Hi. Psoriasis is a long-lasting autoimmune disease characterized by patches of abnormal skin.[3] these skin patches are typically red, itchy, and scaly. They may vary in severity from small and localized to complete body coverage. Medication:- 1. Regular oiling before bath using 777 oil. 2. Tropical application of sorion oint daily twice. 3. Cap psora-1cap twice a day after food. 4. Aragwadadi kashayam-10 ml with warm water after food twice daily for 1 days. Tips:- 1. Avoid:-a. Alcohol b. Junk food. C. Red meat. D. Dairy products. E. Condiments. F. Citrus fruits. 2. Keeping skin and scalp well maintained and hygienic 3. Living in a warm climate 4. Reducing stress has shown to reduce breakouts of psoriasis. Dear, For making regular your periods these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition. Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily. • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb. Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily. Start these exercise for 3 to 4 minutes daily then increase time slowly. If you are obese loose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. • you can take these medicines for regular periods. Syrup Dashmolarisht or, syrup EVECARE of himalya. 2 tsf daily once in a day after meal.

For some people even a single use may cause adverse reactions. I would therefore recommend that you avoid it altogether. Today it is a single use per month but in time you can increase its usage as it ia an addictive substance. So there are no guarantees around any substance abuse. If you are going to a gym, then this use is contra-indicative to your respiratory system and other bad health effects.

To loose weight: step 1-stop taking sugar & fat e. G. Ghee/fried stuff. Step 2 take a plat of salad before meals reduce no. Of chapatti gradually. You are most probably suffering from oa of knee. Knee surgery-total knee replacement (tkr) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results, in our hands. We have well equipped centers in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Surgery should be done only when patient is still active & will be able to take benefit of surgery. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. For good sleep, just try out these simple ways - 1. Stick to a sleep schedule- Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle. If you don't fall asleep within about 20 minutes, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you're tired. Repeat as needed. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink - Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort might keep you up. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. 3. Create a restful environment - Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep. 4. Limit daytime naps - Long daytime naps can interfere with nighttime sleep. If you choose to nap, limit yourself to up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day. 5. Include physical activity in your daily routine - Regular physical activity can promote better sleep 6. Manage worries - Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime. Stress management might help. Start with the basics, such as getting organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Meditation also can ease anxiety. Identifying and treating any underlying causes can help you get the better sleep you deserve. If above things doesn't help you, then consult us for homeopathic medicines.
