I am suffering a back bone pain from last one week so give the some information what should be done?

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Please consult a physiotherapist for the same.

I have a very weak body, I can't eat properly. I have a problem with digest system. I am very thin and Ill also what can I do at this moment please help?

Your body type is ectomorphic. You do not have good appetite and can not eat too much. Eat small 6 meals in a day. Do rice based carbohydrates with dal and curd and lots of vegetables. If you are non veg then do some fish or chicken for lunch and dinner. In between meals can be fruits and nuts. Try taking some digestive enzymes for better digestion for few days. Drink lime water or apple cider vinegar with water empty stomach.

I am suffering from leg pain, muscles pain. In the morning time pain was acute but when I busy in daily routine it's gone.

Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching towel hamstring stretch lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated hamstring stretch while sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds repeat 3 times for each leg.

I'm 43 male. I've done a comprehensive health check from thyrocare. My report shows vitamin D 8.59 ng/ml which is low. Iron is low too at 57.2. My testosterone is also low at 176 ng/flightMap. Do. How do I boost them?

How long does the side effect of topical Steroids last? Used mometasone for 10 days before that used eumosone m for 2 months intermittently for seborrheic dermatitis.

Side effects of local steroids occur only after systemic absorption if applied on large denuded surfaces. If applied on smaller surfaces, systemic side effects do not occur. Local side effects are local infection which usually does not occur if there ia no per-exiting infection or suitable antibiotic (such as neomycin) is added with it. Another local side effect is thinning and degeneration of skin which occurs only if applied for long times, say, months or years with no gap in between. Sometimes fine acne steroid acne may also appear locally in some individuals on long term application.

I am 33 years old I am suffering from obesity since childhood my weight is 101 kg and my height is 5'7" and I have also high B.P. And gas problem. And some time constipation also.

1. Have small frequent meals at regular intervals instead of 3-4 large ones 2. Eat slowly chewing each bite 15-20 times 3. Drink 3 litres water daily 4. Brisk walk daily for 1 hr 5. Walk instead of hiring transport, avoid sitting continuously for an hr, take 15 mins light walk post meals, avoid lying down within an hr of a meal. 6. Avoid junk/ processed/canned/ready to eat/ fried/ sugary/ outside foods, soft & hard drinks, chocolates, ice cream, sweets 7. Replace simple carbs-potato, sugar, sago, refined grains (maida, biscuit, cake, white bread, noodles, white rice) with complex carbs-whole fruits with peel, vegetables, salads, whole legumes (sprouts, rajma, soyabean), whole grains (atta, bajra, ragi, jowar, barley, dalia, suji, atta bread, brown rice) 8. Avoid eating in front of tv 9. Hypertension: cut down on salt intake, avoid egg on daily basis, check label for sodium content when buying packaged foods, use tata salt lite & rock salt in cooking, avoid table salt, have 1 coconut water w/o cream daily, handful of makhana, pumpkin seeds 10. Gas problem: have saunf water 11. Constipation: include salads & flax seeds in lunch & dinner, ripe papaya, ripe guava, bhindi daily. 12. Regular sound sleep, early to bed & early to rise are equally important to solve all these problems.

Get your refraction done and wear spectacles eat green veggies. Carrots. Strain less your eyes. Relax your eyes in between work. Blink regularily if working for long time on computer. But even a two inch erect penis can satisfy any woman across the world just because, woman sexual nerve endings which is the reason for pleasure for women, are available only up to two inches from the opening of vagina. I have eosinophil count about 9.I too snore while sleeping. How could I solve this problem.

Hi, Please follow these tips to stop snoring: - Reduce your weight if you are obese. - Perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - Quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - Quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - Sleep on sides instead on back. - Elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - Clear the nose before going to bed. - Establish regular sleep pattern. - Keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - Perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - Anti snoring appliances can also be used Regarding your raised eosinophil count, it may be due to some allergy. You need this introduce one food at a time. Too many foods are very confusing for a year plus child. Handy foods like carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, murmura, namkeens, or banana are much easier for a child to handle.

You are getting weak day by day and you are not able to eat more. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs always. Do meditation for mental strength. This will help in your problem. For better guidance and treatment, consult privately.

Hi lybrate-user. Sorry to know your suffering sensitive teeth tooth has a layer on the top called enamel which is a protective layer preventing leakage into the layers beneath this. The next layer below this enamel is called dentine, which is a very sensitive layer. So when you say your tooth is sensitive which means that your enamel is probably missing in few areas or thin in few areas exposing the second layer which is a sensitive layer. There are few toothpastes available in the market which combat sensitive teeth. It works for few individuals. However meet your dentist to actually diagnose the problem and then go ahead with treatment. Your dentist might suggest you simple enamel fillings or any other type of treatment which is appropriate depending on the severity of your sensitivity. Tooth sensitivity can also be due to your gums shrinking and making your tooth look longer. Which would need gum treatment to be done. However get your medical records updated and mention to the dentist if you have any gastric regurgitation, which cud be the cause at times. Minimize the intake of carbonated drinks, citrus fruits, squeezing lemon to food, consumption of wine as these are the very few major culprits to dissolve the top layer of the tooth and exposing the second layer thus making your teeth sensitive. Stay away from tobacco related habits which also makes your teeth sensitive try to use soft tooth brushes to prevent unnesasary wearing of the tooth surface.
