It is good to know that you are exercising. Eating less can sometimes backfire as it can ruin the metabolism. You need to eat in right portion a balanced meal every day. You need a diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, white rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water. Exercise atleast 5 times a week. Do not overeat. Eat 3 proper meals and 2 snack in between. Stop when your stomach is 80% full. Eat slowly.

Hair oil and shampoo helps to condition the scalp.They will not help you to control the hair fall.Hair needs support from inside as roots are situated inside the scalp.It gets nutrition from within. Apart from that there are various reasons for getting hair fall.It is important to test the hair and scalp so as to treat it. Consult Trichologist

Hi. Back pain may be due to various reasons. If it is only due to over strain or weakness of muscles. Then spinal extension exercises and core stabilisation exercises will work good. Its better to consult a physiotherapist before going for exercises. Good luck.

If the weight gain has increased drastically without making any evident change in food and other physical activities. I recommended you to get your thyroid levels checked. Still for basic weight loss to be achieved maintains a balanced diet of not more than 1500 calories per day. 1. Refined sugars in coffee and tea should be completely stopped, shift to multigrain chapatti instead of only wheat based and have more complex crabs in your snacks time like roasted grain and salads. 2.2serving of fruits should be included but keep the serving size maximum to 1 at one time. 3. Include 1-2 portions of proteins in form of tofu, paneer, sprouts and oat meals daily in the evening time to manage the intake of carbohydrates after 7: 30 pm. 4. Maintain a good balanced of carbohydrates, fats and protein to the ratio and include a cardio session of 45 mins daily for at least 5 days a week to maintain a good health overall.

According to his age his weight is more. You have to work towards his weight loss programme. Overweight causes lot of lethargy and fatigue. Let him indulge in any outdoor activities like playing football or tennis, swimming ,cycling, jogging etc. Let him stop all kinds of junk food outside food and sweets chocolates cold drinks etc.

You can take tablet sinarest 1tablet three times a day for three days. Septillin syrup 2-2-2 laxmivilaas ras 1-1-1 vyoshaadi vati 2-2-2 dashmoolarishta kadha 2spoons twice orally with equal quantity of warm water. Avoid eating chilled and sour food items. Drink a glass of warm water empty stomach every morning.

It is too early to assess the result of hair transplant. You should wait for at least 6 months before you can say that the procedure has worked well for you or not. You can visit or ask your surgeon to prescribe you medications for this stage which will help in strengthening the transplanted hair.
