For losing wt. First of all start brisk walking morning and evening slowing changing it to jogging for 20-30 mins daily. Cut down your extra sugars and extra munching. After doing this for 15days consult me again. Before starting note dwn your wt and abdominal girth.

Have a Bad Breath while Talking. While talking bad Breath smell come. please give me some advice

Get scaling and polishing of teeth done. For maintenance, brush twice daily and use a mouthwash. Also clean your tongue. Increase your intake of water. Avoid caffeinated drinks as they cause dry mouth. Limit your food intake to 4-5 times a day. Forcefully gargle with water after you eat or drink anything. Avoid spicy foods, onions, garlic and alcohol. Check for other causes of bad breath like cavities in teeth, sore throat, bad digestion, dry mouth.

Drink plenty of water. Take you r food at proper time. Avoid fastfood & spicy food. Take proper sleep. Pls take you r dinner between 7-8 pm. Walk for 10-15min after dinner.

No need for braces then. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Flossing removes plaque and bacteria that you cannot reach with your toothbrush. If you don't floss, you are missing more than one-third of your tooth surface. Plaque is the main cause of gum disease. It is an invisible bacterial film that develops on your teeth every day.

Within 24 to 36 hours, plaque hardens into tartar (also called calculus), which can only be removed by professional cleaning. Floss at least once a day, and plaque never gets the chance to harden into tartar. Getting into the habit of daily flossing is easier when you floss while doing something else like watching tv or listening to music, for example.
