Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Sir, My age is 18 years. You need to get your acid reflux treated. Syrup Gaviscon is available at most chemists over the counter. TAke one capful after every meal for the next 2 months. Stop Stugeron! Continue the rest of medicines as advised by your doctor.

Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Use of shampoos may not help you to stop the hair fall you should consult a dermatologist who will suggest you some good medicines on the basis of detailed history.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Dear, if you have only 1-2 cyst in your ovary and its size is not more than 5mm then you need not to worry. Ovary has follicles that produce egg. If you have many cyst in ovary then you should treat it by these best methods- * get up early in morning and do meditation regularly. You can do long breaths while closing your eyes in a peaceful environment. You can also do anulom - vilom pranayam at least for 5-8 minutes. It can make your hormone level balanced for regular periods. * avoid taking too much stress. Take a walk for atleast 8-10 minutes daily to calm down stress. * take a balanced nutritious deit with vegetables, fats, protiens and carbs. * avoid high calories food like sweets, fast food, excess milk products. As they make you overweight and make your disease more severe. * you can take dashmoolarisht 2 teaspoons mixed in a glass of water once a day for 2 months atleast. It make your periods regular definitely.

Take 11 guava leaves, 11 black pepper, 1 cup milk and one cup water. Put all of them in pot and boil it well, when it reduced to one cup, drink in empty stomach. Take this daily for at least six months or a year. Boil cumin seeds in water and inhale the steam. It helps dilate the bronchial passage. take normal water always.....donot have curd , buttermilk , cold drinks....take 1 basil leaf early morning empty stomach

1) Avoid hard water to drink, drink sufficient boiled water or purified water only. 2) Avoid fruits containing small seeds like tomato, guava, vegetables like brinjal, 3) Duration to cure kidney stone is depends upon size, number of stone, position (kidney? urethra?). 4) Do skipping exercise daily so that stone can come down to bladder. 5) Drink sugar-cane juice without ice empty stomach or as possible. 6)Take 4 crushed Elaichi (cardamom) add 2 cup of water boiled to become half filter it, add 2 spoons of cow ghee take on empty stomach. 7) Give feedback in 6 days .do consult privately for perfect treatment.

Am a pcod and thyroid patients. Though am in diet I can't reduce my weight (75 kgs). Am 24 years old. Am working in software sector. I always feel like lazy every time. Am using cetapin and garbolim pils right from 2014. But no use I felt tell now. Just suggest a Gud diet or medicine to cure as early. Also taking 100 mg for thyroid. I'll get married within 4 months. But I've irregular periods cycle. Am so much worried.

You can take: Fresh fruits or frozen/canned fruit without added sugar, or unsweetened applesauce Non–starchy fresh vegetables or frozen/canned vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, and carrots Whole grains such as whole wheat pasta, brown rice, oats, and whole wheat bread High fiber cereals such as Kashi, shredded wheat, (Look for cereals that have at least 5 grams of fiber per serving or sprinkle ½ cup of bran cereal or unprocessed bran on a low–fiber cereal to increase the fiber) Water or seltzer, flavored with fruit if desired, unsweetened iced tea High fiber baked goods made from whole wheat flour and oats Crackers and snacks with fiber such as Triscuits, Wasa, or popcorn. Also quit coffee. Start doing some workout daily, some yoga, gym, dancing, swimming etc. You will feel energetic and your cycle will also be regularized with this.

My husband doesn't get sound sleep. Deep Sleep at 10 pm & gets up at 1.30 pm. After that he can't sleep. Due to this problem next day feels irritated, tired. Do many treatment, e.g ayurvedic medicine, used to put his feet in hot water + sea salt, massage on head etc. But no effect.

He should live tenstion, strees,before going to sleep, take food 2 hours before going to sleep after dinner walk 1to2 km slowly daily. Give him Sarpgandha mishran tablet 1at night 30minuties before going to sleep, mobile end Tv off think that iwants sound sleep for 6 hours. Avoid too spacy, fast junck foods oily, over eating in night all this food causes acidity this acidity turn into sleepless night take care. Dr. Tare.

You need a high protein high calorie diet. Eat more protein food. Eat nuts and good fats. Eat fit & lite oil of doctor's choice 20-25 ml/day. Eat ghee, butter, paneer, milk product, cheese, chocolates. Eat various nuts/ day 2-3 no. Eat oats, sattu, ragi. And complex carbohydrate. You need to take soya seed. You need to take mass gaining foods. You may drink supplement also.
