Means there is severing decay,(deep) so visit a dentist and go for x-ray, if it's deeper, you will have to go for rct (root canal treatment), if not temporary filling can be done folloy with permanent.

My periods never come on exactly the 28th day. Most of the time it is 4-15 days late or 2-8 days early. It is like that since it started 6 years ago. And now I am 18. I never bothered much, but is it something to worry about?

Normal menstrual cycle is at 28+/-7days interval. A variation of 7days is considered normal. If it's more than that frequently then get your ultrasound pelvis done and tsh, prolactin blood test done.

Hello, I'm writing this on behalf of my girlfriend. She underwent laparoscopy in both her ovaries to remove the cyst. And the condition of her left ovary was very critical so a part of the ovary had to be operated. The operation took place in December 3rd. And after that she was under medication. A week ago she underwent an usg and the result showed that there is no sign of pcos but peripheral cysts have been found. What does this mean?

In pcod those cyst are going to be there and does not need any treatment. This is normal finding in pcod. Also pcod patients develop larger cysts also again and again which does not any surgery or laparoscopy. They resolve in a month or two without any treatment. As they were on both sides, they were 100% functional cysts specially in a girl who has pcod. Laparoscopy was not needed at all. Do not worry about those small cysts now, they r going to be there.

Walk, go to the gym, yoga is good. Ellipticals are fine. Muscle strengthening exercises. Swimming, and running. Not advisable to lift weights.

I have problem of left sided varicocele of testis and sperm count is zero. My doctors tell me that sperm count zero isn't depend on left sided varicocele. It depend on both testis sided varicocele. So doctor tell me about biopsy of testis not for surgery of testis. Please tell me surgery of left sided varicocele is beneficial for sperm generation in testis or not? please give me advise what I do? it is cure by medicine or not? by which medicine? surgery of left sided varicocele is give 100% result or not?

Left side varicocele is often a common condition and does not cause azoospermia. You should do serum fsh and testosterone test. Biopsy may be done but varicocele operation will not help. Meanwhile keep away from heat, chemical, smoking zones. Wear loose undergarments and keep your testes cooled by pressing them with wet towel for 5-10 minutes daily.

The best and the most common home remedy for tonsillitis is to gargle with warm salt water. The warm water will have a soothing effect and the salt will help kill the virus or bacteria. Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: practice good oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. Don't forget to brush the tongue, too. Replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. Use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. See your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

There are many reasons for hair fall. Heridity, regular use of chlorine water, lack of nourishment to the hair follicles, use of some medicines etc. Anyway apply medicated herbal oil at least thrice weekly.

Hi. The exact cause of hair loss may not be fully understood, but it's usually related to one or more of the following factors: 1. Family history (heredity) 2. Hormonal changes 3. Medical conditions 4. Medications 5. Life style medication:- 1. Regukar oiling with sukesham oil, guduchi pharmacy helps a lot to reduce hairfall within 21 days. 2. Preferably use guduchi anti hairfall shampoo, blot you hair with towel n donot rub. 3. Apply hairmask using amla n bhringaraj powder mixed with buttermilk weekly once helps a lot. 4. Control your diabetes first. Take medicines and or insulin to control that. Also keep your blood pressure under control. Do limb strengthening exercises /physiotherapy regularly.

Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.
