If you do not have tremors at rest, and only when you intend to do something, it may be of cerebellar origin. If the severity is such that it affects your performance as intended, you should get a thorough neurological examination by a qualified doctor preferably a neurophysician. Do as directed after that.

I am suffering from fissure from past 1.5 year doctor recommend for operation and refer me medicine and IsabhGhol. But after taking IsabhGhol I am feeling comfortable in motion no such pain occurs. It doesn't cause any harm you can use that. Drink plenty of fluids, high fiber diet, apply ointment on anal fissure it ll cure your symptoms.

for constipation you take more fiber diet,green veg.whole grain ,plenty of water , if it is chronic constipation you should be used syp. livoluk 10 ml at night with 1 glass of water. take digestive enzyme syp. anzyme. 1o ml thrice a day.

Dear Lybrate user. Phimosis is a congenital narrowing of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be retracted. Phimosis is a very common problem. In most of the cases you can clear the problem yourself. Apply oil on your foreskin and on the glans. Move the foreskin forward and back slowly without hurting you much. Because the oil is lubricant, it will be easier than without oil. Do this forward and back movement 20 times several times in a day. Repeat the same every day for around one month. You will get the elasticity and you will be able to retract the foreskin completely. In case if there is no result from the above massage, you can always go for a minor surgical procedure called circumcision. Take care.

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns, MASTURBATION IT the release of semen from your penis. Semen is made up of fluid and sperm. Many guys masturbate. In fact, one study of 15- and 16-year-olds found that 75% of boys said they masturbated. There are many myths IS ASORT OF SEXUAL PRACTICE NOT ONLY HUMANS BUT ALSO SEEN IN ANIMALS ALSO, IS PERFORMED When- you masturbate, you release sexual tension. You'll have what's called an ejaculation. Ejaculation is about masturbation. For example, some people say it will stunt your growth. But there is nothing wrong with doing it as long as it doesn't become a constant desire or get in the way of other things you want or need to do. See you r overdoing, means not normal. Its addiction not normal, try to control, by will power, make a schedule of masturbation first, stick to it. We do not recommend any supplements as it may cause harm to your body. You can increase your daily protein intake and do regular exercises to make a perfect body. Protein sources of diet are egg whites, milk, paneer, sprouts, dals, kala chana, soybean, chicken, fish, eat (once a 10 days). Have a balanced diet with less carbohydrates and less fat.

yes.. Home Remedies of Acidity: Avoid all types of fast food, non-vegetarian food and oily/spicy food.Take as much fruit as possible. This will help to increase alkaline in the body, neutralizing the acidity affects. Banana, Water Melon and cucumber are few recommended fruits which are proved helpful in acidity.Drink sufficient water (At least 3 ltr). Take water more frequently.Almond helps in quick control over heart burn. Whenever you feel like heart burn, take few pieces of Almonds.Jaggery(gur) is a proven home remedy for acidity. Put one piece in mouth and suck it slowly.Green coconut water is very helpful in acidity.Sleep sufficient. Do not work till late night.Fresh mint juice helps in reducing the side effects of acidity. You can have a glass of mint juice after food for a fast relief.Take a small piece of raw garlic; this is a very good digestive element. But don’t take overdose, or else it will have negative effect on acidity.

There is no evidence. However it is good for health in general and specially in people who are diabetic or prone to diabetes.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.
