according to your height your weight should be 66 kg.Maintain this.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Take more fruits,vegetables.Take protein foods like fish,egg,lean meat etc.Use unrefined foods.Use healthy fat.Eat nuts,seeds.Do regular exercise to stay healthy and fit.

My sleep is not sound. Every night while sleeping I make too manny changes to my sleeping pose. Sometimes resting on back to top or to sideways. This happens frequently causing disturbance to my sleep. What should I do?

One has to induce by sleep inducing agents like make the room sound proof switched off the lights and electronic gadgets like tv, computer betc do not eat heavy dinner do not have water immediately after food at least for half to one hour have plenty of water by mouth. Try to read some book it will help go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises regularly. It will help. To get proper sleep an adult individual should have 6 to 8 hours sleep daily.

Hi, you might have suffered colic due to gastric disorder. To lose your weight you should take the following steps: go for a walk in the morning for an hr/daily consume 3/4 ltrs of water to keep your bowel moving properly. Take an apple, banana, pumpkin, regularly. Avoid, ghee, butter, junk food. Cut your meal by 20 % homoeo-care: colocynth 30--5 drops, thrice a day calcarea- carb 30--5 drops thrice a day fucus vasq -- 20 drops with 1/4 cup of luke warm water just before 1/2 an hr of each meal. China 200--5 drops dly morng. Report after a month, take care.

First of all, I am sorry for you loss. As other professionals said, grief after the loss of someone close to you is common. It heals with time. But here in your case. The duration is being quite long. Sometime we need to vent it out. Whatever is there deep inside our heart. The thing that is unconsiously stopping us to come out of the sadness. I know it takes alot to be in that phase. I advice you to please consult a mental health professional. Along with him/her. You can work with your problem. Its just a phase of life. I know you will surely get out of it.

Your body is removing milk without proper digesting it milk is not suitable just 3-4 hrs before food or 3_4 hrs after food or within food as food contains salt which is virrudha combination so take milk empty stomach only for proper digestion improve your digestion by taking ayurvediy medications by consulting privetly.
