Last few months I have a problem in throat cough getting stuck in my throat. How to remove the cough in my throat.
You seem to have an allergic problem. The throat must be getting irritated & hence the cough. Take a cough syrup for about 5/7 days along with an anti allergic tablet. It should help in getting rid of the cough.

Hello there, for cough, take 2-2 teaspoonful of pranacharya kasantak by mixing it in hot water twice daily. Sitopaladi, praval and tankan bhasm churna taken with honey can also bring relief. Consume this 3 to 4 times a day for relief from dry cough; you can also drink tea with basil leaves or add ginger and black pepper in it. Salted hot water gargling also helps. And stay away from cold drinks and don't take milk when having cough.

CRUSH THE DIABETES

AUTLS, CCEDM, MD - Internal Medicine, MBBS
General Physician, Faridabad
CRUSH THE DIABETES
Following are the tips to prevent onset/or control diabetes

1-losing extra weight:-is the most significant thing which can make a big difference to your health. It helps lower your blood pressure and cholesterol too. Waist of more than 80 cm in women & 90 cm in man are at risk
2- constant and regular food timings:- it will improve your metabolic activity and helps reducing your weight.
3- split your meals and eating in moderate amount:-splitting your meals into 3-4 times per day (including snacks) and eating in fair amount, improves your metabolic rate as the food you take is not concentrated at one time.
4- no long gaps and skipping of meals:-never miss out breakfast.
5- no overeating:-never eat in a bulk on one time remember to eat your food slowly, chew well.
6- proper exercise and work outs:-exercise is a fast way to trim down calories, extra weight and controlling glucose level. Brisk walking for 30 min. Atleast five times a week is the best. You can also try cycling, swimming, dancing. Timings for exercise should be fixed and regular. Do not eat right away after a workout.
7-constant and regular timings for medication
8-avoid fried foods, meat, fats and sweets.
9- take high-fibre and complex carbohydrates:-like oats. Add whole grain foods in your diet. Avoid white bread, pasta, pizza, candies, and snacks. Instead include high-fiber carbohydrates like wheat bran, flaxseed and methi seeds to your wheat flour. This will increase fibre in your diet.

Polycystic ovary syndrome treatment generally focuses on management of your individual main concerns, such as infertility, hirsutism, acneblack or obesity. As a first step, I recommend weight loss through a low-calorie diet combined with moderate exercise activities. Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet if you have pcos as prescribed by a registered dietitian only. Don't severely restrict carbohydrates; instead, choose complex carbohydrates, which are high in fiber. The more fiber in a food, the more slowly it's digested and the more slowly your blood sugar levels rise. High-fiber carbohydrates include whole-grain breads and cereals, whole-wheat pasta, bulgur wheat, barley, brown rice, and beans. Limit less healthy, simple carbohydrates such as soda, excess fruit juice, cake, candy, ice cream, pies, cookies and doughnuts. Even a modest reduction in your weight for instance, losing 5 percent of your body weight might improve your condition

Swollen and inflamed veins in the rectum and anus that cause discomfort and bleeding. Other factors that increase the risk for getting hemorrhoids include constipation, diarrhea, lifting heavy objects, poor posture, prolonged sitting, pregnancy, eating a diet low in fibre, anal intercourse, and being overweight. Liver damage and some food allergies can also add stress to the rectal veins. People who consistently eat a high-fiber diet are less likely to get hemorrhoids, while those people who prefer a diet high in processed foods are at higher risk. A low-fiber diet or inadequate fluid intake can cause constipation, which can contribute to hemorrhoids in two ways: it promotes straining on the toilet People do not consider homeopathy medicine for piles at its early stages and this is one of the reason why they end up under a surgeon's knife. She needs to get an ultrasound first to find out cause of pain during menses. There r many causes. And treatment varies with the cause. Ask her to avoid taking so much pain killers as these r very harmful for kidneys. Better to take her to a gynaecologist. Even if the ultrasound is normal, there r many treatment options for tackling pain. Avoid pain killers.

Its fungal infection. Homoepathic treatment cures it. Homeopathic medicine is holistic because it takes into consideration your unique experience of disease on the mental, emotional and physical levels. As a homeopath, I want to know whether you are prone to chronic yeast infections as well as many of the other possible associated symptoms. For example, if you get chronic yeast infections, when do you get them, what do they feel like (do they itch, burn, sting?) and what does this discharge look like.

Dear Doctor, My wife (Age 30 )got a fever 10 days back accompanied by swollen eye brows enlarged lymph node in neck and high tiredness. She is a causality/emergency Medicine junior doctor and she had came in contact in dengue patients during her duty at hospitals where having lot of mosquito .She also had a molar tooth extraction which was impacted and taken out by minor surgery two weeks before this fever .She was on antibiotics after tooth extraction upto one week before the fever onset. She also had take some street food and some juice before two weeks of the fever. She did a blood test on the same day of fever and a NS1 and Igm test which came negative .The blood test was also normal with platelet count of 2.53 and WBC and RBC in normal range. The fever persisted and after 4 days re-tested the blood and the platelets were going down and value was 1.73 with WBC also going down to lower range. The doctor repeated the Dengue test and blood test and the NS1 was negative and the IGM was showing equivocal range of 10.3.The platelet count came down to 1.2 This was around 7th day from the onset of fever On seventh day We got admitted to a more specialist hospital where the physician found palpable spleen enlargement and advised Ultra sound which showed a 15 cm spleen The doctor repeated test for malaria ,Dengue ,Monospot, ect all came negative and the platelets count came to 1.15 .The fever was now down and only two fever spikes of 100. 5F range was noticed and a sample during the fever spike was sent to blood culture. The liver function test shown the liver enzyme level of SGPT 180 SGOT 300 ALP of 249 (.Taken on 8th day from fever) From the day 10 The fever never came back for 72 hours and her blood pressure remained on low side 100/60 mostly .The platelet levels increased to 1.4 from 1.15 .She was not given any antibiotics as the investigation is still on .The only medicine she had was for vomiting sensation ,Paracetamol (only two times during fever spikes) and cough syrup during the hospital stay. The doctor advised as her spleen is enlarged and High ALP with normal liver (under UST) and enlarged lymph nodes. We will wait for the blood culture results and the Typhoid widal result (sample taken on 9th day of fever onset ).They advised for a CT Scan and Bone marrow after they assess the pending test as they couldn't figure out the origin of the symptoms They did a LFT again on 12 th day which had results of SGPT 250 SGOT 495 and Alkaline. Phosphate 254. Slightly elevated from previous result. They did Hepatitis A, B,C,(PT INR) not sure of the name .all came normal. The blood culture report came sterile (taken after 10 days from fever )and the Widal test H antigen value of 1: 320 with O antigen. Today we are waiting to see the physician when he comes on routine visit and get a feed back from him on the widal test as he was on holiday (Sunday) when the result came. Kindly advise 1. Whether the widal test indicate a typhoid (even with I antigen in normal range) 2. Does she need a CT and Bone marrow test. She is still admitted in the hospital and we are bit worried as the fever origin is still undetected and only hope is that it will end up as a typhoid .Kindly pardon me for the mistake in medical terms and revert back if any clarity required as I am a non Medico. Regards,
