I have uric acid count up to 6.6 ml . And my left leg thigh numbness has increased and acute back pain and leg pain ....
Your body produces uric acid when it breaks down purines — substances that are found naturally in your body, as well as in certain foods, such as steak, organ meats and seafood. Other foods also promote higher levels of uric acid, such as alcoholic beverages, especially beer, and drinks sweetened with fruit sugar (fructose). Normally, uric acid dissolves in your blood and passes through your kidneys into your urine. But sometimes your body either produces too much uric acid or your kidneys excrete too little uric acid. When this happens, uric acid can build up, forming sharp, needle-like urate crystals in a joint or surrounding tissue that cause pain, inflammation and swelling, called Gout. Homoeopathy offers permanent cure for such tendency since it is the susceptibility which makes one more prone for high uric acid while under same circumstances other people are normal . Normal Uric acid levels are 2.4-6.0 mg/dL (female) and 3.4-7.0 mg/dL (male). Normal values will vary from laboratory to laboratory. Also important to blood uric acid levels are purines.

I see my memories of past constantly in my dreams. I don't know if these can be classified as repressed memories. Because of this I'm unable to sleep. I'm afraid to sleep anymore. Insomnia is killing my day by day. I'm depressed all the time. Please help me!

Hi, Practice mindfulness to alleviate anxiety caused by bad memories. Mindfulness is a practice used to switch focus to the present moment, and research shows it can help relieve anxiety. With mindfulness, you acknowledge the bad memories as they come up, then mindfully choose to switch your focus to the present. In this way you can interrupt the negative thought process. To practice mindfulness, try focusing on physical sensations you feel in the present moment. Notice the temperature of the air or the pressure of your feet against the ground. Focus on the physical feelings until you're able to stop thinking about the bad memories. You can also practice mindfulness by repeating a positive statement to yourself. Try telling yourself" I don’t have to think about that right now. Recall the bad memory in detail. Set a date and time to try exposure therapy. When you're ready, sit down and think about the event or situation. Try to remember every detail of it from start to finish. Think about what you were wearing, the sounds you heard, the smells in the air, and so on. Continue to sit with the memory for as long as you can. Self-guided exposure may be most effective if broken down into several sessions. You may sit with the memory for just five minutes at first, noticing that you are still safe despite bringing up these painful thoughts. You might increase the time you spend thinking about it each day until you notice yourself not responding as severely as before. Over time, the memories will affect you less and less. If you are having trouble doing this exercise in your head, grab a pen and a notebook and write down the details of the event from beginning to end. Writing a draft may be good enough for a first session. The next time you might read it aloud. If you have to stop due to crying, then always pick up where you left off. If things progress well, you will feel stronger and require fewer breaks each time you read over details of the event. Don't hold back the emotions associated with these memories. Shout, pound on the floor or cry if you have to. Just let the feeling into your conscious mind. Soak it up, absorb your grief or sorrow. Consult a psychologist for help.

migrane can be managed with lifestyle changes and medications, try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp. It is very important keep a headache diary. Continue keeping your headache diary even after you see doctor. It will help you learn more about what triggers your migraines and what treatment is most effective. A dose of riboflavin in appropriate dose as prescribed by me, also may prevent migraines or reduce the frequency of headaches. Coenzyme q10 supplements may decrease the frequency of migraines, magnesium supplements may also be used to treat migraines do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

Cbd oil for epilepsy

Cannabis indica and cannabis sativa have been used therapeutically for thousands of years, including for the treatment of epilepsy. Today, cannabis is viewed as a controversial medical subject - thanks in large part to prohibition and decades of misinformation - but prior to 1937's 'marihuana tax act' cannabis was accepted by doctors and patients as a true medicine, and considered one of the safest and most effective forms of seizure control medication.

I constantly have headaches accompanied by throbbing sensation in my head, especially in the morning. Sometimes the headache is on the left side of the brain, sometimes in the temple, accompanied by constant throbbing. At that moment, I feel like hitting myself in the head as I feel a little relief by doing this. Also, If I am exposed to the sunlight or hear loud music/noises, then also I get headaches. I consulted a doctor and he treated me with Migraine. The course ended for a month, but, the headache still keeps occurring. Further, I would like to conclude, that there are days when I tried not to eat any painkillers and face the pain, then, usually by night, I would have vomited twice or thrice before the headache subdues. What should I do?

Migraine is a relapsing kind of headache. The treatment of migraine is mainly done for relief from acute headache attacks and later treatments to prevent future relapses. Treatment of factors which tend to cause relapses is also important. There is no drug of choice or as such a best medicine for migraine. Treatment has to be individualised after taking into consideration patient factors and the history of migraine in the patient. For long term relief and prevention of relapses, consult a headache specialist an psychiatrist for a complete evaluation and treatmnet.

Sir, my age is 28 years. I had been diagnosed with Gilbert's syndrome in 2004. Earlier, I used to be sharper & attentive. But since 2009, I have started forgetting things. I don't find myself focused on a particular thing. I can't perform multiple tasks at a time (that much effectively). I searched the net and found out that GS patients may develop forgetfulness. Is GS the primary cause of these things? In that case, what should I do to rectify my GS? Some examples of problems faced by me (not always) : 1. I want to copy files from x folder to y. I go to x, select files (takes some time) and moves to paste it but where ? I forgot. Then after 2-3 seconds, I remember and paste it to y folder. 2. I had given the room key to x person while working on something (sitting with z person). After finishing work, we (myself & Z) returned to room to see room is locked. I started searching key (which I usually keep in my left pocket). Didn?t find it. Started searching other pockets. Not getting it. Panicked. Went back to the place I was sitting. Z person waited there itself. Didn?t find there too. On the way back to room, y person handed over me the key (in front of Z). I wonder how come it reached to him. He explained the key has been given to him by x person. I am still clueless how did it reach to x person. Z person (who was till then enjoying my fiasco) reminded me of giving the key to x. Then only I remembered. Quite embarrassing it was! 3. Locked the door. Came downstairs. Started thinking I haven?t. Needed to go back to check it again. (Had I been attentive enough while locking itself, I wouldn't have required to go back & check).

It is because your brain does not receive proper inputs.Do meditation in the early morning.Of Course it take some time to get into normal. But when you start continuing mediation regularly,it will be helpful. For time inspite of your work kindly note down in your notebook. What to do,where to keep things, whom to give certainly ok.
