                    I am a practicing Physiotherapist for the past 26 years. I obtained my B.Sc. in Physical Therapy at State University of New York, U.S.A, and M.Sc. in Biomechanics and Ergonomics at New York University. I practiced traditional Physical Therapy for 15 years, at hospitals and outpatient clinics in New York, Michigan and Maryland. My rehab work spanned acute care, neurology, cardio-pulmonary, vestibular, orthopaedics, sports medicine and women?s health. In the last 10 years, I have started focusing on Myofascial Release (MFR) and Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST) holistic mind-body therapeutic approaches - as they give more sustained, long-lasting relief to my patients, plus MFR and CST are a safer and effective treatment option (in pain management) than the use of drugs and surgical procedures. I relocated back to India in 2019, and have my own P.T. Clinic and Wellness Center in Malleshwaram, Bangalore.
