Hi lybrate-user do the stretching exercises for 10 to 15 min daily and strengthening exercise you r leg for 10 min daily if you have any doubts revert me back.

Hello mr, if you have diabetes for many years, if it is not in proper control, peripheral nerves related problems do occur. One them could be related to snesory affection. Therefore, it essential to take precautions like not to walk bare foot, use proper foot ware, examine the feet daily to see if any injury has occurred. Please let me know if fasting and pp sugar levels and hba1c %. Also the medication being taken, based on these I may be able to guide.

Hi . The best way to get rid of cervical pain is by immobilising it using a good cervical collar for a good 2-3 weeks. The immobilization along with some pain killers such as tolpa d tablets once or twice a day for 3 days along with local application of volini ointment twice a day for one week should be able to give adequate relief.

Hello, please send me your all investigation report to rule out whether it is ldp/ loss or increase of lumbar lordosis or anything else. This may be due to overweight or deficiency of vitamin d3 and calcium or due to poor posture. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. I can explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques, if interested. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Hi, I am 32 years female. My back hurts. It's not the muscle but the bone I feel. Lower end. I went low in vitamin D few months back. Entire body ached at that time. After medication body pain vanished but back pain started. I did health check up recently. Everything is normal in blood tests. There is no deficiency. I have been hitting gym since 3 years now. Hello, masturbation is a healthy way to release one's sexual tension. Engage in masturbation only & when you are sexually aroused. However, masturbation has no evidence of causing back pains. Maybe your posture or change in routine might be affecting your lower back.

What is text neck syndrome?
Text neck is the term used to describe the neck pain and damage sustained from looking down at your cell phone, tablet, or other wireless devices too frequently and for too long.
Symptoms of text neck syndrome?
Text neck most commonly causes neck pain and soreness. In addition, looking down at your cell phone too much each day can lead to:

Upper back pain ranging from a chronic, nagging pain to sharp, severe upper back muscle spasms. Shoulder pain and tightness, possibly resulting in painful shoulder muscle spasm. If a cervical (neck) nerve becomes pinched, pain and possibly neurological symptoms can radiate down your arm and into your hand
How is text neck treated?

First, prevention is key. Here are several pieces of advice for preventing the development or advancement of text neck:

@hold your cell phone at eye level as much as possible. The same holds true for all screens - laptops and tablets should also be positioned so the screen is at eye level and you don't have to bend your head forward or look down to view it.
@take frequent breaks from your phone and laptop throughout the day. For example, set a timer or alarm that reminds you to get up and walk around every 20 to 30 minutes. If you work in an office, make sure your screen is set up so that when you look at it, you are looking forward, with your head positioned squarely in line with your shoulders and spine.
The bottom line is to avoid looking down with your head bent forward for extended periods throughout the day.


Next, rehabilitation is important. Consult physiotherapist get it check and start with specific rehabilitation.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

Hi * stop running completely or decrease your training. *apply ice to reduce inflammation. *gently stretch your achilles and your calves. *consider cross-training for a while swim, run in the pool or ride a bike. *when you return to running, increase your mileage slowly, no more than 10 percent weekly. *make sure you wear the correct running shoes do reply for detailed treatment plan. Please reduce the number of times you do dips. Also take a rest of one day from taking dips and then again next day do that. There is some fault on the position of hands /you are new to doing this I think.

Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.
