Do you also have puffy eyes or bags under your eyes? what are your sleeping patterns?
there are many causes of dark circles. I need more information from you which will help you choose a better treatment plan. Too much caffeine/ tobacco and too little sleep, anemia, dehydration are common causes. If you dont have any of these causes then dark circle peels may be prescribed for dark circle which contain contains arginine, lactic acid, allantoin and aloe vera. Arginine is an amino acid derived from brown sugar which boosts collagen, increases elasticity and moisturises the skin. Lactic acid exfoliates and lightens the skin. Allantoin and aloe vera helps to soothe and regenerate the skin. This is used in conjunction with vitamin c and matrixyl that provides firmness and resistance to the skin around the eye. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

Asked for male, 20 years old from Mumbai
If there is reduction of vision, it would probably not be related to the winter season. Winter season may affect the eyes because of lack of moisture in the environment. This may cause dry eyes, redness, itching, foreign body sensation, discomfort, etc. To avoid these symptoms, try to follow the following precautions: don't take your eyes for granted! protect your sight with these six tips:
1. Eat for good vision
2. Quit smoking
3. Wear sunglasses / helmets to shield your eyes from dust, sunlight, pollution
4. Wash your eyes 3-4 times a day
5. Look away from the computer screen at regular intervals
6. Avoid rubbing your eyes with fingers/ cloth/ shirt/ dupatta, etc.
Also, you could consider using a lubricant eye drops. (eg. Genteal eye drops) this could be used 4 to 5 times in a day for both eyes. Let me know if your require further assistance. Take care-
