You should take belladona 200 thrice a day first only one day three drops in water. Apply belladona q on your legs at night and see the inprovement.

I am 36 have fibula fracture before 2 months but not fixed correct. So I am contact another doctor he said fibula fracture is not fixed correct way your walking style takes different .my ankle movement also not good. intake physiotherapy also. What is the solution sir? I want good waking style.

Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment knee is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the knee with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do stretching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. D = apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. If still you dont get relief see a physiotherapist in person as there are various causes for leg/ joint pain and some test may be required for further investigation. Best wishes.

Hi take hot water bath twice daily, sleep on hard and even mattress. Kindly rule out your diabetes, calcium, vitamin d and other metabolic disorders. Best wishes.

I am 22 year old male, i am suffering from backache since 2 years cause of carrying a heavy stuff. My nerves got stretched and at spinal cord got straight at the endside. What should I do?

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore, lest it becomes starting point of a major problem.

Dear lybrate-user, Go for self care: SSO- soaking, scraping, oiling. Soak the feet in normal water for 15 minutes, scrap smoothly to get rid of dead skin, oiling to help skin remain smooth by any regular use oil/ moisturiser.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Dear sir, I am having constant pain around both side of my neck including both shoulders from last 2 month, also 2 month ago I was diagnosed with high level uric acid. Right now my uric acid level is 5.6, but pain is not going away. My doctor has advised me to go for MRI. Can you please suggest something.

you shoul be take medicines for uric acid if you did not take rise uic acid level and more pain in joints. so take tab. zyloric 100 mg once a day for continue ..for control pain you can take tab. naprosyn 500 mg sos. you can do MRI for confirm cause of pain in shoulder and neck.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
