Do not take any medicine unless prescribed especially antibiotics. That is the major reason for development of antibiotic resistance making them ineffective.

Saliva is very essential for overall health. Young people usually have lot of salivation. There is no need to worry. Keep the mouth clean by brushing twice a day and get a dental check up done.

1. Avoid protein rich diets like mutton, egg, fish, sea food (sardines)/prawn 2. Avoid pulses, lentill, mushrooms, green leafy vegetablles like broccoli, cauli flower, cabbage, spinach, beans, peas 3. Take fruits like apple, banana, orange, black cherry, lime etc 4. I have allergy for old dust cold nd all. Continuous sneeze if started. Also I started snoring recently. Using duonase for stopping sneeze. But after some 10 days, sneezing will start as usual.

Part 1 Setting your Sleep Schedule 1 Review your sleep needs. If you are having trouble falling asleep, or staying asleep, ask yourself some initial questions: How much do I normally sleep? When do I normally sleep? Why do I think my sleep schedule needs adjustment? What sleep schedule would I like to follow? Answering these questions will help you begin to improve your situation. 2 Once you have decided on a sleep schedule, be consistent about following it. Try to go to sleep at the same time each night. Sometimes we can’t avoid schedule interruptions, but try not to stay up or sleep in much later than your scheduled times, even on weekends. The more persistent you are about sticking to your schedule, the better your chance of improving your sleep. This includes not hitting the snooze button. Although it can be tempting, snoozing a bit longer doesn’t really add to the quality of your sleep, and it disturbs your schedule 3 Gradually make any necessary adjustments to your sleep schedule. You should alter your sleep schedule over time in small increments to improve the chances that the changes will work. For instance, if you have been going to sleep at 11: 00, and decide that you want to go to sleep at 10: 00, don’t jump back the whole hour on the first night. Instead, try going to bed for a few nights at 10: 45, then a few at 10: 30, then a few at 10: 15, before hitting your goal of 10: 00. 4 Keep a sleep journal. This can be as simple as jotting down a record of when you go to sleep and when you wake up each day.[ Doing so while trying to decide on a sleep schedule can help you figure out your needs. Keeping one while you are trying to adjust your schedule helps you determine if it is working. If you are trying to figure out how many hours of sleep you need, use the sleep journal entries from a period of a few weeks to find your average number of hours of sleep per night. Part 2 Adjusting Habits to Improve your Sleep 1 Have the right food and drink at the right time. The food and drink you consume, and when you have it, can impact your sleep. To get the best sleep you can, eat well throughout the day, starting with a healthy, balanced breakfast. Don’t eat too much at night. Your last meal should be no less than 2 or 3 hours before your bedtime. Small, healthy snacks make the best choices if you need something before sleep. 2 Avoid stimulants and depressants when trying to adjust your sleep schedule. The effects of coffee and other caffeinated products, nicotine, and other stimulants can last for hours, so avoid them later in the day] And while depressants like alcohol can initially make you feel sleepy, they can actually disturb your sleep 3 Make sure you exercise. Regular exercise helps you fall asleep easier and achieve deeper sleep. Avoid exercising too close to bedtime (within a couple hours of it), however, as its stimulating effects might keep you awake. Monitor any naps. Long naps can interfere with your ability to get restful sleep. Limit any nap you take to a half-hour or less. Part 3 Maintaining your Sleep Schedule 1 Set a pre-sleep routine to achieve and maintain a regular sleep schedule. Doing the same things each night before you go to sleep will help mentally and physically prepare you for it. Your pre-sleep routine could incorporate a bath, reading a book, relaxing music, and other things that help you unwind. Some people find it helpful to use aids to lessen outside distractions, like ear plugs, the white noise of a small fan, or soft, calming music. Whatever your routine, make sure that you are comfortable. For some, this means thinking about altering a mattress, pillow, bedding, etc 2 If you don’t fall asleep after fifteen minutes, do something else. If you are trying to fall asleep and still haven’t after a quarter of an hour, get up and do something that relaxes you until you feel tired again. Tossing and turning while you’re not tired or have something on your mind will not get you to sleep. 3 Use light to your advantage. Your body naturally responds to lighting conditions and will adjust sleep accordingly. This means that getting plenty of light in the morning and during the day, then keeping the lights dim at night will help you sleep and wake up consistently. Turn on the lights or open the curtains as soon as you wake up. Wearing sunglasses later in the day dims light, which can help you becomes sleepy. Avoid making television, computers, tablets, smartphones and similar devices part of your pre-sleep routine, as the light from electronic screens disrupts the body’s inclination to sleep.[20] Moreover, some research suggests that the distractions of screen-time interaction have a similar effect. 4 Seek help if you can’t adjust your sleep schedule. If you have tried to fix your sleeping schedule and can’t, or if you feel that your schedule is extreme in some way, seek expert medical advice.

DIABETIC DIET ADVICE: ●Eat regular meals throughout the day at same time everyday..Avoid skipping meals ●Include high fibre foods at each meal e.g. legumes(beans/lentils ),nuts(almonds,walnut),eggs etc ●Take fruit as a healthy snack e.g. apples,pears,papaya,mausami,jamun,guava ●Try to avoid –grapes,mango,bananas,jackfruit(cheeku) ●Vegetables to be included in plenty-at least 2 servings per meal ●Reduce the fat intake,fried foods,cakes,pastries and foods containing palm oil and coconut oil ●Include healthy foods like daliya,oats ●Reduce salt intake in the diet to 1 tsp or less per day ●stay away from especially labelled diabetic foods(they are of no benefit),and saturated fats ●Limit intake of sugar and sugary foods like sweets ●If so desire can take sugarfree as sugar substitute for sweetening purposes DIABETIC DIET CHART: Morning: 4-5 Almonds soaked overnight in water or 1-2 walnuts 6:30 a.m.: Tea + 2 mariegold biscuits(only for those who can’t skip their morning tea) 8:00-9:00 a.m. : 2 Roti + subzi + daliya /upma/poha/raw cheese/sprouts + 1 glass skimmed milk 11:00-12:00 a.m.: Fruits (only those permitted), salads, guava, papaya, pomegranate, cucumber, carrot, sprouts etc 1:00-2:00 p.m.: 2 roti +dal + salads+curd/raita/buttermilk 4:00-5:00 p.m : tea + roasted chana/bhelpuri(only if hungry) 7:00 p.m : salads/coconut water/lemon water(without sugar) 8:00-9:00 p.m: 2 roti +dal/khicdi + skimmed milk Try to sleep daily on sametime till 11:00 p.m. SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS : Avoid potato/sweet potato/arbi banana/cheeku/grapes/mango/litchi papads/ chatni/pickles/fried foods groundnuts/cashew/pista/raisins sweets/honey/cold drinks/jaggery Note: For preparing chapatis, use whole wheat flour mixed with chana flour or besan in 3:1 proportion alongwith small amounts of soyabean flour Learn how to live with diabetes: It is common to feel overwhelmed, sad, or angry when you are living with diabetes. Eat well: stick to a diabetes meal plan .chose foods that are lower in calories, saturated fat, trans fat, sugar, and salt.Eat foods with more fibre, such as whole grain cereals, crackers, rice, or pasta. Set a goal to be more active most days of the week. Start slow by taking 10 minute walks, 3 times a day.Twice a week, work to increase your muscle strength. Use stretch bands, do yoga, heavy gardening (digging and planting with tools), or try push-ups. Check your feet every day for cuts, blisters, red spots, and swelling. Brush your teeth and floss every day to keep your mouth, teeth, and gums healthy. Stop smoking. Ask for help to quit. Keep track of your blood sugar. Check your blood pressure if your doctor advises and keep a record of it. At each visit, be sure you have a: blood pressure check,foot check,weight check Two times each year, have an: HbA1C test. It may be checked more often if it is over 7. Once each year, be sure you have a: cholesterol test,complete foot exam,dental exam to check teeth and gums,dilated eye exam to check for eye problems,urine and a blood test to check for kidney problems

Maybe its dryness of the vagine during it indicates that the vagina is not well lubricated sayin that she is not aroused enough for penetration have more foreplay or use oil to lubricate.

It is better if you get your blood sugar checked in a close by laboratory, that will give a clear idea. If diabetes is present then readings are: fasting >126 mg and pp >200 mg /100ml. If fasting sugar is between 100 to 125 mg it is known as fasting glucose intolerance. If pp is between 140 to 199 mg it is impaired glucose tolerance. Both these conditions are also referred as pre diabetic stage. Normal glucose is - fasting 70 to 110 mg and pp <140 mg.

The size of penis depends on four factors:- 1) height of the person:- every organ of a taller person posses greater dimension than those of a shorter person. 2) testosterone hormone:- less secretion of this hormone leads to underdevelopment of sexual organs 3) sexual diseases:- patients suffering from erectile dysfunction often complaints of short penis. 4) fatty tummy:- with every increase of 6 kg in weight, the waistline is increased up to 2cm. This fatty layer of abdomen conceals 2cm of the length of penis by surrounding it. The minimum size of an erected penis required for intercourse is 3 inches. A penis is composed of three highly vascular muscles. The plan of action behind increasing the size of penis is to increase the amount of blood flow to those vascular muscles of penis. There is no specific medicine to increase the size of penis. To increase the size of your penis you can try the vacuum operated penis developer set available in market. You can buy it from local medical appliance store or you can order for it online. Use the penis developer set for at least 30 minutes daily. For better & quicker result, apply ayurvedic himcolin gel on your penis before using the penis developer set every time. Kindly remember that the penis will not remain erected all time.
