustrating. Skin look like falky In eyebrows and T zone of face. Please help. Give a permanently solution.

These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin.

Tips to stop hair loss use natural oils such as coconut, almond etc. To massage gently the scalp for countering hair fall. Have more proteins and trace minerals in diet. Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash
