Get your teeth x rayed. Than only dentist can decide what needs to be done. If its erupting normally, just take painkillers to reduce pain n do salt water gargle. If there is infection in the surrounding gums, the dentist can remove it for you. If the tooth is struck in the jaw, than you have to get the tooth removed.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need chewing gum or sialogogues (pilocarpine 30 mg/day. Contraindications - include many lung conditions, such as asthma, cardiac problems, epilepsy and parkinson's disease). You may consult me in person too. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

Hello Don't eat from filled teeth. This will take time. And if your filling is dried and you are allowed to eat from that side then, I suggest you not to eat hard food. And if it's not the reason then visit a dentist and ask for X-ray of teeth. Find any cavity left or any breakage in teeth.

I brush my teeth regularly and properly but still its inner side become yellow .moreover little black colour deposit in corner. How can I avoid it? My teeth are clear white from outside.

1. Brush twice daily, morning and at night. 2. Rinse your mouth after all meals. 3. Use a mouthwash. 4. Get regular cleaning of teeth done by your dentist, once in 6 months. 5. Have a healthy balanced diet. 6. Dental check up every 6 months.

Kindly get scaling and polishing done and if you want you can also get bleaching done. Kindly get an X-ray done of the tooth having pain. If it is your wisdom tooth then you may have to get it removed and if it is a molar tooth then you may have to get root canal treatment done followed by a cap /crown. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

For how long a tooth brush should be used? Why is it important to change regularly?

You should use a tooth brush for about 3 months or so. It is important to change a brush as bristles get spoilt and will not be effectively clean the teeth surfaces.

How To Take Care Of Your Teeth?

Munching foods like apples, pears, carrots or celery after brushing can help in preventing discoloration as they trigger tooth-bathing saliva which helps in keeping the teeth whiter.
