Although chewing gum is only for chewing and is not to be swallowed. It usually is not not harmful. It is not digested in stomach thats true bt slowly it moves in digestive tract and is excreted via stools. However in rare cases if bulk amount is ingested in short period it can cause digestive tract obstruction specially in kids. But thats not your case it only one gum in your case so there is no need to worry. Take care that this is not repeated.

How costly is bleaching and scaling polishing of teeth and for how much days it will work.
All individuals requires scaling (cleaning) to be done atleast once in 6 months to maintain our oral hygiene clean. Our toothbrush is not much finely designed to clean all the plaque and calculi in the interdental areas of the teeth, which is the area where most of the calculus accumulate much and has to be removed regularly using scalers by the dentist.

Dentist,
My teeth is yellow.
Cause of discoloration – Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc) genetics. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with whitening (bleaching) procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. DENTAL TIPS: - Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

It can be due to caries or gum issues. If its caries you need to undergo a root canal procedure followed by cap on it. This procedure may require 5-7 visits to a dentist depending on the severity of the infection and caries. It may also involve intake of medication like antibiotics and painkiller during the treatment. Some times there can be underlying infection after root canal treatment. You might need to do a re-rootcanal if gum issues are there you need to get scaling and polishing done from a dentist. Also incorporate use of dental floss in your daily oral hygiene procedure see a dentist at your earliest.

Sir, is it useful to have fixed teeth transplantation. My age is about 46

MDS - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, BDS, MFDS RCPS (Glasgow)
Dentist,
Sir, I assume you are talking about dental implants. If you are, it is perfectly possible to get fixed teeth at any age, but the decision is made only after a thorough clinical and, as necessary, radiological and laboratory evaluation. As far as the question of usefulness goes, you have to weigh the probable benefits over the potential risks associated with the technique. You need to weigh all the available options for replacement against each other, as well as against no treatment, and then come to a conclusion on the issue. Regards
