YOu have to try these home remedies. Rinse your face with water and pat dry. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon together until they are thoroughly blended and have formed a sort of paste. Apply the mask to your face (or spot treat) and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off completely, and pat your face dry.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day. All are common things but for definite result.

We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Magnesium deficiencies have been linked to hair loss in both men and women. The foods to eat: Almonds, spinach, cashews, lentils, brown rice, halibut. Selenium A trace element that helps the body make selenoproteins, which regulate reproduction, metabolism, DNA synthesis, and immunity, selenium also stimulates hair follicles to encourage new growth. Scrimp on selenium and your body will churn out way too much selenoproteins, leading to hair follicle abnormalities, reduced growth, and hair loss.-----------------------------------------------------Washing hairs with hot water makes hairs rough and lustureless.

You can slowly get back to your fitness levels gradually. Its okay to have a bit fat now.. but it can be reduced in the next 4-6 months. 1. Cardio exercises are the best for reducing fat including from waist. 2. If you can go out, you can do jogging in a park. 3. If you can go to gym, you can do treadmill, cycling or cross trainer. 4. At home you can do skipping, side jumps etc. 5. You can follow you tube videos on aerobics, zumba etc. Videos from Fitnessblender and Popsugar Fitness are good. 6. Whenever you do exercise, do 10 mins light warm up before that, which includes some walk, some jumps and light stretches. Stay Fit - Stay Happy. All the best!

Yes you can have a fibroid polyp that can come outside the vagina and mimic a prolapse. Also if you have a large uterine fibroid it can put pressure on your bladder and call the vaginal wall to prolapse. What you actually have depends on the examination findings

I was in period from 31-10-17 to 5-11-17. 3 days prior to period and after period I have dark brown discharge sometimes with very light bleeding is continued except 2-3 days in the middle. I have consuming Desolon -30 as per doctor advise as non ovulation of egg last month. Kindly advise.

Dear user. FERTILE PHASE is the phase of a female's menstrual cycle when an egg (ovule) is released from the ovaries. In humans, ovulation occurs about midway through the menstrual cycle, after the follicular phase. The few days surrounding ovulation (from approximately days 10 to 18 of a 28 day cycle), constitute the most fertile phase. So if you have ejaculatory sexual inter course from day 10 from the first day of period and to day 20, the chances of pregnancy are much more. There are many determinants of pregnancy. You should be sexually matured. Your partner should be sexually matured. The period of your partner should be in the fertile stage. Female egg and male sperm cells should be healthy enough. Then female uterus should be capable to get conceived. If all these are satisfied, the pregnancy could be a result. Take care.

Kindly apply orahelp on your ulcers, also take multivitamins. Try to find out that you are not constipated or under stress most of the times as these are few of the reasons for ulcers. Also avoid taking too hot or spicy food as this will irritate your ulcers.

If you see two lines on the card, that means you are pregnant but better to repeat the test with morning first urine sample and see if you get red colour lines. Get back to me if any other query.

Hii. To reduce belly fat. Cardio exercises along with balanced diet is needed. Eat complex carbs such as oats, whole wheat flour, quinoa, Multigrain flour, protein such as whole pulses, milk and milk products. Cut down on excess fat and sugar. Take aloe Vera juice with luke warm water 3 times a day... take high fiber diet and salad . Do brisk walk daily... Don't skip ur breakfast and meals.... take plenty of fruit... increase water intake..... take luke warm water before nd after meals.....
