For backne, Most important is hygeine. Keep your body clean and scrubbed, wear cotton clothes. Bathe twice with anti bacterial soap like Cetaphil or Sebamed. Improve your diet, leave junk food. –Eat lots of fruits and vegetables Home made ubtans have also been found to work effectively on back spots and pimples. Mix gram flour, haldi, yogurt and olive oil and scrub your back. After scrubbing wash with lukewarm water and apply alomd + olive oil. This week take 2 weeks to show results but results are permanent

Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Mr. lybrate-user, If you have diabetes and if it is not in good control, then fungal infections of the skin are quite often seen. Hence, primary need is to achieve a very strict blood glucose control with FBS closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. Plus appropriate antifungal treatment should be taken both local and systemic to control fungal infection. BP also should be maintained between 120 to 130 ?70 to 80 mm Hg. There is no reason to feel sad, because if correct treatment is taken and all precautions are observed one can remain absolutely fit these conditions. However, because of your excess rather morbid obesity (BMI 53.57 kgs/M2) it is very difficult to bring all these conditions in control. Best option for you is to consider bariatric surgery, which will reduce weight and even control diabetes and hypertension. Thanks.

Please cool -- do meditation to relieve stress. Stress is the cause behind do many diseases including dm/htn/psoriasis/white patches/hairfall etc. Hence do not be tense and live life happily ever. Take five phos 4 tablets twice daily for next 2 weeks and report.

Use rose herbal face pack (mfg. By robin herbal healthcare products. Visit www. Ayurvedahaircare. In). Make a paste of it by adding raw milk to it. Apply it on the face and wash it before it gets completely dry or after 20 mins. Take b-pure capsules, 2 capsules three times a day for 15 days follow it for few days to see the change and take next advise accordingly.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walking/jogging/running/cycling/swimming for 1 hour daily 2. Reduce weight 3control diet 4. Avoid sweets, sugar, oily, fatty, excess calorie/cholesterol, saturated fat and carbohydrate rich diet. Take green leafy vegetables/fruits/salads. Drink plenty of water. Avoid junk food, bakery items like pizza/burger/cookies, soft drink, alcohol etc 5. Do yoga, pranayama, deep breathing exercise.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

If you take long break it leads to so many problems. Some time we cannot recovered the looss of the time and amount also. It is not good to do like this. Better to analyse your status. Better to come out of the problems. Share the all the feelings with your friends and family members. Better to come out yourself. If not possible. Better to take the help of good psychologist.   • Definately not chips or popcorns made with fats. Popcorns are healthy if made with the help of heated sand sold by the vendor in market and not bought from the mall.
  • Nuts are the best option but not more than one katori.
  • 7 soaked peeled almonds, wallnuts, cashew, peanuts. We can compare the cost of this precious food vs. Packets of namkeens / samosas/ chips which give us nothing except bad cholesterol. Nuts are rich in good cholesterol, beat hunger pangs, make us feel full, effect on hunger lasts longer and there is no extra thirst to drink more water, because there is no salt added as a preservative and there is no ghee oozing.
  • Another choice is a bowl full of 5 types of seasonal fruits and vegetables of minimum 5 colors -carrots, radishes, oranges, apples, bananas, cucumber, tomato. We are extrmely lucky to have fruits and vegetables according to seasons and we do not have to drive miles to get them!

Low Sperm Count - Is a Reduction in Body and Facial Hair a Sign of it

What is Low Sperm Count?
Low sperm count or ‘Oligospermia’ is a condition that indicates that the semen that you discharge after an intimate climax contains fewer sperm cells than normal (the limit being 15 million sperm cells in a milliliter of semen).

How would you know if you have a low sperm count?

  1. You have difficulty in sustaining an erection during an intercourse.
  2. Lump formation in your testicle region accompanied by pain.
  3. Amount of body or facial hair reduces.
  4. Inability to father a child even after indulging in unprotected sexual intercourse.

What causes a low sperm count?

  1. Inflammation of the veins that may lead to draining of the testicles.
  2. Infections can hinder production of sperms and affect your sperm health.
  3. A condition called ‘Retrograde Ejaculation’ wherein the semen goes back into the bladder during an orgasm instead of an ejaculation through the tip of the penis.
  4. Anti-sperm antibodies that mistakenly consider the sperm as a potential threat and try destroying them. This usually happens in case you have undergone a vasectomy (technique of male sterilization) surgery.
  5. Cancerous or other benign tumors can also result in this condition by affecting one’s pituitary gland.
  6. Testicles which haven’t descended to the sac from the abdomen.
  7. Hormonal abnormalities.
  8. Defects in the sperm duct.
  9. Disorders in inherited chromosomes.
  10. Celiac disease: A disorder caused because of gluten sensitivity.
  11. Side-effects of certain medications such as antibiotic medicines or antifungal creams, chemotherapy, medications to treat ulcers and other anabolic steroids.
  12. Environmental factors such as over-exposure to industrial chemicals, heavy metals such as lead, X-rays or radiations and long hours of bicycling.
  13. Lifestyle and health related factors such as substance abuse, excessive consumption of alcohol, smoking tobacco, high levels of stress and being over-weight or obese.

Treatment

  1. Surgery can be an option to fix the swelling of the veins and sperm retrieval methods to retrieve sperms from one’s testicles.
  2. Nursing the infections using antibiotics; however, this may not end up restoring one’s fertility.
  3. Hormonal therapies and treatments for treating low or excess levels of a few hormones or to treat the way your body uses certain hormones.
  4. Assisted Reproductive Technology treatments that involve methods of normal ejaculation to obtain sperms or from sperm donors.

Egg white works well in order to lighten the marks and scars. Take a fresh egg and break the aregg, separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Apply this egg white on the scar. After 10-15 minutes, wash with the cold water. Baking Soda Take some baking soda. Mix some water with the baking soda and apply this mixture on the cut marks. Baking soda serves as an agent that carries out micro dermabrasion on the skin and helps to clear the cut marks on the face and body. Tomatoes Tomatoes are rich in Vitamin A, which helps nourish the dead skin while rejuvenating it. Vitamin A helps by healing the skin and by helping facilitate quick growth of the skin while removing the scars. Using tomatoes to help heal the scars on the skin is not a lengthy process, but it is rather simple. Just take a tomato, slice it and make it into a pulp. Apply the pulp on the face and leave it on for twenty minutes’ time. Then, wash it off with some warm water. You could also mix cucumbers with it. Make a paste out of all of cucumbers and tomatoes and apply as a face mask. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it with some cool water. Obesity is one of the most dreaded lifestyle ailments today and is spreading like an epidemic all across the world. Owing to slavery to the taste buds and lethargic living conditions, being obese and overweight is affecting all age groups and either sex. The main problem with weight gain is that, not only does it affect the confidence and mental stability of the obese person (making him easy target to mockery), overweight and obesity lays foundation of many other serious diseases. No doubt, weight loss is much sought after by one and all.
Weight loss in ayurvedic dosha types

According to Ayurveda philosophy, Kapha type of individual (having more of water and earth in their constitution) is more likely to gain weight easily. Although, the Vata types having more of air and ether, would generally be skinny and devoid of much fat. The fire types or Pitta dosha personalities who are generally gifted with proportional body weight, could be gaining weight just in case they lose their balance.

In the case of weight gain or obesity, it is believed that the Kapha dosha gets accumulated which further slows down the fat metabolism and leads to the disease of obesity. Therefore, Ayurveda believes that of the three basic dosha types, those people who have more of Kapha dosha in their system generally have a low Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and gain weight easily. Thus, for weight loss, the Kapha types need to be more strict and careful with themselves both in the terms of diet intake and undertaking exercise routine.

Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. Avoid using comb in wet hairs.

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.
