I had ovarian cyst in left and right overy Left size 4.5 c.m. Right size is 3 c.m. Right overy cyst resolved in six month. But left overy cyst is not able to remove permanently. I am having tablet overall L for cyst. Kindly suggest something more for permanently remove of cyst and fibroid. It gives me trouble and more pain at the time of periods. Dear, you must be able to distinguish between mental disease and mental disorder. Your problem is a mental disorder. Not a mental disease. These mental disorders are usually treated with a combination of medicines and other means like awareness, meditation, psychotherapy techniques, life style changes etc. I think two or three counseling sessions and psycho therapy techniques should solve her problem. You have pigmented spots post acne. Follow this - 1) Use Frequent washes of face by Triclosan and zinc oxide soap (Acnil, Acnelak) 2) Topical treatment - morning times use AHA glow face wash then Sunscreen lotion (Suncote ,Sunkare, or Melaguard ). In the night use lightening creams i.e.Kojic acid with vit C or Combination of Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Momentasome gives very good results.

Hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Dear lybrate-user, You may be evolving into a borderline personality disorder. Depression, cutting wrist, feeling alone, sharing with a boy etc may be due to your personality weakness. Still you have not fixed your personality at 16 years of age. You can develop a better personality if you take treatment like Cognitive Behaviour therapy or DBT. 1.Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2.It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3.Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Weakness may leave you without energy to carry out day-to-day activities, drowsy or tired, sluggish, and uninterested. Other symptoms include excessive sweating, loss of appetite, difficulty concentrating, and difficulty falling asleep. You can feel weak due to lack of essential nutrients, not getting enough sleep, a weak immune system, excessive drinking, skipping meals, emotional stress, and too much physical labor. Persistent weakness can be caused by health problems like anemia, arthritis, hypothyroidism, a sleep disorder, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes and heart disease. In these cases, it is very important to find out the exact cause behind your weakness. To feel energetic and refreshed in life, you must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, maintain your ideal body weight, follow a good diet, sleep properly, drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, avoid alcohol and stop smoking. Whenever you feel weak, eat one or two bananas. You can also try a banana shake or smoothie. To help strengthen your body and keep from feeling weak, eat a ripe banana with one tablespoon of honey twice daily. Soak two almonds, one dried fig, and a few raisins in water overnight. In the morning, remove the almonds, figs and raisins and drink the water. Peel and eat the almonds, followed by the fig and raisins. Also, carry roasted almonds with you and whenever you feel fatigue or weak, eat some to get instant energy. Whenever you have weakness, drink a cup of warm milk with one teaspoon of honey mixed in it. You can also boil two to three figs in one cup of milk. Eat the boiled figs and drink the milk to gain strength. Alternatively, add one teaspoon of clarified butter to a glass of warm milk. Drink it twice daily to cure weakness caused by excessive loss of blood. Also known as amla, indian gooseberry is a highly nutritious fruit that can improve your energy level. It is a good source of vitamin c, calcium, protein, irons, carbohydrates, and phosphorous. Simply eating one indian gooseberry daily can strengthen a weak immune system.

I had my angioplasty five years back From last one year I am having swelling in my leg. It worsens as the day proceeds. Nephrologist Dr. kale after seeing all test said there is no problem in kidney. All my heart test were also ok. I was diagnosed fatty liver last month. Please suggest.

Fatty liver is graded and if grade 2, it can be prevented from becoming grade 4 leading to liver failure. Fatty liver means presence of fat cells on top of delcate liver cells, causing pressure on them making their functioning low. You can/ cannot reverse fatty liver, opinion is divided for grade 2, no harm in using less fats & do some exercise who you must be because of cardiac condition, drink juice of lemon plus a spoon of honey with warm water on empty stomach in morning, drink apple cider vinegar, a spoon with honey or juice, all of the above burn fats in body including liver. Try for a month and get tested by ultrasound to know fresh status of liver. Remember healthy liver cells rejuvinate very fast, provided you do not take any toxic food or medicines like heavy antibiotics.

You have to get urine test after 7 days of missed period if menses do not come by that time. Menses can get delayed by hormonal changes also. If pregnancy is positive then it can be aborted by abortion pills.

This requires so called sleep hygiene. Make sure you don't see tv or mobile screen after 10pm. This bright light gives the signal to brain that this is not the time to go to sleep. Instead try some spiritual book reading. Make dark i.e. put lights off. finally to have good sleep you need to do heavy exercise.

I am 22 married. Since 6yrs I am into physical intimacy with my partner, prior to this when I was 11 yrs old dat tym I was being raped by one of the relative for 3 years.
