Hi Lybrate-user, Here are 13 tips for you to get started: 1. Eat a lot 500 extra calories a day = 1 extra pound gained per week. 2. Eat a lot of good things 3. Protein = building block for your muscles. 4. Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle. 5. Keep track of everything you eat. 6. Compound exercises are your friend. 7. Appearance is a consequence of fitness. 8. When exercising, keep your rest between sets to a minute or less, and don’t do more than 12 reps in a set. 9. Let your muscles rest. 10. Sleep. 11. Cardio is your enemy. 12. Make it part of your routine. 13. Realize you will put on some fat.

.I advice to come down yiur total weight so that can get relief all total. Pimples can be solved if add more fibers foods, can also antibiotic as per skin specialist, dark complexion can not be permanently solved but can be maintained by hygeine. You should weight loss so that get regular menstruation & belly fat. Better you should get some fat burning poses practice so that can easily loose fat all parts even on your body.

No oats will not make you skinny but oats will not give you muscles either. Sprout 100 gms of dry matar and steam them. Add salt lemon and some butter. Eat with curd. This will give you muscles and and you will gradually get a fuller body. You can increase the quantity after a few days of trial.

Hi lybrate-user for this you need include calorie dense foods, proteins and carbs in your diet. Include whole milk and milk products, cereals, pulses, all type of nuts and oil seeds and if you aer non-veg then have chicken, fish and egg, fruits, vegetables and if you want proper diet plan for yourself.

I checked my BP twice and it is 90/60. My problem is when I wake up or sometimes I feel like breathless and my brain is not getting proper oxygen. Its not exactly headache it is something else. I also feel fatigue most of the time. And I feel like sleepy.

Low blood pressure can be caused by low blood volume, hormonal changes, widening of blood vessels, medicine side effects, anemia, heart problems or endocrine problems. Management: Meditation, yoga, or other mental-physiological disciplines may reduce hypotensive effects. Taking enough of sleep and rest. Treatment: The treatment for hypotension depends on its cause. Chronic hypotension rarely exists as more than a symptom. Asymptomatic hypotension in healthy people usually does not require treatment. Adding electrolytes to a diet can relieve symptoms of mild hypotension. A morning dose of caffeine can also be effective. In mild cases, where the patient is still responsive, laying the person in dorsal decubitus (lying on the back) position and lifting the legs increases venous return, thus making more blood available to critical organs in the chest and head. Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe’s Angioto and Alfalfa Tonic - both 3 times a day for 1 month. Revert.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. Inform after 10 days for further guidance.

Hello according to your condition you have to take hot water fermentation through towel and do it 3 times in a day duration-15 min along with stretching and back exercises like straingh leg raising, bridging with -20 min repetition -5 sec hold do it for 3 days sure you will get well soon take care.

For a healthy lifestyle Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Noodles and pasta are rich in calories and have high amount of carbohydrates. They are easy to make and also saves cooking time. Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development. The damage from sleep deficiency can occur in an instant (such as a car crash), or it can harm you over time. For example, ongoing sleep deficiency can raise your risk for some chronic health problems. It also can affect how well you think, react, work, learn, and get along with others. Management: here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: keep your bedroom cool and dark put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: take schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos./ once daily at night for 1month.
