People are beginning to understand that masturbation is not simply a superficial form of pleasuring the self, but an activity that can provide some benefits in terms of health and fitness as well.
Not only that, masturbation also helps men and especially women, learn more about their own sexual behavior, preferences, and desires. It helps them become more comfortable with their body and in tune with their own inner minds.

Here is how masturbation can lead to well-being:
1. Masturbation as a process of stress relief: Pleasing oneself after a hectic and taxing day at work can reduce a lot of stress. The activity releases endorphins into the blood which helps to improve one's overall mood and helps the individual to relax. In the 21st century, this is indeed a great advantage where people are constantly under pressure from various areas of life.

2. Masturbation to strengthen the body: In case of women, masturbation makes the muscles of the pelvic floor stronger. 3. Masturbation also helps with PreMenstrual Syndrome: Most women go through a wide variety of PMS symptoms such as intense stomach cramping, mood fluctuation, anxiety, tension, and pain in the legs and the back. Masturbation has been found to ease these problems to a great extent.
4. Masturbation demystifies the concepts of sex and sexuality: In Indian society, discussing sex and sexuality is seen as taboo. Discussing these issues openly is regarded as immoral. Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

Follow these methods to get rid of tanning: * take one teaspoon of lemon with 1/2 teaspoon of glycerine on tanned areas and leave for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with cold water. * you can use cucumber with lemon juice to apply on tanned area. * gently rub the slices of raw tomatoes on tanned area for 5 minutes and then clean with water. You can apply pulp of tomatoes on skin and leave on for 20 minuteon and then rinse with water. * mix one teaspoon of curd with one teaspoon of fuller' s earth (multani mitti) mix and apply it on face for 5 - 7 minutes and then rinse of with water. * apply rose water on tanned area. * mix one teaspoon of curd with one teaspoon of besan apply it for 10 minutes and rinse with water. It remove dead layer of skin and tanning.

Hair fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits. And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems. Take following homoeo medicine. Acid hydroflouric 30 (30 ml sbl company). 1 drop 3 times per day x 14 days on tongue. Do not take anything 15 min before after medicine. ALSO use arnica montana Q 30 ml + 100 ml pure coconut oil mix and use before wash twice weekly. Use arnica homoeopathic shampoo take plenty water 3 to 4 liters per day. Hi, 5 - 10 mins delay in taking the medicine does not affect in any way. Do not stop taking the pill. Take it today at 9.00 PM and continue till the pack is over. Do not getanxious about yesterday's delay. You are safe. If it is delayed for for more than an hour or two, then it is not safe as the harmone level in the blood drops down.

People always come and ask me for quick fix method of weight loss for which I believe and guide for a healthy Weight loss.
When it comes to weight loss, it's calories that count. Weight loss comes by burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity...and you can measure it on weighing scale..
But.. Do u know your WEIGHING SCALE may not always show the ACTUAL LOSS which u desire..????
You want to lose weight most likely because you carry too much fat. .. But..some times you can get unpredictable weights on weighing scale as your body-weight can fluctuate daily as it’s influenced by many factors. Here's how your weighing scale can misled you...
1)Your stomach/bowel/bladder content,
2) Water loss/retention,
3) Muscle loss/gain, fat loss/gain, …
You’ll have no idea what’s going on...
Two people with similar height can weigh the same, but look completely different because one has lower body fat than the the other.
But believe in me..Your clothes, mirrors & pictures don’t lie... the weight scale can become your worst enemy by misleading you and killing your motivation. I was smoker fr two years but now I have left it from year I have a weak stamina I cant run more I feel laziness weakness even I was intelligent boy in studies but now I dont understand what teacher is teaching tough words I cant remember. Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.
